"The soundproofing in the room was quite poor; I could clearly hear even slightly loud noises from next door. The curtains didn't block out the sunlight effectively, so it was very bright when the sun came up. There were also very few power outlets, and they were all a bit loose. On the plus side, the price was great, and the bathroom was nice."

"Environment: Old Qian Villa Manor Hotel has two main buildings and several courtyard suites, with a helipad nearby. The rooms and lobby are furnished with old wooden furniture, porcelain, and oil paintings. Cleanliness: It's an old house, but it's very well-maintained, and the cleanliness is good. Service: The front desk, restaurant, and room service staff are all very enthusiastic, especially the bellhop. We arrived at the hotel at 12 PM, and it was raining outside. After the front desk completed all the procedures, due to a language barrier, I only understood that the front desk said check-in was at 2 PM. However, the bellhop took our luggage and gestured for us to follow him. He escorted us all the way to our room, then showed us how to get power. When I said I didn't have a room key, he gave us his key to use for power. So, we inexplicably checked in at 12 PM. A little while later, a girl knocked on our door to deliver our room key and retrieve the bellhop's temporary card. It felt quite heartwarming, especially since we were traveling with elderly parents and children, plus two large pieces of luggage. We had no idea where we would wait for two hours, especially since there's nothing around the hotel. The hotel's dining is also excellent, as you can see from the pictures."

"Amazing stay. 10 min drive to a parking in the City Center in Florence. Kids loved it, they were tired of hotels, this is a tiny house, lots of families around, camper vans, playground, shop, pool, laundry. The tiny house is super clean, spotless, probably brand new. Very efficient, well organised. We took a premium one, it is already not large for a family. Spotless linen and towels, all duvets were sealed in a bag, looks dry cleaned, fresh. All tableware, cooking ware and cutlery provided. Air conditioner in both rooms, mosquito nets, proper water pressure and hot water. Very nice attentive staff. We checking late in the evening, which was a plus for us, we saw a checking queue in the morning it looked very long. All the best to this place and the team!"

"This hotel has nothing to do with Holiday Inn; it's called Italian Hotel, so IH. It's not the same as the IHG group. I booked it because of the big brand, but I was completely misled! The hotel is quite remote, inconvenient to get to, the facilities are old, the air conditioning doesn't work, the blankets are thin, and the service is just so-so. Only the breakfast is, to be honest, passable."

"A former mill renovated with taste and class. The reception staff are very professional and friendly, and the rooms, all interiors, and outdoor spaces are very clean. The terrace overlooks the Arno, and dining while admiring the beautiful sunsets over the water is magical. A few drawbacks, however: - The TGV train passes nearby, and the many cars passing by can be disturbing during meals on the terrace. - The formerly beautiful swimming pool directly outside the hotel has been transformed into a beautiful ornamental pond. A new pool, too small for the number of guests, was dug at the very end of the grounds and lacks the appropriate charm for the majestic building. - The portions during meals are truly meager compared to the price. - The only place where guests can gather outside in the evening is the bar terrace, which is located in the inner courtyard, around which there are also rooms accessible from the outside. The noise of chatter, laughter, etc. is really more than disturbing for sleeping. You should plan another, more isolated place on the beautiful grounds."

"I especially enjoy the coffee corner in the common zone. It is clean and comfortable with nice shampoo and conditioners provided. Overall experience is great except for the location as it’s a bit far from train station and it’s a bit inconvenient for us with large luggage. The heater of the shower sometimes work slowly. It’ll be cold for customers living in winter. It’s 9min walk to Mercato Centrale Firenze which u can try Il Bollito e lo Stracotto di Giacomo Trapani"
