I chose this hotel because I was traveling with my mother, and she has some mobility issues. Considering everything, it was a great choice. It's super convenient for getting around, with restaurants, supermarkets, snack shops, and shopping all right outside. The metro and airport shuttle are also incredibly close, just a 2-3 minute walk away. The room was spacious enough to open two 26-inch suitcases and a smaller one, and it even had a mini-fridge. The only downside was that there's only one elevator that goes through the entire building, so you might have to wait during peak hours. But honestly, for this price and location, I think that's a minor detail worth overlooking! 🤣

The hotel's decor is a bit dated, but the cleanliness was quite good. They also offer a free shuttle bus service to Langham Place (Mong Kok area). My only complaint is that there was no hot water for showering – seriously, no hot water! The water pressure was very weak, and the temperature barely reached 40 degrees Celsius. It was only slightly warm if you stood right under the showerhead, but more than 5 centimeters away and it was cold. It's been rainy and chilly these past few days, so coming back from sightseeing to shower with such a weak stream of lukewarm water was unbearable. I reported it to the hotel, and they said it was due to many people using the water, causing the temperature to drop. However, I tried showering during off-peak hours, and it was still not hot enough. The hotel also doesn't provide toiletries or drinking water.

This hotel offers great value for money in Hong Kong, mainly due to its excellent location, making it a top choice for many tourists. The MTR station is right outside, providing easy access to various parts of the city. There are also buses directly outside the hotel that go to the airport and high-speed rail station, so transportation is absolutely fantastic. Plus, there are plenty of delicious food options nearby; you can just walk around and find recommended eateries everywhere. However, I'm not sure if it was because of the rainy season, but it felt a bit musty, and the bedsheets didn't seem very clean.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Metropark Hotel. The room was meticulously cleaned, spacious, and well-designed, making for a very comfortable living experience. The bedding was clean and soft, and all the facilities were complete and functional. The housekeeping staff were diligent and responded promptly to requests. The location is excellent, with convenient subway access and plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend it.

This was my first time visiting the Dapeng New District in Shenzhen, and I spotted this hotel on Ctrip right away. I arrived with high expectations and was thoroughly satisfied and delighted! Being able to walk along the beach and experience 'catching seafood' is no longer just a dream. The restaurant's food is incredibly fresh and of excellent quality.

Indulging in delicious food and drinks at the hotel felt amazing! The moment you look up while swimming and see the turquoise sea view through the hotel's floor-to-ceiling windows, you'll be incredibly impressed by the motivation for exercise and the beautiful mood it inspires!

If I get the chance to visit Dapeng New District again, I will definitely stay here.

Service must give full marks! Every staff member is smiling, responsive and responsive. From Xiao Huang's patient explanation of check-in, to Xiao Cao's warm heart farewell when leaving the store, and Xiao Xie's gentleness when cleaning the room, the whole process is like a spring breeze. This is the service level that a five-star hotel should have, making people feel at home. I also didn't expect the hotel to quietly prepare drinks and snacks that can be made of my own choice, and I was instantly circled! This feeling of being paid attention to is very good, the details determine success or failure, and stay here next time!

Indeed! The environment and service are very comfortable! 1. Hygienic environment: The room is spotless from the ground to the bedding, the bathroom countertop is dry and there is no water, and there is no dust at the air outlet of the air conditioner. The details show the high cleaning standards.

The hotel is good, but the location is a bit remote. There are few snack shops around, which is very inconvenient if you don't drive. Such a big hotel is unwilling to give an extra bottle of water. It makes me feel bad when I go out to play. Speechless...
