Weber BBQ grills, a globally recognized brand, are provided. Day Session: 12:00 PM–2:00 PM. Evening Session: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM. The facility is unavailable from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM due to cleaning. Maximum capacity is eight guests per section, with a total facility capacity of twenty-four guests. Reservations are available for groups of four guests or more. BBQ Equipment Provided Weber BBQ grill, refrigerator, trash bins, tongs, knife, cutting board, peeler, bowls, colander, scissors, chopsticks, spoons, forks, plates, glasses, ice maker, towels for footbath use, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap. Items to Bring BBQ ingredients, seasonings, beverages, and warm clothing as needed. Important Notes Day-use guests may also be present. Reservations may not be accepted depending on availability. Entry to the BBQ area is restricted to registered guests with a valid reservation. The footbath may be unavailable during severe weather. Some areas are shared common spaces. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. The balcony features a Japanese stone garden made from Izu volcanic rock and outdoor sofa seating. Several natural hot spring bathhouses with free-flowing hot spring water are located within a five-minute walk and are very reasonably priced. Nearby attractions include Mount Omuro (approximately 18 minutes by car), Jogasaki Coast Suspension Bridge (approximately 18 minutes by car), and Mount Komuro (approximately 10 minutes by car). Important Policies Unauthorized late check-out will incur additional charges every 15 minutes. Guests will be charged for repair costs, replacement costs, and loss of business compensation in the event of damage or excessive soiling. Seasonings are not provided. Cancellation fees will not be waived due to states of emergency. Fees will only be waived if public transportation is completely suspended and travel is physically impossible. A security camera is installed outside the entrance. The building is three stories with no elevator. Quiet hours apply after 9:00 PM due to the residential location.
