Rest from 10th to 15 May 2024. The apartment is located right next to Ponte Vecchio. In the very centre of Florence. In 5 minutes walk from the Ufizzi Gallery, Palazzo Piti, Boboli gardens, etc. The apartment is located in the historic center to get to the car to it it is impossible (or you will have to put the car in the road parking). If you arrived by car, it is better to put it in the suburb of Florence (for example in Galluzzio on a free parking on Piazza Don Pietro Puliti Square and to get to the apartment by 11 bus to Arno (go every 20 minutes until midnight), And then walk to the apartment for 5-7 minutes). 3 people can be located in the apartment with comfort (for the 4th person you can ask for an extra bed, as the mechanism for laying the sofa in the living room was broken, but sitting on the sofa is comfortable). There is no air conditioner in the apartment (for summer rest it can be critical). Sometimes it is noisy (when motorcyclists pass through the windows). There is still a nuance with the bathroom. The entrance to the bathroom (in apartment 1 s/u) is from two bedrooms (bath pass), but there are no keys. We shouted ”TOO” loudly :))In one day the water was digged from the ceiling. We informed the masters of this, but waited for the masters refused and put a bucket (this was enough). In my opinion, in such nuances, the apartment is a little expensive (for 5 nights we paid 94,000 rubles, it is about 900 euros), but cheaper we could not find. In general, the apartment is good for a week's rest.

Wonderful stay in this hotel again! Very comfortable room, a great variety of choices for the breakfast, located in the center of Florence close to all places to see and visit! Definitely would love to come back again in the future!

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the train station. The surrounding streets were quite diverse, with a noticeable presence of Black people. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide range of dining options. Cleanliness: As an older hotel, the facilities were a bit dated. However, the room was reasonably clean, though quite small and a bit cramped for two people. A big plus was the very strong air conditioning. Service: The service was acceptable. The gentleman at the front desk was quite handsome, and the older gentleman was also very European and gentlemanly, which was pleasant to see. Breakfast: The breakfast was good, with plenty of choices, though the croissants were just average. A waiter proactively offered coffee and tea. The restaurant had consecutively been awarded Michelin stars before 2018, with a label proudly displayed at the hotel entrance. Local Amenities: If you exit the hotel, turn right, then turn left after about 20 meters, you'll find a local, affordable supermarket selling bread, fruit, vegetables, and milk, which is very convenient.

The hotel service is good, and the location is excellent, very close to the train station, making it ideal for tourists. The hotel's facilities are vintage-style, a bit older, but acceptable. It's recommended to book early with a cancellable option for good value, as rooms can be tight.

Yes, as they write, the hotel is near the port, but for that and all the sights behind the corner. Find it is not so difficult. The room is large, bright. Breakfast on the menu, for Europe is quite good. Beauty is clean white. Hairdressing and slippers, white towels. Of the downsides: Suspicious personalities in the evening in the alleys, but it is apparent not only in the area.

Simone was responsive and very helpful from the time we booked and throughout our stay. The location was quiet, slightly off the main city center but near most attractions. The neighborhood was charming and very walkable to eating places and markets. Will stay at his guest house again when we return to Firenze.

The location is perfect 👍🏻 very close to all the beautiful places in the historic part of the city! Please make sure that you check in online prior arrival to avoid extra charges. It’s easy and takes around 2-3 minutes of your time. The front desk staff speaks English very well. The rooms are spacious with 2 fans for comfortable sleep at night and huge lockers to store your belongings securely (the key provided by check in and it’s included in the price). There are comfortable beds with clean bed sheets and a decent pillow. Bring your own towel though, or you need to pay for one at the front desk. The bathroom is modern but not clean enough to give 5 stars. Also, there is toilet paper but no soap. As for the kitchen, it’s partially equipped, cooking might be a bit challenging but has a big modern fridge. There is a spacious dine in area and you can enjoy your meal in the garden outside. Overall, it was a nice stay for me, thank you very much!

This apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk from Florence train station, and within walking distance to all the major attractions. It's in a safe and quiet area. There's a supermarket with a wide variety of affordable goods just across Ponte Vecchio. The apartment itself is very spacious, located in a historic building but with a modern, minimalist interior. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a good selection of toiletries, including disposable slippers. The front desk service was excellent. My only suggestion would be to add some kitchen rags. Highly recommended!

Great location, good hotel and staff. Gorgeous terrace. which is used in my opinion at the loss of the hotel, the only negative is breakfast, it is better not to take it with breakfast if you like to have a delicious breakfast, it seems that the hotel manager is doing everything in order to ruin the owner. but all these cons still make it a good hotel
