"The hotel has been newly renovated, and the facilities are quite complete. However, it's a hotel converted from an office building, so the soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear conversations from next door. The location is pretty good though – just 100 meters out, cross the sky bridge at night, and there's a street food night market. The cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom had a slight odor when I first entered the room. The environment was okay. The service was enthusiastic. Even though I arrived early and my reserved room wasn't ready, they offered to upgrade my room if I waited half an hour. In the end, it was still the room I originally booked, which wasn't a big deal. However, the noise from conversations and laughter next door at noon made it impossible to rest. After only a few minutes in the room, I asked to switch, and they eventually moved me to a room with a mahjong machine."

"I stayed in Hefei for a few days this time. My butler, Mindy, contacted me in advance to help arrange my room. She also promptly reminded me about extending my stay and replacing my room card, and the cleaning was very timely. If I needed anything, I just had to contact the butler. They even helped deliver my takeout to my room! 👍 When I checked in, they also gave me a pink rose exclusively for ladies 🌹, and the hotel itself is all pink too~ Everything was great, I'll definitely come back next time!!"

"The high-speed rail station is less than a 10-minute walk away, making lugging suitcases a breeze, and saving a lot of running around to catch your train at the end of your trip. The concert venue is also incredibly convenient, taking a taxi only ten minutes, and getting back after the show doesn't take too long—perfect for those tired after a long day. The value for money is incredible, considering the location and the room, the price is very affordable. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and it had all the basic amenities, perfectly meeting your needs for a short trip. Wouldn't it be nice to save money on nearby attractions instead of spending too much just for convenience? In short, whether you need a quick getaway to your room after a concert or want to save time on an early high-speed train, this hotel is a surefire choice. The value for money is incredible, and concert-goers can easily book a room without any issues!"

"This stay experience far exceeded expectations, must give full praise! The room was clean and tidy to surprise, the floor was barefoot and there was no pressure, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the night was completely dispelled from the fatigue of the journey. The decoration is simple and warm style, with excellent lighting and ventilation, independent balcony and complete appliances to make life particularly convenient, and truly realize the check-in of the bag. The location is also very good, the surrounding traffic is convenient, close to the business district and the subway station, daily travel and shopping are super convenient."

"Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes. Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff! Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!"

"This time I specially chose a room with a bathtub, which is definitely a wise choice! The bathtub is very clean and equipped with a disposable bathtub cover is very reassuring. Take a hot bath, the fatigue of the day disappears instantly, it is a decompression artifact! The room is also great overall, spacious and bright, comfortable beds and good sound insulation. The hotel is conveniently located and the service staff is warm and thoughtful. The bathtub near the window can also see the night view of the city, and the atmosphere is full. For those who like to take a bath, this is definitely a plus! I will choose here next time, I highly recommend the room type with bathtub! 👍"

"The room was great; I've stayed at many Ritz hotels, and this one was exceptionally spacious. However, the cleaning lady was a real turn-off. She kept urging me to hurry up at the door, and I had to keep knocking. I've never encountered anything like that at any other hotel."

"It's rare for me to be enthusiastic enough to write a review for a hotel I've stayed at, but the InterContinental Hefei provided an absolutely fantastic experience. In terms of service, we arrived around 10:00-11:00 PM, and as soon as our car pulled up to the entrance, a bellhop warmly greeted us and helped with the door and luggage. The front desk proactively upgraded us to a high-floor, scenic king room and even offered a complimentary welcome drink for being a member. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room. During our stay, whenever we called for an extra blanket, a disposable bathtub liner, or a remote control battery change, someone was at our door within roughly three minutes. The room rate included a happy hour, and when I brought my child (who is 1.6 meters tall) the next evening, they didn't charge for an extra person and even offered a complimentary item for the child. Upon checkout, they even gave us some fruit to take on our journey. The room facilities were absolutely superb as well; it was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete and thoughtfully designed. It featured a large bathtub with a TV next to it. Breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, the stay was truly wonderful. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions like the museum, ocean world, ancient Xiaoyaojin Park, pedestrian street, Lei Street, and the University of Science and Technology of China campus. There's also the Yintai in77 shopping mall just one block away, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I will definitely choose to stay at InterContinental Hefei again on my next trip to Hefei."
