"Why do some guests leave negative reviews for this place? Incomprehensible. This eco resort is a true paradise. With harmless monkeys watching you from the trees, hummingbirds in the trees, and nature all around. Friendly staff, and an incredible pool in the middle of nature all to yourself until 9pm. Many guests complain about the lack of electricity from 10am to 5pm, but who exactly is in their room at that hour? When you're surely on one of the many beaches or at most by the pool? What's the point of electricity at that hour? I really don't understand. If you want the comforts of the rich, then go pay $300 a night at a resort and feel cooler. This is a simple place, still immersed in beautiful and simple Thailand. Without many unnecessary comforts, but it has everything you need. Peace. Thank you so much, Dream Resort, for making my vacation unforgettable and relaxing. Anyone who doesn't understand your concept doesn't deserve you."

"The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and pharmacies nearby, which is very convenient. It's also easy to join organized boat tours or take a taxi to explore attractions like the Emerald Pool. Our room was clean, and the staff always greeted us with a smile. We stayed in a room in the inner building, and the soundproofing was excellent. We were very satisfied with our Krabi trip this time."

"I had such a great stay at this hostel! It has everything you could want: a bar, a small swimming pool, a cozy lobby with plenty of seating, and even a rooftop gym with a nice view. Breakfast is served from 7–11 am, which was the perfect way to start the day. The staff are super friendly and really make you feel at home. I originally booked just two nights but ended up extending my stay to a full week. The lobby and pool area were also great spots to get some work done. Plus, the location is fantastic—just a few blocks from the night markets where you can find all kinds of delicious food at very affordable prices. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Krabi. Highly recommend!"

"The bungalow was a good size and had a nice bath. But it needed some refurbishing and it was a long walk from the front of the hotel, in fact almost by the East Beach. And there are no hotel facilities by the East Beach. The walk included a long stretch with aircon units and little shade (see the photo). The buffet breakfast was very good. stated prices for food and drink had 17% added to them for tax and service."

"Once you get past the excellent location, and pretty nice decor, the fun ends there. The staff (with the exception of the valet/lot attendants and the barista in the lobby) were generally unfriendly throughout the process. Not warm in any way. I do not have a problem with Muslims but I quickly got the sense that that we would have been treated differently had my wife been wearing a hijab. Aside many many judgmental glances, the unwillingness to offer basic extras that every hotel I have been to in this world without a charge, was off putting. Extra pillows, “no sir, 4 is enough”. Extra blanket for blanket for my 6 year old “200 Bhat sir”. One extra hour to checkout since our plane is not leaving until 4:20 pm. “No sir, we are booked, you WILL check out at noon”. Breakfast ******. And not just because “chicken ham isn’t ham” but because this was basically a very slightly elevated continental breakfast. When I stay at a “Resort and Spa” I am not expecting “Comfort and Suites in Nebraska” for Breakfast. At least give me the good waffle maker if that is the case. Breakfast continued: I have had acceptable coffee from espresso machines. It’s possible. Whatever came out of this Nescafé machine no matter which beverage was chosen, tasted burnt and terrible. I gladly paid the Barista for Lavazza, which was serviceable, but not special. The bottom line is, this place might be winning a few green awards, and it may have a decent spa, but the ability to make the guest feel welcome or special is not up to resort standards, and definitely not up to Thai standards. A one time only stay for us."

"I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. We stayed here for two nights and having read previous reviews were slightly sceptical. However we had no need to be, we were greeted off the ferry by a member of staff who very kindly carried our bags to the hotel for us this was much appreciated. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was spotless very spacious and well maintained. There was construction happening during our stay however we didn’t notice any noise until we stepped outside of our room, the windows are well insulated and the construction didn’t bother us at all. It can be slightly noisy at nighttime however you are in a prime location so it is nothing out of the ordinary and again the room is so well insulated it didn’t stop us from sleeping on either night. I would definitely recommend this hotel based off their friendly staff and clean rooms alike."

"The hotel is in East Riley. The friend who came from Ao Nang was disembarked in West Riley. It still needs a long way to get to the hotel. It takes about ten minutes. Talk about the hotel, the hotel is not bad, the facilities are very good, just a little dissatisfied and remind everyone to pay attention, the hotel room has prepared a blue bath towel for you to use when you go to the beach, you have to put the towel on the sand甩 Clean and bring it back, otherwise the hotel will punish you for the money, this hotel did not inform in advance, everyone pay attention."

"A nice and clean swimming pool and not small as some review indicated: okay, 'small' if you compare to a 50-meter pool you may get used at home! However, about the rooms situated on the adjacent building are nice and with a veranda: - facing the main street with loud traffic during the day - during evenings and nights, people passing on the road can easily see us inside the room if the curtains are not totally closed! The signalisation of the hotel's name is indeed not very obvious, if you are not just in front of it!"
