Water Meworld is located in the urban core area opposite the Taipei Railway Station. It is an important transportation hub connecting the high-speed rail, Taiwan Railway, MRT, bus, and passenger railways. It has an excellent geographical advantage.
"The location is very convenient, with Starbucks, convenience stores, and fast-food restaurants all nearby. However, communication with the receptionist was quite difficult. I stayed for four days, and when I called to request a shower gel refill and a bed sheet change, they only replaced the towels each time. The bed sheets were quite old and had several stains. The air conditioning worked well, but the remote control didn’t seem to adjust the temperature properly. The shower had hot and cold water, but the temperature was inconsistent and difficult to balance. The room lighting was also too dim. The Wi-Fi was generally fast, but it wasn’t very reliable, as there were times when the connection became unstable. Overall, I still had a good experience, and I think the hotel offers good value for the money."

"The hotel is quite far from the MRT station (even though the information says it’s a 5-minute walk it actually feels longer than that). However, taking the bus is much more convenient since the bus stop is less than a 2-minute walk from the hotel. There’s also a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart about 3 minutes away. The room size was decent. The walls weren’t very soundproof, as I could hear noise from the room next door and upstairs. Housekeeping didn’t change the bed sheets or pillowcases during my stay only the duvet cover and bathroom towels were replaced. However, since the room wasn’t particularly messy, I wasn’t too bothered by it. There are washing machines on the rooftop, which was very helpful, especially if you travel during rainy days (I experienced rain for 2 days and 2 nights out of my 4-day trip 😂). Overall, it was worth the price."

"I used this hotel for my solo trip. At first, I got a bit lost, but once I figured out the way, it was easy to find! Check-in is self-service, and the machine was located near the entrance/exit that connects to Taipei Main Station's underground passage. You can select Japanese for check-in, so it's very easy for Japanese travelers. The room had enough space to open my suitcase, so if you're just looking for a place to sleep, I think it's perfectly fine! Note: Even for consecutive nights, only one towel is provided, so while you can wash it, if you find that inconvenient, I recommend bringing your own!"

The space is sufficient to have 2 suitcase open up fully. The location is superb, with the iconic building and mega billboard is easy to locate the hotel from 2 streets away. There are also local eateries and 24hrs convenience stall around the hotel."

"I had a pleasant stay at Dandy Hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The breakfast was simple and okay. A nice bonus was the 24hrs coffee machine in the lobby. The complimentary cookies provided in the room was tasty. The hotel's location is excellent. It is located right next to MRT Exit 1, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Taipei. However, Exit 1 only has stairs, so travellers with luggage may find Exit 6 more convenient, which is still only a 3 minute walk from the hotel. There is also a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, while a FamilyMart and Subway both within a 2-minute walk. There are some room renovations going on from 10am till 6pm currently. So if you're in the room at during these times, it might be noisy because of the drilling works. Overall, it's a clean, comfortable hotel in a very strategic location, making it a great base for exploring Taipei. I would happily stay here again."

Across the street from the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven, and Ningxia Night Market is right nearby. Dihua Street and Zhongshan Station are also just about a 10-minute walk away. The transportation links are excellent for getting anywhere. There's a YouBike station close by, making it easy to enjoy sightseeing by bicycle. It's a good idea to check how to use the service on a Japanese app beforehand for peace of mind. ⭐︎ Room & Facilities The room was meticulously cleaned, and the linens were spotless. While some areas show their age, the hygiene was impeccable. The sink and shower areas also show some wear, but they were perfectly functional and comfortable to use. Being in an upper-floor room with a window, it felt much more open than rooms without one. The TV offered about 40 channels, and I even found myself getting engrossed in some nostalgic Japanese shows. ⭐︎ Dining & Comfort For dinner, you could enjoy the night market or bring food back to the room to pair with a beer – both are great options. The room is compact, making it an ideal size for 1-2 people. ⭐︎ Overall This hotel strikes a great balance between convenient location, cleanliness, and comfort. Moving around on a rainy day was stress-free thanks to the arcades. It's perfect for both solo travelers and stays with friends. I'd definitely consider this hotel for my next visit to Taipei."

The room was a bit worn-down, a bit dump, and the walls can use a better cleaning. There is a nice public area and rooftop, where you can have free coffee, juices, noodles and snacks. That's a nice touch. The location is great. it's not a fancy hotel, but as a place to spend the nights in Taipei - quiet decent."

Breakfast is served on the 6th floor, but there is no lift access, which may be inconvenient for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. However, it should not be a problem for younger guests. Overall, the hotel met our expectations and offered good value for its convenient location."

"This hotel was perfect for a couple's trip! It had a bidet and a Nespresso machine, and the TV could be set to Korean, which was super convenient. Plus, the bathroom lighting was ideal for putting on makeup. The hotel was so comfortable that we barely wanted to leave, haha! They had a washing machine, dryer, and even a massage chair. There was also a Korean-speaking staff member at the front desk, so communication was no problem. The location is great too, right in front of Ximen Station Exit 1, and the area around the hotel has a wonderful authentic ********* vibe. Everyone was friendly, and they even gave us a coupon for the hotel bar. I'd definitely book here again for our next trip! Highly recommend for Koreans!!"

The rooms are clean. You can use the hairdryer for free. There is also free mineral water and snacks every day. You can fill the water in the lobby too. There is a window, but it's not very big. It's close to Main Station, HSR Airport, and the bus station. You can walk there. There are a lot of food stalls, and the prices are lower than in Ximending.

We had a wonderful stay at Green World Zhonghua and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei. The hotel's location is excellent. It is directly opposite Ximending, making it easy to explore the shopping streets, restaurants, and local attractions on foot. There is also a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs, and the entrance to the MRT underground station is just outside the hotel, making it very convenient to travel around Taipei. The room was comfortable and met all our needs. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Our flight was delayed until midnight, and they kindly helped us extend our room until late evening, which made a huge difference to our travel experience. Their willingness to accommodate our request and their friendly, helpful attitude were truly appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. With its unbeatable location, convenient transportation access, and outstanding customer service, Green World Zhonghua is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Taipei. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

This hotel is very close to Taipei Main Station. The environment is clean and tidy, and although the facilities are basic, there's a sofa, which is acceptable for the price. The best part is the abundance of food options nearby, excellent transportation links, and it's just a few minutes from the MRT, making it very convenient and great for exploring. I originally booked a windowless room, but the hotel upgraded me to a room with a window, which made for an even more comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Fantastic stay! The environment was spotless and tidy, and the common areas were cozy and welcoming. My bed was also very clean. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help. The location is super convenient, with restaurants and public transport nearby. I met so many travelers from different places, and the atmosphere was relaxed and free-spirited. This is our second time staying in Stat Beauty Hotel for their Luxury Double Room. This time we stay for 4 nights and the location of the hotel is near the MTR station and the night market of Shillin Night Market. It will about 15 - 20 minutes from the hotel walk to the MTR station or take 20 - 26 minutes from the hotel walk to Shillin Night Market. The room we booked is big enough for us it two persons that stay and the room is nice but the hotel always provide one pillow for one person . If I sleep on the bed with only one pillow then I can see the rooftop and not the TV. I suggest to the hotel to provide two pillows for each person to stay  without our request, so that he can watch the TV easily. The bathroom is big and come with a big bathtub. The water pressure is now t very strong but just good enough for shower.  I would like to make a bit complaint to the old lady for the the housekeeping. She only come to change towels, refill toiletries  and thru rubbish only and never do cleaning and arrange the bedding. So on my third day O have towels request to the front seat to tell her to clean our toilet. Overall we are happy to stay in Star Beauty Hotel and would like to recommend this hotel to other travellers. I will stay again if I come to Taipei in the future.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, bright, and well-ventilated. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping the space cool and refreshing throughout the day. I really appreciated the small thoughtful details, such as the complimentary disposable indoor slippers provided in the room. In terms of location, it is just a short walk from the MRT station, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. Great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again!

This is a very convenient location with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. The young men and women at the front desk were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and attentive. They helped us plan our itinerary and transportation for our trip to Hualien Yilan, and also shared recommendations for delicious food and fun activities there. The room was also quite neat and clean, overall everything was excellent. Definitely recommend!
