AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior and lobby are grand and impressive, and the free access to the observation deck is a nice bonus. Getting there the first time was a bit confusing with the navigation, but it was easy after that. Breakfast was plentiful, and sitting outside was very pleasant! As for the location, it's very central, but you basically need a car to get anywhere, so it's not actually that convenient. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite as a family of four, and the space was very generous, which we loved. However, the interior decor and facilities don't quite match the impressive exterior. If you prioritize space like we do, it's still generally recommended. Oh, and early check-in is unlikely (we arrived on an early flight).

CChun Myung KimReally spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel room overlooked the villa area, offering a fantastic and expansive view. The club lounge was also excellent, helping to solve some of our meal needs. The staff were wonderful and very approachable; when we asked if there were rooms with larger windows, they kindly arranged one with a great view and a huge window for us. It was a superb experience! We'll definitely be back.

HHaifa MinhajI appreciate the customer service. The room was neat and tidy. All thou pool facility wasn't available, rest all facilities were great. Housekeeping, concierge service and the reception staff, everyone displayed great professionalism and it's highly commendable. We had booked breakfast as well, restaurants maintained their standard. The food and services were great. Taste was great and there were good choices of food. Go ahead and book your stay there. ❤️

Had a very good experience during my stay. The place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The food tasted great, and the service was truly amazing. Excellent value for money — would definitely recommend to others!

AAlleneThe hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside.
The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is overall very good. The location is excellent, it’s close to the city center and everything you might need is nearby. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance, which made the stay very convenient.
The hotel itself is nice, although the building feels a bit old. Everything was clean and comfortable, so no major issues there.
The only downside was the air conditioning, it wasn’t very strong and the room felt a bit warm at times. I would recommend improving or upgrading the AC system.
Overall, I had a good experience and would still recommend this hotel 👍

GGuest UserNice hotel for its price for 1 night stay. Location is quite close to Louvre, which was my point of interest in Abu Dhabi. Though it's far from airport & Grand Mosque (1 h by bus). There is a supermarket nearby. My room was quite spacious, but windows dirty & impossible to open (only air conditioning to cool down the room), also very strange window in the bathroom with pigeon (see photo)) but overall clean (except the curtains and hole on the blacket). Fridge & teapot working, though a bit old. Shower gel, etc provided. Hot water without problems. I had breakfast, there were omlette, vegetables, fruit, desserts, smth fried - ok to eat & go. Quick wifi. But it seems like there is a nightclub in the hotel, I heard a bit of music late at night & sound of the road in front (though my room was on 11 floor). I was very tired so it didn't stop me from sleeping well)
