The location is absolutely superb. Taiping Old Street is just a short walk downstairs and around the back, and being in the Wuyi Square commercial district means it's incredibly convenient to walk anywhere. Wuyi Square Metro Station Exit 1 is also less than 100 meters away – truly unbeatable convenience!

Inside the room, the drinks and snacks (including several packets of CHAYAN YUESE snacks) are all complimentary.

On the downside, the immediate area outside the lobby entrance was a bit dirty and cluttered. While this seems to be more of a city-wide issue beyond the hotel's control, it did slightly detract from the first impression. Also, parking directly at the hotel's main entrance is almost impossible.

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very polite. Breakfast was also quite good.

However, the carpets in the room corridors seemed like they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for a long time, giving a somewhat unkempt impression.

The whole family went to Guilin for the New Year, passing through Changsha. We got off the train at 7 o'clock in the morning on the 22nd and took a taxi directly to the hotel. Because it was not the normal check-in time, but there were both elderly and children accompanying us, we discussed with the girl at the front desk whether we could open a room first, so that we could wash and rest for a while. Unexpectedly, the girl (unfortunately I forgot to look at the girl's work card) not only met my various needs, but also considered it carefully and arranged two rooms next to each other (61328 and 61301). I was very satisfied and especially thanked the girl who checked in! After checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Luo on the same floor was equally enthusiastic and sincere. She took the initiative to add WeChat, provided services in a timely and convenient manner, and sent delicious Tremella soup in the evening. Huatian also has a constant temperature swimming pool that my son likes. The water is clear, and the girl Xiao Guo in the swimming pool also provides thoughtful services everywhere. It is an old five-star hotel. Although the interior decoration and facilities are relatively old, the service level and hygiene guarantee can make up for it, making the guests feel warm and comfortable! Next time, I will still choose Huatian!

During May 1st, more than 400 people lived in a large suite. It was still very cool. The neighborhood is far from the city, but there is a subway that is very convenient to drive by car. The room layout is reasonable, clean, no smell, the bedding is very comfortable, and the shower water is very fast. The room arranged by the lady at the front desk was on a high floor and was very quiet. The scenery outside the window was good.    房間面積約40平方米，佈局十分合理，既有獨立的辦公區，也有寬敞的休息區。超大的落地窗讓自然光線充分灑入，窗外是婁底市的城市景觀，視野開闊，令人心曠神怡。床品選用了高品質的羽絨被和記憶棉枕頭，躺上去柔軟適中，一夜好眠。  

2. **智能化設備提升入住體驗**  
   房間配備了智能電視、高速Wi-Fi、電動窗簾以及可調節的燈光系統，科技感十足。浴室採用乾濕分離設計，配備了高端衞浴品牌（如科勒或TOTO）的淋浴系統，水壓穩定，熱水供應迅速，洗浴體驗極佳。

   酒店在細節上的用心令人贊歎：迷你吧提供多種飲品和小食，衣櫃內配有浴袍和保險箱，床頭還配備了無線充電器，完全符合現代商務人士的需求。此外，每日的客房清潔服務也非常到位，房間始終保持整潔清新。

   從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，小童就用她温暖的笑容和專業的服務給我留下了深刻印象。辦理入住時，她不僅迅速高效地完成了手續，還主動詢問我的需求，並詳細介紹了酒店的設施和周邊交通。  

   更讓我感動的是，當我提出希望換一個更高樓層的房間時，她立即協調，並在短時間內幫我安排妥當。退房時，她還貼心地詢問入住體驗。這種細緻入微的服務態度，在當今酒店行業中實屬難得。  

2. 客房服務同樣出色
   除了小童，客房服務人員同樣值得表揚，每次遇到他們時，都會主動微笑問好，讓人倍感親切。

Because it is the National Day holiday, we are worried that there is no traffic jam to ride to the 15-minute drive to the city to feel the lively and bustling of the city. There are many foods near the hotel, we chose a Hunan cuisine with Loudi characteristics.

The hotel's service is thoughtful, not only welcome fruit, but also hot sleeping milk at night. American coffee was provided at our request before traveling this morning. The breakfast is also very rich, Chinese and Western buffet style, local rice noodles are especially unforgettable.
