This hotel is conveniently located near Atocha station, just a 4-minute walk to the Reina Sofía Museum, and within walking distance to the Prado Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. (These three museums are covered by the 'Paseo del Arte Pass,' which offers great value.) It's an excellent location for anyone who wants to visit museums even with limited time. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but the street noise from cars was a bit loud. There's also a small Carrefour Express supermarket nearby, which is very handy.

The hotel is quite comfortable despite having a simple/basic layout. The location is also quite good.
The room is clean, but the bathroom is not very spacious (seriously).
The service is adequate, and sufficiently professional.
The price is a bit on the high end but it seems that most of Madrid is facing housing shortages. 
Overall, it's a decent hotel but slightly less affordable.

This hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport. It is very convenient to take a flight the next day. A taxi is 29.75. The room is of average quality and the quality is the same. I like it.

The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a free pick-up and drop-off. This is the main reason I chose them, but it also means that there seems to be nothing to go around. Because my son is a senior Real Madrid fan and made a special trip to Spain to watch the game, I booked this hotel without hesitation. It is very close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the station and subway station. There is a supermarket opposite and there are many restaurants nearby.

but! The guy at the hotel front desk initially gave us a rubbish room at the bottom of the corridor with a very small room and an air conditioner outside the window. It looked like a workshop. We arrived in the afternoon and there was no way there were no other rooms. In addition, after we went downstairs and asked to change rooms, we were indeed changed to a normal room. It also shows that the garbage room we were given at the beginning was intentional. It is difficult not to think that it is a kind of racial discrimination. Please pay attention.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is not located close to the historical center, rather closer to the university area, however there are metro stations close with convenient connections. Also, there are some restaurants for a quick meal very close to the hotel.

The house is large, the balcony is great, the surrounding area is quiet and the environment is good. The facilities are relatively complete, you can make some snacks yourself. This is a quiet hotel in the middle of noisy, it feels like a homestay

The hotel is conveniently located. It is connected to a shopping mall with many restaurants. There is also a small park behind it, which is best for children.

The hotel itself has simple facilities. The breakfast is delicious and rich.

On a business trip, the hotel is right opposite the train station and it's a Marriott property. The room had complimentary water and chocolate, which was a nice touch. The soundproofing was quite good, and the location is very convenient. My whole team stayed here for our business trip, and the front desk staff were very helpful, even assisting with printing. Recommended!
