"Everything is really nice with the hotel, they even accomodated us to a one bedroom suite when requested. The only drawback was the overcrowded breakfast buffet and the arrangements being accross three rooms that was very annoying and not a pleasant experience. But the property is beautiful and location is perfect would recommend anyone to stay here."

"This W Hotel is centrally located on Yas Island, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the island. They offer shuttle buses to all the major theme parks, so the location is definitely a strong point. The only minor downside is that waiting for the return shuttle can be a bit of a hassle; we often had to wait a long time, which wasn't a great experience. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich and varied, and the restaurant itself is spacious with a comfortable dining environment. The hotel's biggest highlight is its proximity to the F1 track; you can occasionally feel the race day atmosphere, and it's super easy to access any F1-related activities. The facilities are excellent, including a dedicated pool and gym. The gym is exclusively equipped with Italian Technogym equipment, which is top-notch quality, providing a fantastic workout experience. The service is also attentive, and the overall environment and views are great. Overall, the value for money is good, making it a suitable stay for anyone visiting Yas Island for theme parks or F1."

"I really loved this hotel! We arrived before 3 PM, but the reception staff were very accommodating and let us check in by 12 PM. They also kindly split our bed into two and provided two sets of bedding. The hotel has a spa, pool, and jacuzzi. The food was excellent, and it was super convenient that breakfast started at 6 AM, so we made it for our morning flight. It's only a 10-minute drive to the airport. This is the perfect place if you're going to a concert at Etihad Arena! P.S. The Formula 1 track is right next to the hotel, but you can't hear the race cars from the rooms, only by the pool."

"The room was spacious, a suite actually, and very clean. The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. My child accidentally scraped their leg, and a staff member immediately came to inquire, offered a bandage, and even called later to check up on us. Highly recommended!"

"I don't know why some online reviews claim there's a free shuttle service, because there isn't. And anyone who says it's a 5-minute walk is talking nonsense and will mislead you. I tested it today: after landing, I expected a pickup, but there was none! I called the hotel, and they told me to take a taxi myself. It cost me 59.59 in local currency using Uber. The next day, it was just over 30 to get back to the airport. It's about a 15-minute drive from the airport to the hotel, so definitely don't be fooled into walking there. The hotel itself is quite clean and seems perfect for a layover. There's a Costa downstairs, and the hotel also offers meals."

"The experience was great! Impeccable! Loved the vibe and ambience. This turns out to be our favorite staycation. And we didn't struggle for parking also, amble parking lots were available. The staffs were so professional and approachable. I really loved the interiors and ambience of the room. It's eye catching and stunning. The choice of colors, the room layout and everything matches the vibe. And we had a cool balcony to relax. We didn't even care about our gadgets much because this was the real vibe that we were looking for. Away from the work place and all the stress, this was the kind of peace I was looking for. And the breakfast was good! Sweet and simple. The stay was so therapeutic."

"The room cleaning frequency isn't quite up to Dubai hotel standards. At mealtime, my friend joined us. Our room included two meals, while my friend's room only included breakfast. We wanted the free meals to be served as free, and the paid meals to be paid for normally. However, the Asian hostess who seated us showed an impatient expression before we even spoke, and immediately assumed we had exceeded the guest limit. That felt a bit offensive. However, the hotel's pool, food, and kids' club (the staff even joined in the exercises!) were all pretty good. The toilet in our room had a completely enclosed wooden door, which made the kids scared to use it alone, so an adult had to go with them every time. We didn't take their shuttle bus to the theme park because it showed a 30-minute wait and another 30 minutes to get there. We just took a taxi instead, which wasn't too far, about 15 minutes by taxi. The taxi fare was a bit expensive, but the kids couldn't wait any longer. The chocolate at this hotel is amazing!"

"Location/Pros: Within YAS ISLAND, getting a taxi is very convenient and everything is close by. Location/Cons: No view outside the window, only a construction site. Facilities/Pros: Has a washing machine, sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, etc., all very convenient; the sofa bed is large and comfortable. Service/Cons: When booking on Trip.com, I noted that I needed the sofa bed prepared in advance, but it wasn't. I also mentioned this at the front desk, but no one came to set it up promptly. Only after calling from the room again did someone come to make the bed. The front desk staff's attitude was generally rather cold. Value for money/Cons: At a price of about 2500 RMB/night, it didn't include theme park tickets because it was booked through an agency. The booking itself also didn't include breakfast. Overall, the value for money is actually not high; I'd suggest considering other hotels. Breakfast/Cons: The front desk recommended buying breakfast separately, which was apparently 600 AED for 6 people (3 people * 2 days). Breakfast was at the adjacent hotel, with a very high proportion of children, making it noisy and quite messy. Service staff were inefficient or understaffed, leading to overall slow operations. The tables and chairs weren't clean. The breakfast content was also very mediocre."

"Place is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe"
