The common areas were clean and tidy, and the free WiFi was super fast – perfect for streaming videos and looking up travel tips without any lag. It really enhanced the relaxed holiday vibe."

"The hotel is huge with lovely views and lots of beautiful plants. The front desk even gave us complimentary coconut coffee cookies and a free room upgrade. There are also various kids' activities and a kids' playground, which my children absolutely loved. When we got tired, we could go for a swim. There are many pools, including hot springs, and an indoor heated pool for rainy days. The kids' pool has water slides and basketball hoops for children to play with. There are also villas, a farm, and a sports field nearby, perfect for a morning run! My twin room had an oversized bathtub, a huge balcony, and stunning, mesmerizing lake views. Breakfast is a buffet, and the restaurant is massive with an countless variety of delicious dishes. In the evening, you can watch the sunset at the hotel's easternmost sunset camp. With the last rays of sunlight on your face and wonderful music playing, it's the perfect end to a relaxing day."

The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a fruit platter, and our butler Ella sent us a Wanning travel guide and local food recommendations in advance ❤️. So thoughtful and satisfying, and the hotel's location is excellent and convenient too."

"A stylish, beautiful hotel. 🔝 The room was large, and they cleaned and changed towels daily. Choose rooms on the ground floor. The pool is also clean. There's laundry. The manager was very polite and cheerful; he helped us with all our questions. Thanks, bro. 🙂 You are handsome 🍸The hotel provides a free electric bike for the duration of your stay. There are plenty of cafes and a 24-hour store nearby. The embankment is a 10-minute walk away, or a 5-minute bike ride."

"A room in a villa located in a quiet area. While it’s a bit far from the city, electric scooters are available for rent, making it very convenient to stay. Perfect for surfing as well. "The pool access room was fantastic for our family with kids; it was super convenient to just hop into the water. We spent our time relaxing on the balcony, chatting and having snacks – now that's a real vacation! The service was excellent, and the hotel environment goes without saying. My only minor gripes are that the facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast wasn't great – very limited variety. On the bright side, the butler contacted us in advance to sort everything out, which was a nice touch, and they even sent us a small cake and fruit. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Wanning."

Since we had an early trip schedule, they even helped arrange an earlier breakfast for us, a gesture we truly appreciated. N helped to book a driver to take us out to 五指山. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea and a stunning sunrise in the morning. While the location is a little farther from the main areas, the exceptional service and relaxing atmosphere more than make up for it. Overall, it was a very memorable and pleasant stay. "We were traveling by car and found the hotel's parking very convenient. The front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in. A special shout-out to Coco, our customer service representative, who was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, even helping us plan our sightseeing routes. The hotel lobby and breakfast area offer stunning, direct ocean views. Plus, the hotel has its own private beach. Just a 10-15 minute walk outside the hotel, there's a street with lots of local eateries. I highly recommend checking out A Long Seafood – it's great!"

"This place is gorgeous, folks! We originally planned to stay two days in Wanning, but because the guesthouse was so comfortable, we ended up staying an extra day~ It was absolutely amazing, the service was so thoughtful, and the environment was clean and cozy. The value for money is incredible, and they even have a shuttle to Riyue Bay. I'll definitely be staying here every time I come to Wanning in the future! ✌️"

"After staying at Indigo Lingshui, moving to Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula was quite a letdown. First, from check-in to being shuttled to the room, it took at least 15 minutes, and the staff hadn't even set up the bed rail. This indirectly led to my son falling off the bed (thankfully, he was fine). Secondly, the room's remote control wasn't responsive. My wife opened the back cover to find the batteries inside were moldy and corroded. We had to contact staff to replace them. The electric curtains in the room wouldn't close completely, leaving a gap. We had to call a technician to fix them. Surprisingly, the toilet wasn't a smart toilet, and there was only one box of tissues provided. There were no tissues in the bathroom or at the coffee station, which was very inconvenient. Regarding housekeeping, we requested a room clean and mineral water refill at 10 AM, but when we returned to the room after 1 PM, it still hadn't been cleaned... the efficiency is quite low. The indoor children's playground also didn't provide non-slip socks, only disposable ones, which offered no grip at all. Currently, only one outdoor pool is open, and it's not very large. It wasn't without its good points, though. The buffet breakfast was delicious, especially the coriander beef and shrimp rice rolls. The public areas were beautifully landscaped and great for photos. Perhaps my expectations were too high. Based on online reviews, I thought I had booked the top hotel in Wanning, but it turned out to be not that great. Maybe next time I'll try a different hotel."
