The Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel is an excellent, high-value choice for families visiting Odaiba and Disney. It's just a 3-minute walk to both the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line stations, and you can reach the Odaiba Gundam and Statue of Liberty area in just 10 minutes by train. The hotel also offers a free, reservation-only shuttle bus directly to Tokyo Disneyland, and airport limousines to/from Haneda and Narita airports make travel hassle-free. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the renovated rooms are bright and airy. High-floor ocean view rooms offer stunning views of Tokyo Bay. The hotel thoughtfully provides baby yukata, bed rails, and children's toiletries. Microwaves in the lobby and self-service laundry machines are convenient for guests with children. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes to suit all ages. There's also a convenience store and McDonald's on the first floor for easy replenishment. Front desk staff are friendly and offer luggage storage. The only downside is that the Japanese-style rooms are a bit small, making it cramped to open large suitcases, and there can be short queues during peak check-in times. Overall, the hotel offers convenient transportation and excellent family-friendly amenities, making it a perfect base for theme park visits and Odaiba sightseeing.

This was my first trip to Japan, and I chose this hotel – it was fantastic! The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. I had a 24-inch and a 20-inch suitcase, and I could open both without any issues. The best part was how convenient it was for getting around. The airport limousine bus drops you off right at the hotel entrance, and you can catch it back to the airport from there too. Shinjuku Station was only about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there are several convenience stores right downstairs, which was great – we ended up getting breakfast there all five mornings! 😂😂😂

Location:
Located in Shinjuku but it is too far from Shinjuku central that took about 10-15minutes walk to city centre Shinjuku. Caught in rain and that it, the only pros is there is a limousine bus stop here. Location is a deal breaker that make me regret booking this hotel.

Cleanliness/room:
The room is too small for 2 person, can only open one large luggage. Their washroom is small as compared to average japan size, the toilet bowl is tiny to the extend that it look like for kid. There is pungent smell in the toilet when check in..although property state hotel is renovated but only partially is renovated as our friend got the renovated room.

Service:
The counter requested for room number when we like to collect extra drink bottle, this is the first time that counter requested to check until so strict. And on the last night they just outright rejected our request for extra drink bottle.

Amenities:
There is sufficient amenities that is available for collection at their lobby. Wide collection of amenities from toothbrush to face mask which is rare at other hotel.

This hotel is turning out to be my go-to as it is my second time staying there out of my 3 times visiting Tokyo. Very conveniently located, just a short 2 stops away from Tokyo station, and at the mouth of the vibrant and exciting Akihabara Electric Town, it was a cozy home away from home. This time round though, I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor, just off the reception and I was afraid that it would be noisy, but it was well off the main area so it was still fairly well contained. Room was as usual, cozy and comfortable and had a bigger desk area than my previous stay. Walking distance to Aikihabara, and many abd eateries, kobinis, and a minute away to Akihabara Station, really the location takes the cake. Nothing much negative to say, and definitely will be top of the list for subsequent Tokyo visits!

The hotel is right next to Yamagata Station, with a direct connection. You take the express elevator from the second floor of the building up to the 24th floor, where the front desk is located. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. From the station's exit, you can walk to the East Exit where the bus terminal is, offering buses to Zao Onsen and Sendai. The food court and shopping area nearby are also very convenient.

I used this hotel as a base for my trip to Yamagata.

It's about a 15-minute walk from Yamagata Station, but it's within walking distance. If you have a lot of luggage, a taxi will get you there quickly, so don't hesitate to take one if you're concerned.

Nanokamachi itself is a tourist area, and you can enjoy walking around the town. I was surprised by how impressive the municipal hospital behind the hotel was.

There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel, so you'll have plenty of choices for meals.

There's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which is convenient.

The building itself is old, but it's well-maintained, and I had a comfortable stay with no issues regarding cleanliness or security.

A spacious public bath is one of the highlights of traveling.

Flawless stay, highly recommend!

My stay truly exceeded expectations this time – I absolutely have to give it a huge thumbs up! 

From the moment I walked in, I could tell the room was spotlessly clean. Every corner, including the bathroom and those tricky spots, was immaculate, which made me feel completely at ease. 

The room facilities and bedding quality were excellent. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – and the soundproofing was fantastic. I slept straight through till morning, completely shaking off my travel fatigue.

All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was fast and efficient. Whenever I had any questions, the front desk and housekeeping were quick to help with a smile, showing professionalism and thoughtfulness in every detail.

In short, this is an outstanding hotel that truly makes you feel at home. The value for money is exceptional, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip!
