The lady at the front desk when I checked in at night had a very good service attitude. I liked it. When I left in the morning, she was a different person and her attitude was particularly bad. She must have changed shifts. The next front desk lady called me last night and asked me to leave. The car drove to a place where I couldn't park. I said it was too narrow and I couldn't park, so I had the car scratched by someone else. I left my phone number in the car to call if I needed anything. When we left in the morning, there was a car parked behind the car. She asked her to contact her to move the car, but she didn't contact her. She also told me that she asked me to drive inside yesterday but I didn't. I was really speechless. She told her that it was too narrow to park and she couldn't listen. Understand! Later, I went to contact the car mover very reluctantly. When I came back, not only did I not say a word, but I didn't contact the car mover yet. I just dealt with other matters. I asked, have you contacted me? She couldn't have said it so quickly! ! ! ! I think it’s like I don’t care if I don’t contact you! Just then, the car owner passed by the front desk and she told the car owner to move the car so that we could leave. This is the first time I have encountered such a childish front desk after staying in a hotel. No matter how angry I am with the customer, the front desk can handle such a small matter like this. What else can be solved? It is really inexplicable that I have such an attitude. I just blame this front desk. I will never stay here again next time.

The location is close to the business district and convenient for travel. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the hot water was out in seconds. The front desk is warm and efficient and responsive. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The overall experience exceeded expectations, cost-effective, and will choose next time. Recommend to friends who pay attention to comfort and service.

It feels good, the front desk staff is kind, the basic configuration of the room is available, can meet the needs, there are many restaurants around to choose from, there are bus stops nearby, and the subway exit is under construction.

This stay was a great experience. The front desk service is warm and efficient, and check-in is quick. Although the room is not big, it is well laid out, clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable. The facilities are complete and the shower has plenty of hot water. The soundproofing is good and quiet at night. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation, shopping and dining. The store owner was very welcoming and upgraded the room for free. The environment was also good, the transportation was very convenient, and it was only a few hundred meters away from the subway station. In short, it was a very good experience!

The hotel location is good (best street to Muslim travellers as the street hasany Halal food eateries). Next to hotel is a fruit stall, we eat cheap and sweet strawberries and blue berries everyday. At the back alley is famous tasty fried chicken Baizhifang Fried Chicken (a must try) and another cheap local made food stalls selling pumpkin and red bean porridge (warm food) and some other cakes (stuffed with meats). Right to hotel is a mini mart (buy ur beers, water and of course the tasty and cheap China yogurt and yogurt drink). Booking a Didi Cab also convenient. And the street is quiet, peaceful, clean and beautiful

The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and warm, the facilities are complete, and the service staff are warm and thoughtful. Very good value for money, will choose it next time.
