"The location is really convenient, about 5 minutes walk to the metro station with a night market right downstairs. Can get a little crowded to walk past during the night market opening hours. One thing about my room was that it kind of had a smell to it. When I poured hot water down the bathtub drain, I saw a fly came up so…. Other than that the amenities are still okay. Laundry room is open 6am to 10pm. Receptionist was nice enough to extend a little for me when I asked if there was any nearby as I was cutting close. Also to request for late check out, it cost 300 NTD per hour."

"The location is convenient, and the staff are polite. It was my first time needing a delivery service in Taiwan, and the front desk staff patiently helped me with all my questions. The breakfast is a bit simple, but it's sufficient. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

One nice touch is that the hotel offers free coffee throughout the day from a coffee machine and complimentary snacks such as chips and crackers at the reception area. They also provide bottled water upon request. Overall, this is not a luxury or fancy hotel, but for budget travelers it is a very practical and comfortable choice. If you are looking for an affordable place that is clean, well located, and run by friendly staff, Tai Hope Hotel is a solid option."

"HOTEL LOCATION is good. Not in the center of ximen busy street so it is not noisy at night. Only 5mins away from the center HOUSEKEEPING not bad. We notice they only make the bed, and 'clean' the cup and plate but they honestly just wipe it I still saw residues of food and oil. 🤢😬"

"This is a great onsen ryokan. The front desk service is excellent, and the room facilities are comprehensive. The hot spring water is sufficiently hot, very hygienic, and clean. I definitely recommend coming again. Also, be sure to book breakfast in advance, otherwise, you won't get any."

"NK HOSTEL — our second stay, and still no regrets. 🤎 NK Hostel isn’t in the kind of neighborhood where you step outside and immediately find bright lights, crowds, shopping, and endless noise. And honestly? That’s exactly why I love it. It’s tucked away in a quieter, more local part of Taipei — peaceful, relaxed, and somehow feels like a little escape while still being close to everything. This was our second stay here, and it didn’t disappoint. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. The common room has pretty much everything a guest could need — and yes, free drinking water! 💧 Getting around with Uber was incredibly easy. The MRT takes a little walk, but honestly, it’s an enjoyable one. You get to wander through the neighborhood instead of rushing from station to station. And the location? Closer to everything than you might think. • Local markets nearby • Rainbow Bridge • Songshan area • Creative Park • Shopping malls that are actually fun to wander around It’s not the place to stay if you want to walk out the door straight into the chaos of Taipei. But if you want somewhere beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, and well-connected — this is it. Second stay. Still loving it. NK Hostel, you got us again. 🤎"

"Overall, I had a really positive experience staying at K Hotel Tianjin. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, yet still conveniently close to MRT stations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. There’s also a self-service laundry available, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but still sufficient for a quick bite to start the day. 10/10 would recommend staying with K Hotel Tianjin."

"The hotel was super convenient to get to, being close to major transportation hubs like Taipei Main Station and Songshan Airport. It's tucked away a bit from the main street, but not down any dark or sketchy alleys, which was great. Plus, it's really close to the station, and within a 10-minute walk, you've got tons of places to enjoy, like convenience stores, 50嵐 (a popular bubble tea chain), breakfast shops, and douhua (tofu pudding) places. I'd definitely want to stay here again. The shower was a little tricky to use, but overall, it was a comfortable stay with no noise issues."

"Pleasant stay at Royal Inn Taipei Linsen! Location is great, rooms are spacious and clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay with our one-year old; the staff have prepared the neccesities prior, from baby cot to shower tub, stool and even assist to sterilise our bottles!"
