"Facilities: The panoramic suite has two bathrooms. Cleanliness: Relatively clean and comfortable. This was my second stay, but the Indian female receptionist at the front desk was not as friendly as the one we had during our first visit. We requested a higher floor, and this room type is typically on floors 2 to 4, but she insisted on putting us on the 2nd floor. The other staff members, including the cleaners, were as friendly and welcoming as ever."

"I truly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is perfect—right in the center and close to everything you need. The entire team is incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist. I especially want to thank Mr. Mark Diola and Mr. Mochen for their warm hospitality and outstanding support. They really made my stay even more enjoyable. "I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit. PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel. CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness."

"Conveniently located not far from the metro station and Souq Waqif, and just a 16-minute walk to the Museum of Islamic Art, this hotel is perfect for those who enjoy city walks. Some rooms offer a beautiful skyline view, which is particularly stunning at night."

"The room was a bit small, and the bathroom had black mold. The service wasn't great either. On our second morning, we had to queue for breakfast outside the door for about 15 minutes because the breakfast area was too small. However, the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk to the National Museum, and the Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif are also within easy walking distance. I also discovered a Chinese restaurant called 'Dragon Restaurant' about 100 meters across from the hotel. The food there was delicious, so we ended up having dinner there two nights in a row, although it was a bit pricey (a meat and a vegetable dish cost over 200 RMB). I saw a lot of people eating hot pot there, but I didn't check the prices for that. I hope this information is helpful for future travelers."

"The service was good, and breakfast offered a wide variety. Early check-in was quite expensive, almost costing as much as booking a full additional night, so it might be more worthwhile to just book an extra night. The location is also good, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Lovely and clean hotel. We got upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment on arrival which was nice. The room had everything you need from shaving equipment to toothbrush and toothpaste. The room had a kitchen which had a washing machine, a living room area with extra television and an extra WC for your convenience. The bedroom was en-suite with bath and shower. Breakfast was amazing. So much variety and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Really loved it."

"Bad points were that there was a nasty drain smell in the bathroom, also coffee/tea not refreshed. In fact, housekeeping took some coffee sachets away! Toiletries not refreshed either after initial allocation. It was handy that you could get a beer in the bar, but that's if you could tolerate the drunk locals. I popped in to get a beer for 3 nights and it was the same every night. The bar staff were lovely but getting abused by the drunks. On my last time in the bar, a Sudenese man made me very uncomfortable (I'm not a shrinking violet). The reception staff varied, one of them downright lied to me saying the Metro would not be running till 6am (it opens at 5 am). He said I would have to get a taxi for early flight for 50 riyal. Con artist. I also asked him for an alarm call which never happened. I got the Metro to airport just fine. The location isn't bad as you're next to a main Metro station, but I would recommend staying in the Souk Waqif and getting a hotel near the Metro stations there. I say stations because they have different access points which come out at different spots so use Google Street view to check. Didn't use pool or have breakfast so can't comment. Overall, I would stay somewhere else!"

"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Hilton Doha for a wonderful stay! We stayed at the hotel from May 6 to May 18 and were absolutely delighted. Excellent service, friendly and attentive staff, comfortable rooms with a stunning sea view – everything was top-notch. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard. I would also like to highlight the front desk team – always helpful and professional. Our vacation was truly perfect – relaxing atmosphere, convenient location, beach and pool, everything thoughtfully arranged. I highly recommend Hilton Doha to anyone planning a trip to Qatar! We will definitely come back again."

"Highly recommended for female solo traveller! Staff were helpful, sweet and considerate. I emailed them beforehand for my situation : landed early morning, used next-day breakfast quota on the day i land, and hopefully an ultra early check in. And all wishes were granted! Hence i took a nice shower before breakfast and took a recovery nap in the afternoon. Breakfast was awesome, with loads of variety and attentive services. Cozy and nice environment. Location was perfect, only 8mins uber away from Museum of Islamic Art and Qatar National Museum. Room was styled old-fashionably, clean and tidy with amenities on requests."
