Pet friendly Hotels in Lijiang

Took my mom out for a trip and saw Aling's live stream on Douyin. She came across as very practical, genuine, and unpretentious, so we decided to stay for a few days. Overall, it was a really good experience. As soon as you enter the courtyard, there's a water feature with koi fish, which gives a vibrant and lively feel. The two young men working there were incredibly attentive and patient in answering our questions, and their demeanor was very refined. We also had the good fortune to meet a compatible travel couple, Sister Liu and her husband, at Aling's place. It felt like such a serendipitous encounter for people from the north and south to meet here. In the evening, we gathered in Aling's courtyard to chat, drink tea, and share our travel experiences. It was truly delightful. Thank you, Aling, for bringing us all together!

The room was very clean, and the host was super friendly and helpful with luggage. There's also a Samoyed named Mitsu who is incredibly friendly; my kids absolutely adored her and couldn't bear to leave. The dog was very clean and well-behaved. Overall, the guesthouse was very quiet.

As a solo traveler, this was my first trip to Lijiang. Shortly after I made my booking, the inn reached out to confirm my arrival details and arranged a train station pickup. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my room had been upgraded. I initially booked a larger room for my last night, but they kindly upgraded my entire stay to that room so I wouldn’t have to move my belongings. Location: The inn is right in Lijiang Old Town, which is a super popular spot for Chinese tourists. I didn’t go during peak season, but even then it felt a bit overwhelming at times. When I arrived, my luggage was transferred onto a little tricycle cart to be brought to the inn. It’s very easy to get lost in the maze of small streets, so I’d recommend downloading AMap before you arrive and saving the inn’s location to make getting around easier. If you’re heading outside the Old Town, you can just walk to the main road near the InterContinental Hotel to catch a taxi. Room: The room is really spacious and cozy, and they’ve thought of pretty much everything—from a free snack bar and full bathroom amenities to even earplugs. They also welcomed me with a fruit basket when I arrived, which was such a nice touch. The bathroom is big, with both a shower and a huge bathtub, plus a smart toilet with a heated seat. My room faced the street, so it can get a bit noisy in the evening. It didn’t bother me since I fall asleep pretty easily, but if you’re a light sleeper, they’ve got earplugs ready. Or you can go for a room facing the inner courtyard, which should be much quieter. The Inn & Service: The inn has a beautiful rooftop where you can see Yulong Mountain on a clear day. I was lucky to have great weather the entire time, so I ended up going up there every morning just to enjoy the view. If you love plants (especially succulents), you’ll love this place, they’re everywhere and so well taken care of. Another highlight for me was the cute dogs and cats around the inn. If you’re an animal lover, this is definitely a bonus. They also serve a Chinese-style breakfast, and the rice noodles were honestly so good. Everyone at the inn is incredibly friendly and helpful, they really go above and beyond, from recommending local restaurants and tea houses to suggesting places to visit. They don’t speak English, but it wasn’t an issue at all. We just used WeChat to communicate. I’d definitely recommend downloading it before coming to China, you’ll use it a lot, not just for chatting but also for payments (along with Alipay). Overall, I can’t recommend Floral Hotel enough. The service was amazing, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

This hotel made up 90% of my wonderful Lijiang trip – it was incredibly comfortable and the service was so thoughtful. The excellent service started right from booking; the owner added me on WeChat to ask about my arrival time and if I needed a pick-up, always replying instantly. They even helped with my luggage! The hotel is halfway up the mountain, offering stunning views of Lijiang Old Town. Whenever I wanted to go out, they'd drive me to the old town entrance, making it super convenient – a quiet escape yet close to everything. Plus, food delivery comes right to your room. The daily afternoon tea, coffee, and regular tea were all delicious, and the mini cakes and cookies were also high quality. There are 3 cats to pet, and a huge, super clear projector that was so comfy it made me not want to leave the room, haha. ⭐️ **Amenities:** It has an elevator! Floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious and bright room, with sunlight streaming in – super comfortable! There's underfloor heating, powerful air conditioning, and a humidifier. The furniture is solid and high-quality, and the bed is just the right softness with comfortable linens. ⭐️ **Hygiene:** Daily cleaning, disposable slippers in sterilized packaging, soft and clean towels, separate toilet and shower areas, and a bathtub – extremely clean! ⭐️ **Service:** Absolutely amazing, they catered to every request! They provided sightseeing tips and routes with location pins, no pushy sales, and were as warm and attentive as a good friend! Unlimited complimentary bottled water, they'd offer water and an umbrella when I left, and fresh flower cakes when I returned – they looked after me so well! We will definitely be back.

This time, I was traveling with my parents and children, and I deliberately avoided the noisy Old Town of Dayan. I took my friend's recommendation and chose this guesthouse in Yuhu Village, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The guesthouse is right next to the village parking lot, making self-driving and parking incredibly convenient. My parents and the kids didn't have to walk far when getting in and out of the car. The entire guesthouse only has six rooms, so it's quiet with few people, offering maximum privacy. It was exceptionally comfortable to stay here. The owner was very enthusiastic and provided us with detailed travel tips. The courtyard is elegantly and cozily decorated. Even on a rainy day, sitting in the courtyard, sipping tea and chatting, gazing at the surrounding mountain scenery, felt incredibly relaxing. The guesthouse also has a coffee area and a restaurant. The local dishes recommended by the owner were authentic and made with fresh ingredients; both the elderly and children thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and complete facilities. Our family rested very peacefully. The owner and staff were warm and kind, always ready to help promptly with any needs, providing truly attentive service. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoying a slow-paced time at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, this place is especially suitable for a relaxing family vacation. I wholeheartedly recommend it to friends looking for a quiet getaway! I'm planning another trip with my girlfriends in October!

On a business trip to Lijiang, I decided to stay at JUSHE to combine work with sightseeing. The location is super convenient, no worries about parking or taxis. Black Dragon Pool is right around the corner, making it easy to catch the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunrise' view on foot whenever I had a moment. Plus, there are tons of dining options in the Old Town. The forest-themed courtyard is so peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful. In my free time, I even got to try making handmade sachets, which was a lovely way to relax. The B&B is also pet-friendly, which was a big plus since I was traveling with my furry friend.

Traveling with friends, we blindly picked this guesthouse and it was such great value for money! The owner was also super friendly, confirming our arrival plans a day in advance and even helping us with our luggage. There's also a very cute and friendly corgi at the guesthouse that you can pet. The place was very clean too. Definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Lijiang!

After navigating the cobblestone streets of Lijiang Old Town with my luggage for what felt like ages, I finally spotted the wooden sign for Anyun Tianxin Inn at a corner, and was immediately warmed by the sheepskin lantern hanging above the doorway. A steaming cup of Pu'er tea was offered upon arrival, and they mentioned freshly baked flower cakes were in a bamboo basket, encouraging us to have some to tide us over. Our second-floor view room faced Sifang Street directly. In the evening, sitting on the rattan chair on the terrace, we watched Naxi grannies walk by with their bamboo baskets, as the distant Jade Dragon Snow Mountain shimmered faintly in the twilight. The air itself was fragrant with a mix of osmanthus and woody scents. Woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of rain, I pushed open the window to find water accumulated in the stone vat under the eaves, reflecting a sky full of stars. This, I thought, must be the ancient town's most tranquil charm.

Had a fantastic stay! The location is really convenient – close to tourist spots but still quiet. Plus, there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent. The soundproofing was good too, so I slept soundly every night. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and even recommended some great local eateries, which was a nice touch. It offers great value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
