If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. "We had a pleasant stay at Malayan Plaza. The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. Everyone was accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast buffet. While the service in the dining area was good, the buffet itself had limited options and could offer more variety and better quality. Enhancing the breakfast selection would make the overall guest experience even better. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back. Hopefully, the breakfast buffet will be improved in the future."

"I stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed my time. The place is very nice, especially the view. I felt so relaxed watching the city lights and car lights at night. The service was also great, ate anna assisted me from the start and responded quickly whenever I needed help. The room is clean and simple, which I really liked.
