"I recently stayed at Ibis Styles Dubai Airport and had a comfortable experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and conveniently located close to the airport, making it ideal for short stays or layovers. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and was enjoyable. However, the room lacked some basic amenities like body lotion and conditioner, which would have made the stay more pleasant. Despite that, it’s a good value-for-money hotel and a reliable choice for travelers needing a convenient stay near Dubai Airport."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the metro station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Right next door, there's a shopping mall and a Carrefour supermarket, which was absolutely perfect for our last-minute shopping spree before heading back home. The room itself was incredibly spacious. We stayed on the 30-something floor, offering expansive views and a spectacular cityscape. The bathtub was huge, making for a wonderfully relaxing soak, and the bedding was also superb, ensuring a very sound sleep. The TV was actually the largest we saw during our entire trip to the UAE. As a honeymoon couple, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a chocolate cake for us, which tasted fantastic. The most delightful surprise was the hotel's outdoor swimming pool on the sixth floor. It's really large, divided into two sections: 1.2 meters and 1.5 meters deep. There were plenty of loungers by the pool and even a bar. We went twice in total; the first time we stayed for three hours, and the second time we indulged for a full six hours. Just lying there, reading a book, browsing on our phones, occasionally taking a dip, and then coming back to relax some more – it was truly delightful. When we got hungry, we'd order pizza, quesadillas, or fries, and the prices were very reasonable. Plus, they had a happy hour from 4 PM to 7 PM daily, offering various alcoholic beverages. The only minor inconvenience was that if you ordered takeout, you had to go downstairs to pick it up yourself. Delivery drivers weren't allowed upstairs, and the hotel didn't offer room service for deliveries. All in all, we had a very enjoyable two-day stay here."

"I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent experience at the hotel. While there were positive aspects, there were also significant concerns that impacted my overall satisfaction. On arrival, we were disappointed to find that the sea view room we had booked was unavailable. However, the receptionist, Malsha, was very courteous and resolved the issue by providing a room upgrade and a late check-out, which we appreciated. Additionally, the food quality was good, and the dining experience met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and taste (Thank you Daniel for your kind dining services). Unfortunately, several issues detracted from our stay. First, our key card was not updated in the system by 12:00 PM the following day, resulting in us being locked out of our room. More concerning, the cleaning supervisor entered our room without prior notice while my family members were asleep and while I was only partially dressed (wrapped in a towel). It was highly unprofessional for the supervisor to be unaware that the room was occupied, and this breach of privacy was unacceptable. When I raised these issues with the staff, the response was limited to an apology, with no further resolution or compensation offered. Given these incidents, I do not plan to return to this hotel in the future. While the staff’s initial efforts to accommodate us were commendable, the lack of attention to guest privacy and key card management significantly marred our experience."

"Great Hotel and great experience. I want to highlight some key points. The hotel charges a tourist fee of about 15 AED at check-in. The breakfast was decent—some options, but not a huge variety, and the same every day. The nearest metro station is actually only a 10–15 minute walk, despite Google Maps showing an hour due to construction detours—so public transport is very accessible. Lastly, there is a shuttle service, but you need to register a day in advance. Overall, a solid stay with easy transit access!"

"The hotel is located right in the heart of Souk Al Seef, with guest rooms spread across the surrounding buildings. Electric buggy service is available to take guests to/from their rooms or to the nearby sister property, Canopy, where the gym and swimming pool are located. The surrounding offers plenty of shops, cafés, and easy access to boat rides across the creek to the Gold Souk and Spice Souk, making the location extremely convenient. From the electric buggy drivers and receptionists to housekeepers, F&B staffs, and even the engineering team, every staff member demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Akbar provides the warmest hospitality. Breakfast is highly recommended. The selection is fairly extensive and the quality is very good. During peak season, it is advisable to arrive early to avoid crowds. There is a terrace on the third floor, and sitting there in the evening in January was very relaxing. It offered beautiful views of the opposite shore, the busy boat traffic along Dubai Creek, and planes taking off from Dubai International Airport. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was extremely clean and full of characters, reflecting the charm of Dubai’s historic district. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room lighting was quite dim. My room was located above the Starbucks, and there were many people taking photos late at night and early in the morning, so soundproofing could be improved. The hairdryer could not be used in the bathroom and had to be plugged in inside the room due to the outlet configuration. The drawer-style refrigerator had no cooling effect at all. The TV remote control did not function properly—it could only turn the TV on and off, with no function to change channels or adjust the volume. The shower water pressure was weak, and the hot water temperature fluctuated frequently. Aside from these issues, everything else was excellent. I really enjoyed the hotel’s overall style and found the stay very comfortable. If the points mentioned above can be adjusted, I believe the overall guest experience would be significantly enhanced."

"More than comfortable and beautiful premium hotel. We visited it 6 years ago, now we're back and it only became better during the last 6 years. They improved much: pillow menu, fabulous breakfasts and dinners, the highest standards of cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Svetlana and Ilya from reception desk - they were always ready to help. Thanks Ong for the excellent cleanliness our room. We asked Guest relations staff members for some favor - office chair(we needed it to perform some online business meetings during our holiday), they helped in a quick and efficient manner, the office chair was provided almost immediately. Thanks to each and every team member of the restaurant: they all worked as a team, thank you a lot again! Always clean, tasty food. We managed to perfectly relax and recharge. We should also separately mention the beach facilities. The beach club is one of the best in Dubai and hotel guests can use on complimentary basis. Beach is actually 5 minutes walk from your room, which makes everything easier. You should also try the pool bar, you can order some cold soft or not so soft drinks directly from the pool. Food is very healthy, tasty, fresh everywhere - starting from the breakfast restaurant ending with the beach bar and restaurant. Biggest choice of healthy food I've ever seen: healthy drinks, sprouts, vegetables, fresh fruit, a lot of choices for any diet or culture. Thank you for your hospitality, service, comfort, friendliness. We'll be back again soon!"

"Hotel Amenities and Environment: The 7-star hotel environment is impeccable, boasting a water park and an aquarium. I saw on Xiaohongshu that beach slippers were complimentary, but unfortunately, they weren't – only a beach bag was provided. The room itself was decent. Dining: The most satisfying part of this trip was the Club Lounge. It's actually a Michelin-starred restaurant! Breakfast starts at 7 AM, and the afternoon tea selection is also very rich. You can even order drinks during happy hour. Choosing a club room that grants access to the lounge is absolutely worth it. Service: The service was very enthusiastic. I arrived at the hotel quite early, and after my third inquiry, they finally arranged a room for me just before 12 PM."

"The hotel is big and great, The cleanliness is on point with daily house keeping and all the amenities. The only thing lacking is the food for breakfast as the apartment residents have to go to the 25th floor for breakfast and the options are limited. The apartment are nice and clean. Depending on the room type you can see the Burj Khalifa. The supermarket downstairs is really useful to buy essentials. With family the apartment are a really good choice ."
