"This guesthouse has a great environment; the rooms are clean and non-smoking. There's a dining table and tableware available, as well as a refrigerator to store your food. There's also a self-service laundry downstairs, which is simple and convenient. The elevator is fast and easy to use. Check-in and check-out are also straightforward. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's close to tourist attractions."

"A spacious unit, definitely suits a group of 4 adults. Having all necessities amenities like TV, fridge, cooking stove and microwave for people who aimed for staycation. Parking spots also available."

"Had a really nice stay here! The room was comfortable and well-equipped with aircond, fan, and water heater .The owner was also very kind and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant 😊 Love that they have cooking facilities, a BBQ area, and a swimming pool 😍 Perfect place to chill and have a small family day with loved ones. Definitely recommended!"

"Location is great as near to town. Only inconvenience is when you need to go to town, you need to drive further down to make a U-turn. The floor inside the unit is dusty. I really don't feel comfortable walking on it. Should put up notes in the unit that housekeeping is not available for those staying 2 nights or more unless we make special request. So that we can ask for drinking water or toilet rolls on our way back to the unit. The swimming pool, guard should enforce stricter rules that only swimming suits are allowed in the pool. T-shirts (even for parents) should not be allowed at all in the pool."

"Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience was quite disappointing. We reached Stallionz at around 6pm and noticed that the queue for check-in was very long, with very little movement. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were informed that the rooms were not ready for check-in yet. The front desk team was also unable to confirm when the rooms would be available, as there were still more than 100 rooms yet to be cleaned. Because of this, we had no choice but to continue waiting. In the end, we waited for more than 2 hours before we finally managed to get our rooms. This was also partly because more than 10 customers in front of us had left for dinner, since no confirmed check-in time was given. We also heard that some customers had been waiting since before 3pm, which means they waited around 4 to 5 hours. 😱 This was quite disappointing, especially after a long journey. On the positive side, the room was nice and clean. We loved the swimming pool and garden floor, and there were many beautiful spots for photos around the property. The amenities were also quite complete. The only small downside was that there was no hot/cold water dispenser available, although mineral water was provided in the room. 😊 Overall, we enjoyed the room and facilities, but the check-in process definitely needs improvement."

"Great place to stay for families, the pool is nice too. However, a lift was down and it was a long wait to get inside the lift.. but not byon's issue, the place was a great stay :) this was a stay with an extended night! Very cozy and looks exactly as advertised."

"I booked last minute so I had to check in late but the host allowed me to also check out at 12:30pm. The place was so cozy, clean and perfect for friends who want to chill. The hosts were very friendly and responded very fast. There were also a lot of nearby shops to eat. We enjoyed our stay even for a short time. Worth it for the money!"

"Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out."

"The location of the property is excellent, and the building is well maintained. The unit is equipped with most essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, and basic kitchen utensils. However, several advertised facilities were not functional during our stay, including the kitchen stove, chimney hood, living room ceiling fan, and TV. The check-in process could be clearer. I had to contact the property a day in advance to obtain the check-in instructions and pay a RM200 security deposit. The deposit was refunded a few hours after checkout without any issues. The biggest downside of this property is the ongoing construction directly in front of the building. There was constant noise from drilling and blasting, and the area was very dusty. Construction work even continued into the night, making it difficult to relax and causing me a headache. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s worth checking whether the construction has been completed before booking."
