When staying at TOKYOEJOYINN-NISHISHINNJUKU, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore Nakano Ward. The property's front desk offers service in 3 languages, including English. This property also offers free luggage storage.

"The rooms was OK. But the noise coming from other floor or outside the door is annoying. Some travellers are just not considerate. Even in the midnight they can just walk like a T-Rex. When they carrying luggage and dropped it at 4am. And they making noise without hesitate. Other than that this hotel is good to stay. 9 mins walk to metro station. 3 mins to bus stop. 3 mind to convenient stall."

"The room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. However, there was quite a bit of dust around the microwave. The hotel provides one washing machine and one dryer, but it might be a good idea to inform guests that shoes shouldn't be washed in them. I saw some Western guests washing their shoes in the machine, which I felt was inappropriate."

There's a dedicated luggage area and a locker with a combination lock. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, razors, and paper slippers are provided free of charge. For 500 yen, you can use the public bath on the 10th floor. Since there aren't many public bathhouses (sentō) around Asakusa, this hostel is a good option if you want to soak."

Newly opened in July 2021! 2-minute walk from Exit 1 at Kiba Station!

"A quiet but cosy location. Great to get away from the more bustling parts of Tokyo and the local joints are comfortable and friendly. Would recommend for a slower change of pace and honestly more spacious than places in central Tokyo! Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Convenience stores so close by!"

"✨ A Hidden Gem in Ikebukero This place is a rare find in a great location. Depending on which metro line you take, it’s about a 10–15 min walk from the station (C1 exit). The street is quite narrow, so large vehicles can’t enter. If you’re taking a taxi or shuttle, you’ll need to get dropped off nearby. The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and they allowed us to store our luggage safely—plenty of space provided. The accommodation runs on an AirBnB-style concept, with shared kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas. A washing machine is available for free use, and the dryer costs only 100 yen for 30 minutes. We booked a triple-sharing ensuite room with 3 futons, strong air-conditioning, and enough space to open our luggage comfortably. It’s cosy but perfect for three guests. Since it’s a shared-style accommodation, guests are encouraged to keep quiet and respect others. Overall, it’s simple, clean, and comfortable—great value if you’re looking for a home-like stay in the heart of Ikebukero."

"First of all, check-in is until 9pm. Make sure you understand this. When I pressed the intercom after check-in, an employee came and politely dealt with me, as if he was nearby. (I'm really sorry...) The person who dealt with me was a foreigner, and although he didn't seem to be good at Japanese, I was able to understand him well in English, and he tried his best to explain so I could understand him! Japanese people can stay here without worry. It's about a 10-minute walk from Okachimachi Station, and the hotel is located in a quiet residential area. It's a little bit away from the main road towards the residential road, so it's difficult to find if it's your first time here, but you can see the big sign. The room is very clean. I thought it was a little small, but it was more than enough for sleeping. If you're planning to work from the hotel, it may be a little cramped. With the increasing number of expensive hotels, it's perfect for being this affordable and clean. I'll come back to stay here again!"

"Basically, it is the feeling of a youth hostel, but the decoration is still very traditional in Japan, and the place for soaking in the bath is quite special. In addition, brushing, bathing, and toilets in public areas are also more sanitary and convenient."

"The south side is a hundred miles away, and there is no choice. On the first day, I stood downstairs in the bitter wind. I was afraid that my mother would freeze and break down. I was in a hurry to enter the password. Why was it wrong? I was in a hurry to call the boss. I was thinking that Japanese could not communicate. Thank God, the boss's mouth was full of positive voices. The broadcast cavity made me be sure to calm down. The password number should be added *, not #, After losing, wait a second, the door will open automatically. The room is very compact, that is no problem, but because it is on the side of the road, the car is a bit noisy at night, I don't know if the opposite row will not be better along the road."

Hotels in Sumida,Tokyo
The LIVCITY kinshicho is conveniently located for easy access from Narita Airport and, on top of that, to Asakusa, Shinjuku, and other major tourist destinations in Tokyo. We have 15 rooms of different types for different tastes. Each is furnished with a double bed, sofa, kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, and shower room with bathtub. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily by a contractor and are always ready and waiting for you with comfort and cleanliness.

"We stayed at the hotel as a family for 2+3 nights, in different rooms. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen and a washing machine, plus a large shower. We ran into an issue in the second room: the previous guests had left the air conditioning on heating at 30 degrees, and it wouldn't start. We're not used to heating with AC, so we tried different modes and didn't think to just lower the temperature ourselves. We contacted customer support, but since they don't work overnight, we only got a response in the morning. Ultimately, we had to start the AC at 20-22 degrees and then gradually raise it to 26. It's worth remembering that Japan doesn't have central heating, so rooms will always feel a bit cool. There's paid luggage storage right by the entrance, which is probably good if you're worried about leaving valuables in your room. Also, there are luggage lockers at almost every subway station. For a late checkout, it's probably best to leave your bags somewhere in the city center. We really liked the neighborhood: lots of 24-hour convenience stores. Near the MCD subway station, there's Starbucks and local restaurants. In the shopping center, past the Starbucks, they have excellent donuts in the morning, and good sushi too. In the evenings, we walked to the tower. The value for money for a family room was excellent. Thanks for the hospitality!"

不完美的旋律Tabata Boutique Suites is located near Tabata Station on the Yamanote Line. There is only a small shopping mall next to Tabata Station, which has a bakery, a small supermarket, and several restaurants. There is also a McDonald's and some small shops about 50 meters away. The B&B is about 200 meters walk from Tabata Station. It is located in a residential area and is very quiet. There is only a 7-11 convenience store nearby, and there are few people and cars. The B&B is in Room 403 (the original information said Room 404). We couldn't find the combination lock that night and were unable to check in, so we called the owner. We called several phone numbers attached to the information, but they were all connected directly to the voice system, saying it was an incorrect number. So we sent an email, but there was no reply. We felt helpless and confused. So I went back to the door of Room 403 and found a combination lock in a hidden place. I had to enter the combination according to the information emailed to me before to unlock it. There was a door key inside the lock, so I could enter. We stayed for 3 nights, and the owner did not call back or reply to my emails. Only the trip.com AI customer service asked me if I needed help, which was very thoughtful. The homestay is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities, except that the small terraces of the two rooms cannot be accessed because they are used to cool the air conditioners. In addition, there is no floor heating in the house. The heating is blown to the living room and dining room by the air conditioners in the two rooms. Since the toilet and bathroom are farthest from the bedroom, the heating cannot reach that far, so it is very cold to use the toilet and bathroom. The advantage of this B&B is that it is quite new and clean, probably because it was newly renovated. In addition, the TV can watch YouTube and Netflix, which is great!

LlelechaThe room is clean and tidy, and quite spacious. The design and layout are also reasonable. It is very close to the subway station. There are many places to eat and play around. It is very quiet to sleep at night. The boss is very nice. He helped us move our luggage to the room and gave us a small surprise when we left. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Tokyo in the future and will recommend it to my friends.

นัฐพงศ์ จินดาสนิทกุลThe room was as described and had many amenities, but no microwave. There was an induction cooktop and a set of pans, but no plates or cutlery. There was a wardrobe and a balcony for drying clothes. The room was larger than most accommodations in the city. Free Wi-Fi was available, but some rooms had no signal or was very slow. It's far from the train station (about 650-800 meters) and 1.3 km for airport travel. The stairs are very narrow; large suitcases must be carried up as there is no elevator. Anyone with luggage weighing over 15 kg will be exhausted, especially if they get a room on an upper floor.

AAnonymous UserA single-family homestay, fully self-service, the hotel has no management staff, tatami room, floor mat, very comfortable to sleep, clean and hygienic The guestbook shows that there are basically more Korean tourists One thing that really deducts points. Someone actually tried to enter my room in the middle of the night! Very scary! Through the peephole, I saw that it was a couple of tourists staying in the room. They were not Chinese, but probably Korean. They must have walked into the wrong room, but they kept trying the password until the system reported an error. They also tried to force the door open. I was scared to death It is not recommended for girls to stay alone. It is too dangerous without management staff. And the room is on the first floor (the second floor is a six-person room). There is no anti-theft window outside. The safety factor is really low If there are boys in the same group, if you don’t consider safety, the overall hotel is still very good. High cost performance, convenient travel, direct to Narita Airport

TTsang HarryThe hotel is located in the residential area of Iriya, and the environment is relatively quiet and quiet. There are convenience stores and bento shops within walking distance, but there are fewer restaurants and shopping stores. The hotel is located between Ueno and Asakusa. It takes about 25-30 minutes to walk to these famous attractions, and you can enjoy the scenery of people's livelihood along the way. There is also a bus stop nearby, and you can reach more sightseeing spots in about 15 minutes by bus. There is an elevator in the hotel, but you need to go up a flight of stairs to check in and out, which may cause some inconvenience to the elderly. The overall decoration retains the characteristics of Japanese-style houses. There are lockers at the entrance to change shoes, and then there is a Western-style living room with coffee, tea and snacks. Refrigerators are also provided in the corridor on the third floor. The room type I stayed in did not have a private bathroom, but there was a simple wash basin and mirror in the entrance. The room adopts a traditional tatami design, which is very comfortable and clean, and is spacious for single or double occupancy. The sound insulation effect is good, and there is air conditioning, TV and wardrobe in the room, but there is only one charging plug. In addition, the room also provides Japanese yukata to wear as pajamas in the hotel to enhance the Japanese-style stay experience. The bathroom is separate for men and women. It is located on the first and second floors. It adopts a typical Japanese design and is equipped with a dressing room, shower room and bathtub. You can fully experience Japanese bathing culture. There are also self-service laundry facilities on the ground floor. In general, Sakura Inn is a very unique Japanese-style B&B with a comfortable overall environment, considerate service, and high cost performance. It is highly recommended to travelers who like Japanese life experience.

EErnest_LAWAsakusa Yoshino Hotel: A Tranquil Edo-Style Inn Amidst the Bustle I was absolutely charmed by Asakusa Yoshino Hotel on my first stay! It's a mere 5-minute walk to Senso-ji Temple and Kaminarimon, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Nakamise Shopping Street and taking a rickshaw ride. Yet, it's tucked away in an alley, offering surprising peace and quiet. The Japanese tatami room was spotlessly clean and refreshing, with wooden furniture and paper sliding doors. Before bed, sitting cross-legged and gazing at the old streetlights outside the window, felt like stepping back into the Edo period. The owners are a super friendly couple; communication in English was no problem, and they even proactively recommended a fantastic tempura spot nearby. For breakfast, you can choose between a Japanese set meal or a Western-style light breakfast – the miso soup was unbelievably delicious! They even gave us a small souvenir upon check-out, showing incredible attention to detail. For those on a budget who want an authentic Tokyo experience, this place is a no-brainer – the value for money is outstanding!

GGuest Usergood for solo travellers. not social at all, and quiet and lights out hour starts at 11pm. very clean though! and it is around 15 minute walk to shibuya centre / crossing. it is surrounded by convenient stores though. it is also near the area of love hotels and clubs of the shibuya region, but it is not loud at all and it is in a quiet little corner. so if that scene is not your vibe then you can easily ignore it because it is not apparent at all (i only found out there are clubs and love hotels and bars near it because i went on late night walks around the neighbourhood every night and also my friend asked me to go clubbing at this specific club and coincidentally i found out it was minutes away from this hostel, and also long story short we also had to actively look for love hotels near the area because we both were stranded for the night lol). but if it is your scene - it is awfully convenient!

CcallmeNoonaThe accommodation is very private, located on a hill. The rooms are very spacious and have parking right in front of the room. Food options might be limited, so we ate in town and bought some bread for breakfast. The weather was fantastic. We accidentally left our phone at the hotel almost two hours after checking out. We quickly contacted them through Trip.com, and they responded very promptly. We were very impressed.
