"Location: The overall location is good, although it's tucked away in a small alley. There are ATMs, 7-Elevens, and pharmacies nearby, but that's about it. There are a few Chinese restaurants and a Starbucks, but it feels a bit isolated. There's a mall behind it, but it's a 20-minute walk. Taxis are very convenient; you can quickly get a ride-hailing car or a motorbike taxi. Cleanliness: Very good Value for money: High WiFi: Works very well Room size: Extremely spacious Soundproofing: Very good Room facilities: The elevator card is a magnetic strip card, and it was often difficult to use. I had to go downstairs to get it re-magnetized five times, which was quite annoying. The elevator doors close and open very quickly, often catching people. Breakfast was delicious and cost 250 baht per person. There's an outdoor smoking area downstairs."

"The accommodation was exactly as pictured, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. They offer 24-hour check-in, with check-out at 12:00 PM. We chose a room with a 5-foot bunk bed. Please note that the room has a strict two-person occupancy limit, and an additional 200 baht will be charged for any extra guests. It's a small room, and ours was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The bathroom is shared, but shampoo is provided. The service was good."

"A magnificent hotel! We haven't traveled extensively, but we've been to many places in recent years, and I can confidently say - this is the best hotel we've ever stayed at! A huge room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, equipped with everything you need for your stay: bathrobes, shampoos, conditioners, body lotion, hand soap; toothbrushes and toothpaste, etc. A large living room, and the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils for cooking and dining. Housekeeping and towel changes are daily. Upon check-in, there were complimentary drinks and water in the fridge, and on the table, there were dried bananas and cookies baked in the restaurant. The bedding and towels were clean, fresh, and dry. The in-room climate control was quiet and allowed for temperature adjustment. The breakfasts were excellent: very diverse, with coffee machines, and there was always enough seating. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 AM. The pool is very beautiful but not deep - a maximum depth of 1.2m, but it's sufficient for a pleasant time. The hotel staff are very welcoming. The deposit is 2000 baht, which is returned upon check-out. The lobby smells wonderfully of fresh flowers. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to the city center. Nearby, there's a large shopping mall, Rama 3, with brands, an evening market, and Tops. There are also several 7/11s in the vicinity. The area is clean, and we felt safe. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would like to return in the future."

"Great room and service, but let down by rigid rules Our stay was overall excellent. The location is perfect, the hotel is perfectly clean, and the room was spacious with a brilliant layout and great water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, a rigid policy at breakfast left a sour taste. We had leftover food that our son couldn't finish, but the restaurant staff completely refused to let us take it to the room. Even when we offered our own plastic containers to avoid wasting food, they still said no. Hotels should look at these things case-by-case when it comes to toddlers and children. The food was good, but this inflexible experience makes us uncomfortable about booking here again."

"The accommodation is not far from Central Rama 3. I had errands to run at the Panjathani Building and walked to the accommodation, about 1.8 km. It's a bit of a walk down a side street. The accommodation is clean and has a microwave, sink, refrigerator, table, TV, and water heater (no hairdryer). #The room is not soundproof. The door is loose and I had to put a chair against it, otherwise it makes a loud noise when I moved it. I could clearly hear the doors and doors of the next room opening and closing."

"The hotel has undergone fantastic upgrades! They now have a 24-hour gym and laundry room, which is incredibly convenient. The parking lot has also been improved with plenty of charging stations, a huge plus for electric cars – so nice! On the first floor, there's a kids' play area and a 24-hour self-service coffee machine offering freshly ground coffee. The staff are so proactive and friendly, offering to add milk, sugar, or ice, and even packaging it nicely for takeout [strong][strong][strong]. The breakfast has improved even further, with a wide variety of options, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes. There were many foreign guests in the restaurant, which shows the hotel is definitely getting better and better. In the evenings, they offer a complimentary 'midnight noodle' service, with choices like noodles, vermicelli, and sweet congee – all delicious. The Disney bus and subway shuttle services are both very convenient. When I wanted to go to Wanda Plaza, they proactively offered to take me there. The service is constantly improving. The hotel's housekeeping is excellent; the bed sheets and duvet covers are soft and comfortable, and even the corners are meticulously cleaned. The staff change the bedding daily and replenish toiletries promptly and thoroughly. They even washed and ironed my clothes beautifully and delivered them to my room. In short, every staff member is warm and thoughtful. Upon checkout, they can do manicures for children and even proactively taught us how to make lacquer fans, which were beautiful. They also provide thoughtful items like steam eye masks and cooling patches. This hotel is highly recommended – the service is truly excellent, the facilities are complete and modern, it's very clean, and the location is convenient, close to the city center."

SSerene_lanI was pleasantly surprised to find two cute elephants on the bed after upgrading to a king-size room. However, when I pulled back the sheets, I discovered three strands of hair that weren't mine. I went to the front desk to report the issue and asked for a change of sheets. A local male staff member flicked the three hairs onto the floor and told me that the sheets were clean and new, implying they were fine to sleep on. It seemed like he had no intention of changing them. So, I insisted on completely new ones. He then quickly brought a new set of sheets and duvet covers and changed them in about a minute. I gave him 20 baht as a tip for his trouble. Later, the front desk called to apologize and said they'd send a drink voucher, but it never arrived. The mini-fridge was a bit old and run-down, and it was quite disgusting inside, like a junk fridge no one would even buy for 50 baht as scrap. When I checked out, I had basically left everything 80% as I found it, as I hadn't used any of the other amenities.

GGuest UserI initially booked my stay for a few days only, but decided to extend for another week. The staff were very nice and allowed me to stay in the same room throughout my time in Bangkok. Now this is really a plus point as some hotels will require you ”check out”, then check in later again which can be a major inconvience. The gym was surpringsly well equipped compared to some higher end hotels (another plus point). They also have self service laundry right beside the gym, or you can opt for the laundromat service right next door to the hotel's lobby (another plus point). Breakfast selection was decent, they do offer a variation throughout the week. Optionally there are also a few coffee joints and 7-11 within the premises. Transport wise, I found out that the back gate of the hotel leads to the pier which you can take the river/canal taxi! That is an absolute winner if the traffic gets really bad. Only 10-12minutes to Central Embassy and the usual downtown areas. Just use google maps to get you along.

LLilililiaaaThe neighborhood is awful, smells like fish. I think even the taxi driver was scared when he arrived. This was my first time in a hostel. The bedding was clean, the air inside was fresh, and the staff were polite. I asked for an early check-in, and they accommodated me without extra charge because I really needed to sleep. It was comfortable to sleep, and there were no drunkards or unruly people, just young and decent guests. A bed for one night cost 500 rubles, which is perfect just for sleeping.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location next to an amusement park makes it a great choice for families with children. There's a shuttle bus and boat service every hour that goes to Silom for free, and you can get to Asok Station with a transfer for 12-14 baht. The breakfast was average compared to other hotels of a similar standard, and it was decent enough. While the overall facilities are very old and dated, I'd still recommend this place if you're looking for a room with a bathtub, spacious accommodations, a beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River, and good value for money. However, the most important thing is that the service attitude of those who help with check-in and check-out at the hotel is only one star. They smiled brightly and seemed friendly, but I'm not sure if they were good at their job. As someone sensitive to noise, I requested a quiet room when booking. Instead, I was assigned to a floor undergoing renovation. As soon as the elevator doors opened, I saw a giant curtain, and it felt like I was stuck on a construction site. The most annoying part was that when I lay down in the room to rest, I couldn't relax properly due to the constant thumping noises from the renovation. I came here to relax comfortably, but I wondered why I was at a place that felt like a construction site. It was completely different from what I expected from a 4-star or 5-star level of service. However, I want to express my gratitude to the staff working at the concierge. My tour was almost canceled due to a sudden downpour, and it wouldn't have been refundable. Thanks to the help of the concierge staff, my tour went ahead as planned. I had a great time because of them, and I gave them 10 dollars as a thank-you. That's how a hotelier should work. I sincerely appreciate it.

GGuest UserThe hotel has aged badly, the fittings and the interior is dated, had to get things replaced and repaired to continue to stay on, also extremely bad noise insulation.  The staff are excellent, no complaints changed and did everything in their power to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is not up to the holiday inn standard I am used to. Just look at the TV model, even the TV channels were not working without snow.

AAnonymous User1. I stayed for one night because I was attending a concert at Idea Live, which is near the hotel. I was really grateful that the front desk allowed me to check in before 11 AM that day. 2. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the showerhead was quite old and didn't work very well; the water pressure was too strong, but the spray area was very small. 3. Getting to the hotel from BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport) involved taking the Airport Rail Link for a few stops and then walking for about 15 minutes. However, that walk isn't the easiest, so it might be challenging if you have large luggage.

GGuest UserThe night before check-in, I carefully read the negative reviews on Ctrip, which made me lose confidence in this hotel. I contacted Ctrip customer service in the middle of the night to try and cancel, but since it was past the cancellation time, we ended up staying there anyway… We had four adults and two children, so we booked a connecting quad room and a twin room. 1. **Hygiene:** The rooms were very clean. It felt comfortable to walk barefoot on the floor, and the bathroom was also very clean with a good wet/dry separation. 2. **Breakfast:** We had the power breakfast every day, and it was delicious and well-balanced. 3. **Service:** I didn't feel any discrimination; both the male and female customer service staff were very polite. 4. **Shuttle:** The hotel's regular schedule is a shuttle every half hour to the alley entrance, but during our two-day stay, we were able to leave whenever we wanted. 5. **Room Type:** For two adults and two children in Bangkok, there aren't many family room options. Many family rooms put all four people in one room, which can be disruptive when adults and children have different schedules. If you book two separate standard rooms, there's no way to look out for each other. So, connecting rooms are our favorite room type when choosing a hotel. 6. **Location:** This is indeed a drawback. Although the Sukhumvit area is great, the hotel is located deep inside an alley, which takes away the fun of being able to just step out and explore anytime… 7. **Pool and Gym:** The pool isn't big, but we were just transiting through Bangkok to Phuket, so we weren't planning on swimming at a city hotel anyway. The gym is also really small; it gets very crowded with just three or four people. However, they thoughtfully provide small towels for wiping sweat in the gym.

GGuest UserI stayed at Kingston Suites between May 15 and May 18, 2026. Arriving early morning on the 15th, they permitted an early check-in at a cost of 1000 baht extra for which i was grateful after travelling for 30 hours. The executive suite room was large, clean and included basic furniture, a microwave, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. The breakfast was a mix of Western and Indian dishes. I thought it was just okay as the main entrees were kind of bland and the selection was limited. Most of the staff were courteous. The location was quite good, only a 10-12 minute walk to Terminal 21 and a couple of BTS stations. I would likely stay again though there are numerous alternatives at a similar price point so it would likely boil down to who offers the best deal.
