"The hotel is luxurious and grand, and the overall service is excellent. Kita at the front desk was very welcoming during my check-in and even upgraded me to a sea-view room for free. The room itself is beautiful, though the outside of the window glass was a bit dirty. The welcome fruit was delicious, and there are seats in the elevator, which is a nice touch! The butler service was also very attentive, especially Rama and Mago, who deserve special commendation."

"The location is beautiful, and the reception was lovely, as was the restaurant. However, the pool and spa were closed, and there was absolutely no coffee available in the lobby. The lobby cafe was also closed, so if you wanted to relax a bit, there was no option. Despite this, the location is excellent."

"I recently stayed at City Centre Rotana Jeddah and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay throughout. The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a great blend of comfort and functionality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail — from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the well-stocked minibar and spacious bathroom with quality amenities. One of the highlights was the dining experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The service at the restaurant was impeccable, with staff always on hand to assist and ensure guests were well taken care of. The hotel’s location is also ideal — centrally located in Jeddah, it provides easy access to major shopping areas, business districts, and cultural attractions. Despite its prime location, the hotel maintains a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. "Highly recommended for female solo traveller! Staff were helpful, sweet and considerate. I emailed them beforehand for my situation : landed early morning, used next-day breakfast quota on the day i land, and hopefully an ultra early check in. And all wishes were granted! Hence i took a nice shower before breakfast and took a recovery nap in the afternoon. Breakfast was awesome, with loads of variety and attentive services. Cozy and nice environment. Location was perfect, only 8mins uber away from Museum of Islamic Art and Qatar National Museum. Room was styled old-fashionably, clean and tidy with amenities on requests."

"The hotel is very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient, and it's right opposite the National Museum of Qatar, so the location is excellent. The front desk service was great, and the hotel facilities are relatively new. However, the bath towels and hand towels are too old and should be replaced; there was even hair on one of the towels. Also, the hotel name on Trip.com doesn't match its current actual name and needs to be updated."

"Friendly approachable receptionist on arrival from an early morning flight. Massive TV and spacious room for 3 adults. Breakfast was dead. Location is a great easy accessible..Sink was a bit small in comparison to the surrounding counter. Had to ask for amenities I.e floor slippers. The iron blew the socket in the room. Secure adequate 2 night stay. Wi fi was a hassle and unnecessary sign up steps."

The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect throughout my visit. My room was spacious, and spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the stunning city and sea views The dining options were excellent, . Breakfast was a highlight fresh, plentiful, and served with wonderful service."

"I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit. PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel. CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness."
