"The environment is good, and the location is excellent, right by the beach. If you turn right and walk about 100 meters, there's a small massage shop called OSCAR that's super good, cheap, and comfortable. It's also very close to the night market. The service was just okay, probably due to the slow-paced nature of the Thais. It took forever to check in, even though there weren't many people. The hotel only provides two bottles of water in the room, and you have to pay for more. Breakfast is mediocre and the same every day; there's absolutely no variety. I stayed for three days and ate the exact same thing for all three. The pool is decent. Special note: There are three Holiday hotels nearby. This one is called ”Holiday” without ”Inn” at the end, otherwise the driver might get confused."

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and harmonious: well-maintained grounds, stylish architecture, and an atmosphere of tranquility and seclusion. They've managed to preserve the feeling of a tropical island while adding modern comfort and aesthetics. The restaurant deserves special mention. The service was superb – professional, attentive, and very pleasant. Every visit left nothing but positive impressions. The breakfasts were magnificent: a wide selection, fresh ingredients, excellent quality dishes, and very beautiful presentation. I particularly remember a dessert the chef prepared right in front of me. It was tiramisu – incredibly delicate, perfectly balanced, and, without exaggeration, one of the best I've ever tasted. It was clear how much attention and love they put into even these small details. It's the people who make this place special. "Rai Leh Beach Hotel Family Trip Experience This hotel is right on Rai Leh Beach. After disembarking at the pier, it's about 60 meters to the left of the wooden boardwalk to reach the lobby, where check-in was very efficient. The hotel policy states check-in is after 2 PM, but if the room isn't ready, you can store your luggage in the lobby, allowing both adults and children to head to the pool or beach. We arrived around noon, and the waves were quite big at the time. There's a changing room next to the restroom, so after changing into our swimsuits, the kids played in the pool. Our room was ready shortly after, and we checked in smoothly. We were traveling as a family, and the hotel arranged two adjacent 'Sunrise' rooms for us. The connecting door in the middle could be opened, which was incredibly convenient, allowing the kids to move freely between the two rooms. Our rooms were on the first floor, with the balcony directly facing the pool. The hotel has three pools in total: the one next to the lobby has fewer people; the pool near Rai Leh Beach is right by the sand, next to the restaurant, making it very accessible; and another one is in the central part of the hotel, which our room was right next to. We could step straight out onto the pool area from our balcony. The ecological environment here is fantastic. From the balcony, we often saw monkeys rummaging through trash cans for food. We always observed them from a distance, careful not to get too close to avoid them snatching food. Occasionally, lizards would crawl out of the bushes, which we could also observe from afar. We even saw small squirrels, making the natural ambiance truly immersive. It's about a ten-minute walk from the hotel to Phra Nang Beach, one of Rai Leh's most beautiful beaches. Visiting in the afternoon was particularly pleasant. The sand on the beach is fine and gentle, and there aren't many tourists, so children can play in the sand safely. You can even catch small crabs in the seawater. We saw a father and son from China catching quite a few crabs there at the time. We spent a delightful time playing in the water and digging in the sand with our child. The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety, and dinner can be enjoyed right by the sea, dining with the sea breeze – an excellent experience."

"It was our first visit to Krabi and we wanted an open space type of accommodation. ANAWA fits the concept perfectly. Great space if you want somewhere off the beaten track with no disturbance from the typical hustle bustle of the city. Pros 1. Suitable for honeymooners, peace and quiet space to unwind 2. Staff hospitality is prompt. They use WhatsApp to communicate anything and everything needed. 3. Atmosphere is serene and quiet 4. They provide wellness activities like Yoga, YogaPilates, Jungle Trail walk, Pickle Ball, Archery. Certain activities comes with a nominal fee Areas to Improve 1. Doesn’t have sound proof and you could hear the noise from your neighbours hence it’s important to know who will reside next to you :) 2. Food - while they look pretty in pictures, taste and quality can be improved. We opted breakfast. It’s Ala-carte on demand but their American / Continental breakfast was not up to standard. They do better with local food order 3. While you can order for Grab delivery but it’s one of our biggest challenge due to super limited options due to the location which brings me to my last and perhaps the most struggle we had 4. Location. It was remotely located, a ride to town was easy but anything after 6pm, Grab drivers will decline driving you over because they have to ride back empty. They will haggle with you and face multiple cancellations. Pro-tip! Get to town and get some basic food so you could cook them in the kitchen or prepare your own light snack when you’re hungry :) Of course renting your own vehicle will save the expenses on Grab back & forth. Big shout out to the team for preparing that lovely jelly cake. It was superb and tasty - much to our surprise."

"Overall, a pretty good hotel. The staff are very friendly, and they offer a car service for transportation. The newly renovated rooms are quite modern. It's inevitable to find bugs on the island, and there were quite a few ant-like insects in the bathroom. Also, dining options are a bit limited, so I recommend trying the local eateries in the nearby village. Getting to the island isn't the most convenient, but it's not as bad as some online reviews suggest. Walking from the hotel's boat to the beach and watching the staff transport luggage with small carts was actually quite an interesting experience."

"Two lovely large Poole. Large spacious rooms. Great bathrooms. Safe and air con. Free water, tea and coffee. Beach towels available Gardens and grounds very well maintained. Dinning breakfast area and two bars. Pool bar serving lunch food too. Cocktail happy hour 3-5pm! Breakfast ok. Egg station, pancakes, toast, cereal and pastries. Lots off Asian and mixed pasta/noodle main meals on hot plates. No cooked full English available. Omelettes nice. Location is opposite Ao Nang beach. Centrally located near to strip of bars and restaurants and boat taxis to get to Railey (100bht each way) Nearest 7-eleven is 8 min walk. Lots of lovely restaurants and further into town loud beach bars. Hotel itself very quiet and staff very helpful"

"The hotel location is absolutely amazing, Breathtaking views, quiet, relaxing, Natural, access to snorkelling. The food they had in the hotel: some of it was really really good, and some of it was not so good. The only weakness is the fact that the logistics to get there by boat are quite complicated ~ I found a single fast boat provider which can directly access the resort but they only have one boat a day all the rest require you to stop and switch companies in the middle. Once i found out which food in the resort was better i ordered that more frequently. If you wait for low tide you can walk along the beach to get to the village and avoid the other resort but during high tide that's impossible. A staff were very good and provided access to snorkeling equipment were happy to help you drive up the steep mountain and even helped with luggage whenever needed (We always walked down, but the walk back up was hard, and were happy for their service). 酒店地理位置绝对令人惊叹，景色令人叹为观止，安静、放松、自然，可以浮潜。他们在酒店吃的食物：有些真的很好，有些不太好。唯一的弱点是，乘船到达那里的物流非常复杂~我找到了一家快速船供应商，可以直接进入度假村，但他们每天只有一艘船，其余的都需要你在在中间停下来换公司。一旦我发现度假胜地的哪些食物更好，我就更频繁地点。如果你等待退潮，你可以沿着海滩走到村庄，避开其他度假胜地，但在涨潮时这是不可能的。工作人员非常好，提供浮潜设备。他们很乐意帮助你开车上山，甚至在需要的时候帮忙拿行李（我们总是走下去，但走回去很难，我们很高兴他们的服务）。"

We stayed at Royal Nakara with our infant, and the experience was wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating and always ready to help. The hotel also has a lovely pool, and its location is convenient—close to the night market and other tourist areas. We truly enjoyed our stay.

It was our first trip here in Krabi with 7 childrwn here. We stay for 4D3N here at Two Bedroom Fantasy & Triple Fantasy Family Room . The place was soooo comfortable for big family like us! Services was super good too! And their customer services staff & infact all their staff are friendly, helpful and always put smile on their face which feel us so welcome! Mine package include breaksfast too & their breakfast have so much variety & choices. And place is convient too nearer to shops, and for halal foods need to walk further abit. My family are feeling so welcome here & happy to be there. Thank you Ananta Burin Resort. Will definitely return soon! ❤️

The hotel has a beautiful location and the beach is truly excellent. The room was also comfortable and nicely designed. The staff are generally friendly and polite. However, this hotel definitely does not meet 5-star standards. There was no security or lifeguard at the pool or the beach, which is very concerning, especially for families with children. The staff are kind, but there is almost no proactive service. You need to explain everything twice and personally find someone if you need assistance. Housekeeping was also below expectations. Towels and tissues were not replenished unless we specifically requested them. Nothing in the room was refreshed automatically. Even more disappointing, the WiFi was cut off immediately after we checked out. One particularly unpleasant experience happened at the restaurant by the beach. I briefly stepped inside in my swimsuit just to call my child. I explained that we were leaving immediately to change and would return for dinner properly dressed. Instead of a polite reminder, I was told in a harsh tone that I had to leave immediately and that proper clothing was required. The way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel is nice in terms of location and beach quality, but the service level and overall management do not justify a 5-star rating.

An incredibly smart choice, we loved this French-style hotel with huge gardens! The twin beds were super big and comfortable, and the room hygiene was spot-on – truly five-star worthy! It's worth mentioning that the Italian restaurant, both service and dishes, was top-notch; we enjoyed it so much we went twice. The White Lotus Thai restaurant was also delicious, and the service was very attentive! The hotel pool is massive, really fun, and great for families with kids! Every staff member we encountered had excellent service awareness and was very nice! It's only about a 20-minute drive to the meeting point for island-hopping in the morning, which is totally acceptable and very convenient. There's also a 7-Eleven within a 10-minute walk, so it's easy to grab drinks and snacks. All in all, our whole family loved it, a truly memorable hotel experience!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway. Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the food—just ask him anything you need! Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. Facilities: • Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellent—both muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing. • Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely. Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, so it's ideal if you have a rental car. Otherwise, there's not much dining available within a 5km radius. The hotel facilities are also quite old; the air conditioning is too noisy and doesn't cool very well. However, the hotel boasts its own private beach, and the scenery there is absolutely stunning. The best part is that there aren't many guests, which creates a wonderful, relaxed holiday vibe. The staff are also very enthusiastic and provide great service. Each child's breakfast costs 350 Thai Baht per day, which feels a bit expensive, as the breakfast selection isn't extensive and is quite ordinary. The breathtaking beach views and the quiet, uncrowded atmosphere make it well worth it!

Had a really nice stay at Golden Beach Resort! The location is great—very close to Ao Nang Beach and convenient for getting around. The room was okay overall, although there was some sand on the bathroom floor when I arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really loved how easy it was to walk around the area and enjoy the beach nearby. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good choice if you want to be close to the beach and everything in Ao Nang. 🌴✨

Very clean environment, pick & drop luggage service from Ferry Pier. The best location to stay with a private beach, who wants to go away from the party. Highly recommend for couples and family no need for any deposits at check-in.

I honestly don’t understand the number of negative reviews this hotel gets. Our experience was completely different, we had a fantastic stay. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made everything even better. Yes, the property shows some signs of wear, but that’s normal for beachfront places unless you’re paying for high-end luxury. Considering the price, especially for rooms with a sea view, it actually feels like great value. The view from our room was incredible, the ocean with some greenery in between, peaceful and beautiful at any time of day. The air conditioning worked perfectly (which is essential in Phi Phi), and everything in the room functioned as it should. One thing to keep in mind is that reaching some rooms involves a fair amount of walking, sometimes under direct sun. This can be tiring, especially for people who are not in good physical condition or who are sensitive to heat. It may not be the best option for everyone in that regard. This is not a luxury resort, but it’s a solid, comfortable beachfront hotel that delivers more than fair value for what you pay. Overall, I’d say it’s one of the best options in Phi Phi in its price range, and far more enjoyable than many of the crowded, stuffy places in the center. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

This was my first time staying at a hotel with traditional Thai architecture, like what you’d see in palaces and temples, and it was such a cool experience. The room was totally worth the price, clean, tidy, and pretty spacious for just me traveling alone. The vibe of the place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet it’s only a few steps away from the beach! There’s also a swimming pool which is great for families and kids friendly. Plus, there's a local night market not too far away, which was great to check out. The breakfast here was spot on, and the staff were all so nice and helpful. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back again! 😍
