I went to Optics Valley for a concert, and this hotel offers round-trip shuttle service, which was super convenient. The room itself was large, clean, and spacious, and the smart toilet was a nice bonus! 

They have a gym and a laundry room, which is great. It's also close to Optics Valley Joy City, so there are tons of food delivery options. Plus, it's near the Optics Valley elevated rail and there are shared bikes everywhere – I could get to Joy City in about 5 minutes on a bike. 

The service was very friendly and good. It’s perfect for a quick trip, and I even managed to see some cherry blossoms while I was there!

Whether for a business trip, a vacation, or a short stopover, this hotel comes highly recommended. Its location is absolutely superb, with easy access to surrounding shopping areas and restaurants. Getting around is a breeze, whether by taxi or on foot, saving both time and effort. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, tucked away from noisy street traffic, so you never have to worry about planning your routes for daily excursions.

The front desk staff are warm and professional. Check-in and check-out processes are efficient and seamless, with no unnecessary waiting. They are patient and gentle in their demeanor, proactively explaining room features, breakfast times, and hotel amenities. They even offered thoughtful recommendations for delicious local restaurants. Any requests or needs were met with quick responses and genuine, friendly attitudes, making me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived.

The room's cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner thoroughly cleaned. There was not a speck of dust or stain on tabletops, wall corners, or under the bed. The bedding was smooth and soft, the mattress was just right in terms of firmness, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The room itself was spacious and bright with excellent natural light. The soundproofing was outstanding; once the door was closed, I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or outside, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a wet-dry separation, with a stable and abundant hot water supply. The toiletries were complete and clean, and the towels were dry and odor-free. The in-room TV, lighting, power outlets, and other facilities were all in perfect working order and thoughtfully arranged, meeting all my daily living needs.

The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. Noodles, congee, cold dishes, and fresh fruits were all available. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were delicious and homely, ensuring I was well-fed and satisfied. Housekeeping service was prompt and regular, with timely replenishment of tissues and drinking water. Whenever I had any extra requests and called the front desk, the staff quickly came to my room to assist.

Overall, the value for money is excellent. The service is warm and caring, the environment feels safe and secure, and the attention to detail is truly considerate. There's no impersonal, production-line service here; the living atmosphere is top-notch. My stay was incredibly relaxing and reassuring. I will definitely choose this hotel first when I return to the area in the future, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling.

This hotel deserves a perfect five-star rating! The room view was absolutely stunning, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city, and fantastic natural light. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support – after a long day, lying down felt instantly relaxing, and I slept soundly until morning. The room decor was minimalist yet luxurious, with new and clean facilities and thoughtful touches everywhere, making for a truly comfortable stay.

I especially have to commend the gym! It's fully equipped with treadmills, multi-functional trainers, and more. The environment is clean and bright. Being able to fit in a run or a workout between business meetings instantly relieved my travel fatigue – it's incredibly convenient for business travelers.

The service was warm and attentive, and the location is super convenient for transportation. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, this hotel is absolutely perfect. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

This hotel deserves a full five stars! A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were incredibly kind and patient, making check-in quick and efficient. They also proactively offered helpful travel tips, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with excellent attention to hygiene details. The mattress was comfortable and the soundproofing was great. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied. Every staff member we encountered was polite and professional, making us feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. It was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be returning here for my next stay!

Overall, a perfect stay. Vivian at the front desk was incredibly professional, actively helping to resolve issues, and was very friendly and polite. The biggest surprise was the hotel's online reservation system for the laundry facilities; you can book a slot online without having to go there and wait in line. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the soundproofing was also good.

Let me start with the positives. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. If you're staying in a corner room, they'll call you in advance to let you know. The staff are very enthusiastic and quick to help with any requests. They also offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) in the lobby, which is great for photos. The hotel is quite proactive about environmental protection; the rooms provide reusable eco-friendly slippers, but they will also provide disposable ones if you need them.

Now for the downsides: The building is quite tall, but there are only two elevators, so during peak breakfast hours, you can expect a long wait. In the room, when sitting on the bed, you can smell a drain-like odor, likely coming from the shower. The hotel's location is a bit far from most attractions by taxi, usually a 20-minute ride or more. However, it's right next to a subway station, so if you're not traveling with family and kids, taking the subway is a convenient option.

The old five-star standard, the service is very good, that is, from the entrance to the hotel door to the room, there is always a musty smell, the pillow also has a sweat smell, but the parking is convenient, the travel is also very convenient, next to the pedestrian street. The room is relatively large, and the marble on the bathroom wall is a small surprise.

This newly opened five-star hotel near Shanghai Disneyland isn't too far away. As someone with consistently high standards for hotels, I can say my actual stay exceeded expectations in terms of experience and comfort. The amenities are also quite good; the playground on the second floor and some of the restaurants on the first floor are all great. There's also an outdoor infinity pool and a laundry room with dryers on the second floor. The lady who helped with our laundry was so kind; she washed, dried, and folded our clothes and delivered them to our room, which saved us a lot of time. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel's lighting at night is beautiful. We went to the bar for a drink, and the prices were decent, with good quality spirits. As someone who drinks regularly, I could tell it was a good drink, definitely worth a visit. It's also convenient for Disneyland, just a 20-minute drive, and the hotel offers a shuttle service. For this price and this room, it's incredibly good value.

Upon arrival, Kevin at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and efficient with the check-in process; there were no delays, and he patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. The room's cleanliness was exceptional—the floors, vanity, and bedding were spotless and odor-free. The mattress was perfectly comfortable, providing a truly restful sleep. The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. Hot water was readily available and maintained a consistent temperature. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, making it ideal for both short trips and longer stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.
