I was mostly satisfied with the stay in Ibis hotel, but room service was not available when I tried to order meals through the internet.

It is a floating hotel I didn’t realize. Very convenient and beautiful hotel All staff were so friendly For Instagramers, it would be heaven Breakfast was brilliant with curry, nan, zapati and so ***y sweets! It is floating but very comfy Only 1 issue l, no toilet paper or tissue any place even inside a room It would be India issue, not a hotel issue though I LOVED THIS HOTEL!! Definitely will recommend my friends too

I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past Four years, and it never disappoints. The staff is always welcomin & special mention to Mr Sudeep Ganguly in the front desk who always ensures hassle free experience during the stay. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. Whether it's the quick check-in process, prompt room service, or their willingness to accommodate special requests, they always deliver with a smile. The rooms are clean and comfortable as well. The location is perfect, and the food is consistently great. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!

The breakfast was delicious and filling. You can order additional items. The location is very convenient, within walking distance from a shopping center and a supermarket and only a 15 minute drive from the airport. The only problem was the sheets hadn't been changed in the room but they sent someone immediately when I called reception to ask for fresh ones.

Preference was for hotel near airport. This hotel is bang on the busy road of Kolkata. Rooms are smaller and suitable only for one person per room. Somehow hotel is loved by north East Indians, south East Asians and Chinese folks. Ac was good. Shower was well quarantined. Overall Breakfast preparation was bit salty. May be chef can evaluate the reasons. On last day at breakfast I casually asked, why don’t they keep some Bengal sweet at breakfast?, as a delight, I was offered authentic jaggery Rosogolla!!

A very nice hotel ,the room is cozy and nothing to complain except some dust are making unexpected kind of experience where it's a little hidden and the cleaner has access to every room ,only the top authority should have the spare key ,free breakfast makes the stay a happy one but foods are a bit costly

Good Hotel , Good Service, in house restaurant yet to be operational as per the Front office will be operational by Mid June. Very good location close to Gariahat Main Market and lots of highly rated restaurants and cafe around the hotel. Personally had few meetings at Kasba and Jodhpur Park both were very close and convenient for me to reach.

Very friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time

The hotel is very good for the price they charge. The breakfast is excellent, room is little small though well placed furniture makes it manageable. Bathroom has seperate glass enclosed shower. Everyone working at hotel was curtious and always willing to help. Front desk staff can speak multiple languages and very professional. We didn't needed to use parking so no idea about it.

We were here on a stopover at Siliguri and simply loved the place. What strikes you immediately is the quiet in the hotel. It has a feeling of calm. The rooms are spacious, housekeeping good, staff efficient and the food tasty. No need to go outside looking for eating places, the Chef is more than willing to prepare a meal that suits your taste buds. There is a small super market next door (if you require something in an emergency), and you are a short auto ride away from Hong Kong market. Would definitely recommend that you stay at this hotel.

In Darjeeling, it can be regarded as one of the best quality hotels. Although the surrounding area is very shabby, it is a small harbor, which is especially suitable for two people (because of the double breakfast). From Darjeeling Railway Station, drag the suitcase to the hotel for about 15 minutes. Young people are fine. It is only 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Peak Plaza. It is very convenient. There is a night market with stalls nearby. There was even a miniso, and I was drunk too, and the holiday brand that lost the Chinese face was flooding everywhere. The video was shot in the room with a time-lapse. In addition, free luggage storage is provided here, you can go for four or five days on foot, leave your luggage here, and pick it up later.

Stayed 13th to 14th May 2024 , 3 Rooms As everywhere it is known first experience is the best experience but my Experience in Barsana is very bad with Front Office Team, I booked with Agoda for 6 adults and 1 kid but by mistake room is booked for 3 adults 3 rooms. My brother requested them to give rooms key till agoda reverts back or else I will pay the amount they asked for 3000 rs in the morning but they denied to give me the key , issues was more we travelled for 7 hours and for with females and kids. my question is when I already paid for 3 rooms for 3 adults they would have allowed atleast 3 person if not 6 but they denied. why after paying Rs 9100 they have not given me the Key. I never been to any star hotel which ask complete payments before checkin, advance is still ok even I paid for 3 rooms and. 3 adults but this hotel asked 100% of Rs 3000 payments to give me a key for extra 3 person. it was very embarassing situation while travelling with a family almost waited for 1 hours to get the key only after Agoda replied to pay 500 person + GST to be paid for each extra person. after getting a room mosquitos not allowed to sleep in the night due to early morning checked out stayed only for 8 hours paid almost 11k for 3 rooms. Overall ambience of Hotel ,food , rooms ambience , Location , staff in Restaurent was very good.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. especially manager Dipesh biswakarma The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. and loved convenient location close to major attractions looking forward to visit soon

Istana is one of the best hotels, I have visited. Me and my family had went on a trip to Darjeeling. There we stayed in Istana. This was one of the best trip I've had because, I got to stay in a delightful resort. Even though the extra beds and blanket provided in the room unfortunately weren't comfortable to sleep in, however the place was very peaceful and was located in a great place, the rooms were pleasant and clean, food is excellent , as well as the room services, seeing that everything was neatly arranged and managed it gave us an appealing vibe, the ambience of the place gave a homely and relaxing feeling, which made us feel much devoid of any worries. I was more than delighted to meet the staffs since they were very friendly, attentive and people who were very committed to their job. I picked up a few names of the staffs within the hotel who are Alex, Sarroj pradhan, Digendra thapa who were very generious, flexible and polite. I personally liked how the hotel not only focused on the outside but paid attention to the details. I believe that this is one of the best retreats I've been so far. I can truly vouch the service that was more than welcoming Overall i had a great experience and would surely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights. And I'll give the real picture. Good things first... 1) Room was perfect as per the amount I paid. Eventually, they upgraded me even before I asked for it. Room had all amenities one might need during a stay 2) Behaviour of the entire team is awesome. They served me with a smile... Every single time. And they never said NO for any of my requests. Now, few serious stuffs to look into.... 1) Location, which is 1 Km from Darjeeling Mal, While Keventers & Mahakal Chowk are 500 mts. And you don't get any view from the room 2) They have communication issues, perhaps language barrier. On Day-2 I requested to replenish the complimentary drinking water. But IRD team member arrived with packaged drinking water. But again, their behaviour is damn good. He took that back & catered to my actual request 3) This was troublesome. I was supposed to check out at 0730 Hrs. And my room was with breakfast. I informed the Front Desk about the scenario in the previous evening. The ever friendly lady at the desk confirmed me that although Breakfast won't be available at that time, but she'll send sandwiches for me which I was Ok with. But when I called the desk at 6AM in the morning, the guy was clueless. He paid a courtesy visit to the room & said the message of providing sandwiches wasn't passed to him.... Again communication laps Overall the hotel is good & recommended. But don't book your room with breakfast if you have early morning departure.

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the staff were friendly and the restaurant offered a stunning view, several issues impacted our comfort. The room, located in the basement, was damp and lacked proper ventilation, with no AC or fan available. The bed arrangement was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was smaller than expected, missing the advertised bathtub. The hotel's lack of a lift also made it less accessible for elderly guests. Despite these drawbacks, the 24/7 hot water service was a plus. Pros: Friendly Staff: The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. In-house Restaurant: The restaurant offers a fantastic view, enhancing the dining experience. Hot Water Availability: The geysers provided 24/7 hot water service, which was very convenient. Cons: Room Location: Our room was located on the second floor, which was actually the basement. Bed Arrangement: Instead of a king bed, we had two single beds joined together, which was uncomfortable. Dampness: The room was quite damp and lacked proper ventilation. No View: The single window in the room only faced the wall of the next building, resulting in no airflow. No AC or Fan: There was no air conditioning or fan in the room, adding to the discomfort. Bathroom Size and Amenities: The bathroom was very small and did not have a bathtub as mentioned in the amenities description. Food Quality: The food at the in-house restaurant was average, despite the great view. Accessibility: There was no lift in the hotel, making it difficult for older guests to access the rooms.

I went to mirik on the 10th of september, 2023 & stayed at queen hill hotel & homestay. Amusing view from the balcony. Cheap & best price on proper mirik town beside the jhil. I'll also suggest the couple's to book queen hill hotel & homestay. On a moonlit night it will be an unbelievable experience. The entire hotel is neat & clean, also well decorated & hygienic maintained. Good food, very well & polite behaviour of all the staff.

This is a transit hotel for people going to various destination within north bengal, sikkim, bhutan. Hotel has all amenities as required for short stay. Good location, connected to major rail, bus auto, taxi stands. Food is good, breakfast us ok not much choice. Staff behaviour is ok. Only one negative is allowing lobbies to be smoking.

I have been staying here for railway project work for almost 3 months in this hotel . This hotel is near to howrah railway station. Hotel is located in posh area called howrah ac market .Lots of veg restaurant and market are available. Burra bazar is also near to hotel only . Service is very good in this hotel . Linen is very clean and hygienic . Staff are well behaved . Hotel renovation is going on maybe it will take 2 months in completion but rooms are very spacious and nice

Good budget category hotel family hotel, seemed all good, all in order for the price we paid. Located walking distance from Howrah railway station and very good connectivity to nearby places. Clean & hygienic. Nothing really to complain about. Complimentary breakfast was quick decent atleast in A.C Restaurant, what else would one want in hot and humid climate. Quick Check-in and Check-out.

My recent stay at Noxx Hotel was an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share my dreadful experience. Despite booking a year in advance for a wedding, the hotel shockingly double-booked our rooms. The real kicker? They only bothered to inform us after we had checked in. The solution offered was a forced relocation to another hotel, which we reluctantly accepted. Upon our return, we found strangers in our rooms with some of our belongings unattended with them in the room. In addition, the hotel staff had taken the liberty of packing up my father's belongings and relocating them to who knows where. Privacy invasion at its finest! Other cons: loud hotel, you can hear the honking from the street all day/ night. Staff is loud in the hallways and you can hear them from your room. Banging noise from construction or something. Noxx Hotel demonstrated a shocking lack of organization, communication, customer service, and basic common sense. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this chaotic mess of a hotel. There are plenty of better options out there that won't leave you regretting your decision. You couldn’t pay me to stay here.
