Functional and souless, but a good location for Queenstown with plenty of car parking. The customer service was poor by the usually warm standard of NZ. The receptionist commented on how ”tired you look” Grrrr..who likes to be told that?! And the breakfast venue was so dire and overpriced ($25 each!) we went instead to a nearby woolworths complex with excellemt cafes instead.

I've lived here for quite a while! Everything is very convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs and various supermarkets nearby. Parking is convenient and the front desk is friendly and responsible. The appliances in the room are also very new and work well. I recommend it.

The tallest building in Orewa Town, the view is very high, spacious and comfortable, washing machine dryer is available, the bed is comfortable, there is a big supermarket downstairs, too close to the beach, the price is super high.

A very cost-effective living option. We brought two babies and booked a 90-square-meter two-bedroom, one-living room apartment. The floor-to-ceiling windows are basically full of sea views, and the balcony is also full of sea views. It is very convenient to walk to the beach. It is suitable for families with children, friends gatherings, client receptions, etc. They are all independent houses with good privacy. The most important thing is that the price of 340 New Zealand dollars also includes breakfast for our family of four. The breakfast is also good and worth experiencing. It is very convenient to drive to Auckland in an hour. Suggestion: If the kitchen can be equipped with more pots and stoves, it will be more suitable for staying for a few days.

The hotel is quiet and has great security. After 11pm, the main entrance is locked, so guests need to scan their card to enter the lobby, and scan again to access their room floor.

I really like this security setup.

The location is also excellent — very close to the town center, with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets.

Our flight from Auckland to Queenstown was seriously delayed that day. I hadn’t noticed the email instructions sent to me just before 8pm with late check in instruction, so we were a bit panicked to find the reception closed. Fortunately, I used the emergency contact button outside, and the duty manager responded right away — she was courteous and patient, kindly repeating the check-in instructions without any sign of annoyance. We checked in smoothly, and it was great that Queenstown’s shops stay open late — we even enjoyed a Fergburger dinner and gelato dessert after 10 pm! Highly recommend this place.
