"Lovely stay! first time here and it was an awesome 2 nights stay! I booked it for my Birthday Staycaytion and wanted to peaceful stay! Staff were super friendly and gave me a room upgrade!! ♥️ Nice and clean, uninterrupted room and restful!!! 10/10!! Amenities were great and sufficient. I also tried to keep the place neat and tidy before checking out so that the housekeeping staff wouldn’t be so tired and make their lives easier! I wasn’t expecting the room upgrade (maybe cause it was my birthday) but thanks to staff Ariff that helped with the check-in! 😊 the room upgrade was really a bonus and helps a lot with the experience of my stay here - cause of the awesome view!!! 🥰♥️ It was amazing!! (for me at least) was unexpected but an amazing solo staycaytion experience here! nothing to pick on! thank you for the experience!"

"The Citadines Connect Rochester Singapore is nestled at the foot of Mount Faber Park. Opened in 2023, it boasts a simple and refreshing design. The front desk staff can communicate in Chinese, and the bus stop right outside offers convenient access, making trips to Sentosa a breeze. The rooftop outdoor pool is surrounded by lush greenery, and the rooms are clean, though a bit on the small side – it can be cramped when trying to open large suitcases. Soundproofing in some street-facing rooms is also just average. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and guests can store their luggage for free. It's a great option for travelers looking to avoid high city prices."

"Our room, though small, was clean and tidy, which made for a very pleasant stay. The whole hotel had a fresh feel to it, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Both female receptionists we encountered, and the male receptionist with darker skin, provided excellent service. The hotel offers luggage storage, and its location is very close to the MRT station for Sentosa, with a large shopping mall nearby. It's an excellent place to stay if you're visiting Universal Studios. I'd like to advise others considering the same room type that, although our room had a glass window, it couldn't be opened. It can get a bit stuffy without the air conditioning on."

"The hotel's environment is truly exceptional. Check-in is on the 8th floor, and the ground floor provides direct access to the restaurant and the beach. Right outside, there's a beach tram shuttle service that takes you to Beach Station MRT in just two stops, or about a 5-10 minute walk. During our stay, there was a beachside barbecue market starting at 2 PM every afternoon, which was when the shuttle service stopped. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the swimming pool was right outside our door. The kids absolutely loved it! There were also swings and a seesaw, and we even spotted a hammock while walking around. However, I can't help but mention the ants. There were always tiny ants on the bedsheets, which might be due to the area being so close to nature."

"The room was very spacious, and the location was excellent, making it convenient to get around the island. The tap water in the room is probably not drinkable. There's drinking water and an ice machine in the elevator lobby, and the fridge in the room has complimentary drinks, which was fantastic! The hotel is right above a mall and very close to Universal Studios and Harry Potter World."

"Great stay, hotel is slightly old but cleanliness is good, curtains and carpet are not dusty. Has a QR code to scan for additional amenities. Amenities provided are good brand. Beds are a bit short for tall people but quite comfortable. For quad room, the additional two beds are a bit hard. Shuttle service provided doesn’t match checkout timing did not use it. Walking to bus stop for free Bus A and Bus B is quite a distance, takes 10mins, alternatively for a scenic route, can walk through a short forest trail at main road to get to Imbiah monorails station, will take 15mins. All the routes are not flat, has slopes. Breakfast selection is good enough, hash brown, braised eggs and porridge are good, cook your own noodles station is quite easy to do, only take less than 2mins. Get a complimentary cake if celebrating anything, when check in they will pass u a card to redeem the cake and complimentary drinks at Tearoom L2(dine in only)."

"The room was spacious and the walk to Universal Studios was very short, making for an excellent experience! The overall hygiene was also outstanding. However, the check-in process, which required scanning QR codes on a mobile phone, was a bit cumbersome and could use some improvement."

"Overall I feel the room and location are pretty good. Just that there isn’t much nearby shop to buy unless you are driving. Carpark is free l. The only thing to this, is that the check out timing is 11am. I mean… 11am I am still chilling lah!"

"I spent a long time choosing a hotel in Singapore before finally settling on this one, mainly because it's quite new, having just been built in 2023! The hotel's location is excellent – quiet yet close to the action. It's easy to get around using Grab, and if you prefer the MRT, Orchard station is about a 10-minute walk away. There is some construction nearby, but as tourists, it didn't really bother us. The room size was quite generous, and they even upgraded one of my rooms – wow, an outdoor garden! Ms. Xu (from Shanghai) at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Thank you! The only thing is I haven't yet received the deposit I paid during check-in. If that's returned smoothly, I'd give this place a 10 out of 10, haha! I would definitely book Parkroyal Collection Orchard again on my next trip to Singapore."
