Nice little hotel:clean , simple ,functional, good Chinese breakfast. Definitely value for money . I met very friendly staff in the reception today: there is snow in the city and different to get a taxi. Yunyan Li and Xuebin Zhang (张学斌，李燕燕 ?) provided great help assisting me with luggage to the metro station. Thanks, you made me feeling like being home😄

I was given a room at the end of the hall, which is fine. However, when I entered, I noticed a wad of tissue on the floor and many water stains in the room, possibly from a recent cleaning that hadn't dried yet. I hope the housekeeping staff can be more thorough. The front desk was also accommodating when I requested a one-hour late checkout, which was very good and much appreciated.

The room was clean and tidy, the lighting was good, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Xiao Guo at the front desk is warm and intimate, the location is convenient, the bathroom has plenty of hot water, the price is very high, and I will choose this next time I travel!

2. The hotel environment is quiet and no noise, the sanitary details are in place, and the facilities are complete and brand new. The staff is gentle, the breakfast is rich in variety, the location is easy to find, the overall experience is full, it is highly recommended to stay.

3. The overall experience exceeded expectations, the rooms were cleaned spotlessly and the sound insulation effect was excellent. The service response is timely, the surrounding food and drink are convenient, the price is affordable, the stay is comfortable, and it is worth buying back.

The hotel is fairly close to the popular Pang Donglai restaurant, about a 15-minute walk.
The rooms are very spacious, and the receptionist even upgraded us to a room with a bathtub for free – fantastic! Staying in the top-floor view room offered a panoramic vista of the surrounding mountains.

I came to Pangdonglai to play and saw this newly opened hotel on the Internet. I came here to check in with the mentality of giving it a try. I was really satisfied. I was upgraded to a classic king-size bed room for free. The large floor-to-ceiling windows gave me a panoramic view of the night view of the city. Breakfast was also given, and most importantly, I was on the high-speed train at 3 pm. I was given a free late check-out. I was really satisfied. The room facilities were also relatively complete. The service and image of the lady at the front desk were very good, giving people a feeling of being at home. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Xinxiang
