"This hotel is less than a 15-minute walk from the West Gate entrance of Hongcun. They also offer a shuttle service to the scenic area's parking lot (from which it's another 5-minute walk into the area). It's quiet and quite convenient. Compared to staying inside the scenic area where you'd have to drag your luggage over many stone paths, staying outside is much more practical. The hotel itself has a very artistic and stylish design, with spacious and tasteful common areas. P1 shows the breakfast area on the third floor. Breakfast is served as set meals (some items can be refilled). We booked a large room with one 1.8m king bed and one 1.2m smaller bed (similar to a榻榻米 or Japanese-style floor mattress). The hotel service is also great, very welcoming and helpful (they offer pick-up and drop-off from the bus station, though the bus station is actually right at the entrance of Hongcun scenic area anyway)."

"It is a good place to travel to Hongcun. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to Hongcun. The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. The B&B does not have parking spaces, so the owner will specifically reserve a spot on the roadside. There is no breakfast, but there are many places to eat around, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snacks. The facilities of the homestay are relatively ordinary, and the hygiene is acceptable. The main attraction is the convenience of transportation and the friendly boss."

"The service far exceeded the price. The aunt and uncle were really nice. They picked us up at the door. When we left, the uncle took us to the bus station. There was also a big pig and a little dog. They were super cute and fun. I originally planned to stay for one day, but it was so comfortable that I stayed for four days instead of three nights. I love Hongcun so much. I will come here again when I have time for vacation. It is second only to Lijiang. I love the quiet atmosphere. The terrace is great for taking pictures. Watching the sunrise or sunset and the fish lantern parade is really great. It is very lively. Tears welled up in my eyes. Huangshan Hongcun, you will get better and better. 800 words can't express this praise."

"Pig's Inn is a charming little hotel in a beautiful original building - the spaces are just incredible and endlessly photogenic. The village of Bishan itself is very quaint, still inhabited by locals but with a few cafés and bars, design stores and a wonderful bookshop. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel are fabulous - we had dinner here twice. We stayed here for two nights in January, as most of the spaces are open, the hotel was a little chilly, but we were very cosy in front of the fireplace in the living area. Very happy we chose to stay in the small village of Bishan rather than the beautiful, but more touristy villages of Xidi or Hongcun. There are bikes and it was easy to get a Didi to visit the surrounding villages."

"The accommodation is clean and tidy, and the patio in the front and back of the courtyard is very nice. The wooden environment is elegant and simple. From the small attic window, you can see the mountains, houses and rapeseed flowers. When you go out, you can follow the stream and watch other people's homes. The key point is that the proprietress and her family are very enthusiastic and provide pick-up and drop-off. Even if we forgot our hiking sticks, they made an extra trip to help us take the bus. Happy and see you next time."

Environment: There are three courtyards in the homestay, full of Huizhou atmosphere, deep courtyard, furniture is also very textured, and the photos are very good. Location: The location is really dominant, just in the county business center, it is convenient to go anywhere. You can ride a small eDonkey to Bishan in a few minutes, and you can cross the ancient city of Jixian all the way. The scenery along the way is very healing. We totally recommend this hotel. It's in a beautiful old building, very well preserved and refurbished, and in a great location: in the Xidi old town, but a little bit more isolated, in the more quiet and less touristy area. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very stylish, it even had a tiny annexed studio room with desk and interesting books with a good kettle and tea set available. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a very nice bathtub and heated toilet. Our host was super nice and helpful, he came to pick us up and dropped us at the bus station at the end of our stay. He's really friendly and gave us some nice tips on visiting the surrounding villages. He has a very cute dog and a cuddly cat :) Only negative comment: the room's window is on the side of the main road, so you can hear all the cars passing by. But even then, a great stay!

The lady boss and the boss were very nice. They told me when we would arrive and waited for me. They took my luggage to the scenic area with a small electric car. The boss also took me to see the busy streets and introduced the route. It was very late and the boss helped me to contact a carpool to Huangshan Scenic Area. They were very enthusiastic. The hotel facilities were the same as those of chain hotels. It was also very quiet to sleep in the scenic area at night. There were no cars coming and going, only the chirping of insects and birds. The sound insulation of the houses in the scenic area was not very good.

This guesthouse is truly amazing! From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by its warmth and comfort. The room was exquisitely decorated, every detail revealing the owner's thoughtfulness and taste. The bed was soft and comfortable, and after a good night's sleep, I felt completely refreshed. I was also very satisfied with the host's service; they were welcoming but not overly intrusive, and their recommendations for nearby restaurants were excellent. I'll definitely stay here again! A definite five-star review! The guesthouse's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. The room is beautifully decorated, full of artistic flair. The host was incredibly welcoming, making our trip even more enjoyable. I'll bring my friends next time!

Location: The location is at the west gate of the scenic spot. It takes three minutes to walk to the scenic spot. There is a supermarket at the door, as well as a burger shop and a noodle shop. Service: We came from Huangshan Scenic Area, so we called the boss in advance. The boss helped me arrange a carpool, thirty-one people, and the car was delivered to the Ximen parking lot. After arriving, the boss arranged for a boy to ride a sightseeing car to pick us up. Let's go When the time came, the little brother also sent us to the carpooling point, and the service was perfect. Decoration: Very charming, with a tea room, the room is very good, fully intelligent, the bedding is good, and the mattress is from Jin Koer. Overall: Warm service, highly recommended

The inn is located next to the red poplar trees at the entrance to the scenic village. The innkeeper was very welcoming and attentive, even going to the parking lot she had pre-designated to pick up our luggage and elderly guests. Her husband is a chef, and his local specialties, like stinky mandarin fish, are incredibly delicious. She also recommends her friends to stay here.

I fancy the star vacant room. Although the season is wrong, it is very quiet. On the way to get up early to see the scenery, I accidentally photographed the village under the sunrise. It was covered in the morning mist. It was beautiful! The boss sister is very nice and enthusiastic. If you have any questions, you will answer them one by one. The recommended restaurant is delicious and does not step on thunder. Very suitable for people who want to relax and not like to live for a few days. It is not far from the Hongcun scenic spot. It is suitable for car travel.

Extremely satisfied! We came here for tourism, and at first we couldn't find our way, but the landlady patiently explained the route to us. It's very close to the West Gate, and the accommodation was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed, including air conditioning and an electric blanket—super nice! She even specifically told us we could turn it on if it was cold. With this kind of service, anything is possible! It made our trip much more enjoyable. Very satisfied!

The guesthouse is near the big tree at the village entrance. If you have luggage, head north from the west gate towards the tree; otherwise, entering from the west gate requires walking along a stone path, which is inconvenient for dragging suitcases. From the small square near the village entrance, turn right at the first intersection in the alley leading to Xie Yuda Tea Shop, then turn left at the next intersection – it's about a minute walk. It's a two-minute walk from the guesthouse to the west gate. After crossing the bridge, there are many restaurants, including traditional tea shops, and barbecue stalls at night. The guesthouse is located on the back street of the main commercial area, a good location yet quiet. The owner is very kind; when we went to the main gate or west gate, the owner even came to meet us and show us the way. Although it's a guesthouse, it's very clean. We stayed on the second floor, and it wasn't damp even in autumn and winter. The bathroom isn't a separate shower and toilet, but it's quite large for a guesthouse. Overall, it's a very suitable place to stay during a trip, allowing you to get up early and experience the tranquil beauty of a southern Anhui village.
