The lady at the front desk who checked me in was incredibly friendly, approachable, and polite. She even went out of her way to provide a travel guide, which was really a nice touch. She also gave a bottle of yogurt for my child and upgraded our room type. I was very satisfied. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable, and our stay was very peaceful. The amenities were complete. The location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall and a snack street, which is super convenient. I was extremely pleased with this stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.

I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel for one night. It was very nice. The decoration and design of the hotel room are high-grade. The floor is relatively high. There are floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the nearby night view. The facilities in the room are well-equipped and can be controlled intelligently. It is very practical and the location It's also very good. It's right next to the subway station. It's very convenient to travel. Molly's service is also very friendly. I will choose this hotel again when I go to Changsha in the future!

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped, including smart Xiaodu audio and video controls and smart toilets. The facilities are complete, clean, and tidy.

Environment: Good.

Service: Lisa and Xiaoli at the front desk were warm and attentive. The hotel also offers a shuttle service from the South High-Speed ​​Railway Station, which is excellent. There's a laundry room and gym on the 17th floor, and the service was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Basically, I choose Wyndham every time I go on a business trip. The surrounding facilities are indeed mature, with rich dining options and convenient shopping! In addition, the room temperature is moderate and the facilities are relatively easy to use! I am especially grateful for the support of the beautiful Lena during this stay! I recently stayed at Microtel by Wyndham Acropolis for 5 days and 4 nights. The property exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, food quality, and location. It's proximity to Eastwood makes it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Additionally, the rates are quite affordable, offering great value for the services provided.

One area that could be enhanced is the breakfast buffet selection, as a wider variety of options would elevate the overall dining experience. Nonetheless, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel to others seeking comfort, convenience, and affordability.

This is the ideal accomodation for people who will be taking their board exam at New Era University as it is a walking distance. The hotel is generous enough to provide packed meals for the takers who don't have time for the buffet breakfast from 6:00 AM until 10:00 AM. Everyone is polite and welcoming. However, based on our experience on the room itself, the bathroom drains too slowly leaving us with wet floors. The air conditioner drips and releases a foul smell that cannot be eliminated by disinfecting sprays, and the bed is too sunken creating loud noises even in slightest movements.

The bed is big, quiet, and the hotel facilities and services are good. The environment is also beautiful. It is suitable for families and the price is reasonable. It is also close to Guandu Ancient Town, so you can go there to stroll at night.

Close to the subway, the room has a sofa, coffee table and clothes hanger, it is very clean, no odor, the bathroom also has a warm air, so you don't have to worry about catching a cold when taking a shower in winter ~ I like the hotel's disposable slippers ~ I also got free fruit when I came here for the first time
