"The three of us stayed in a quad room with bunk beds. It was a bit small, but the beds were large and very comfortable, similar to what you'd find in a YHA, making it great for families and friends traveling together. The common areas were a real highlight; I enjoyed sitting there alone for a while when I couldn't sleep, sipping tea or coffee – it was lovely. Excellent value for money, perfect for budget-conscious travelers."

"Location: close to Susukino Station, just a few steps away, and not far from Odori Station and Sapporo Station either, so it’s good. Cleanliness: normal Japan hostel standard. "There was an issue with my capsule hotel booking, and to top it off, Sapporo experienced heavy snowfall, causing the JR airport line to shut down. By the time I finally made it to the city center, the subway and buses had stopped running. Luckily, I spontaneously booked this place, and it's within walking distance of Sapporo JR Station. Given the price, I didn't have high expectations. I just pulled the curtain, put in my earplugs, and slept soundly until morning. It's a decent option for a solo traveler needing a last-minute overnight stay."

"This hostel is on the pricier side, and the shower water temperature is inconsistent. It's really inconvenient having to walk through the kitchen and common area, past everyone, just to get to the bathroom. Many residents seem to live here permanently, with their belongings scattered all over the floor. It's not a very welcoming place for travelers just staying a short while."

"My friend and I stayed together, and the room was considerably more spacious than expected. As is typical for many Japanese hotels, the bathroom is smaller than those in Korean hotels, but it was not a major inconvenience. "Located right outside 18-jo Station, it's very convenient for subway users and those who have business at Hokkaido University. The staff were very friendly and the explanations were easy to understand. The building is clean, and the obvious places are generally well-cleaned. You can only go up and down by stairs, so it's probably best not to bring a big suitcase. The room looks cramped at first glance, but the bed frame is more spacious than other hostels and capsule hotels. The bunk beds are sturdy and don't creak when you move. There is a little space at the head and foot of the bed, so you can put a backpack or a small suitcase inside the space and it's neat and tidy. The only amenities provided are bath towels, toothbrushes and other items are available for a fee, but you need to bring your own slippers and loungewear. There are valuables lockers, and you can fit a normal-sized backpack (not full to the brim), so you have some peace of mind. However, the lock (combination padlock) is unlocked at first, so you can find out other people's numbers if you want to. This is a small security hole, so I hope the management will consider doing something about it. The shower space on the second floor is clean, but the bath mat (plastic slat type) made a sound like it would break when I stepped on it, so I moved with a bit of nervousness (although I think it could also be a weight issue...). Also, the faucet on the left side of the second floor bathroom was wobbly. I got home late at night, and there were people chatting happily in the free space on the second floor. However, their voices generally don't reach the rooms on the third floor, so you can get a good night's rest. The bedroom was quiet. The first floor is a free space during the day and night, but it seems they open a cafe in the morning, so I would have liked to have eaten there if I had had the time. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay for the price. I would like to use it again next time."

"Incredible value for money stay in the heart of Sapporo. I have never stayed in a capsule hotel before which made me hesitant to book this hotel, however I am so glad that I chose it. The location is unbeatable, in the very heart of Sapporo, in Susukino district. There is an endless amount of izakaya and restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel. The onsen and sauna was the best I have visited in Japan so far. I have heard the sauna is famous across Japan, and I can see why. It is kept impeccably clean and the entire facility is well maintained. The amenities such as unlimited towels, toothbrushes, razors and hair products are a great touch too. The capsule hotel itself was great, like the rest of the property, spotless clean and well kept. Despite being a capsule hotel, I heard no snoring for disturbance during the night. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value. Upon checkout, I requested to book again due to my great experience."

"Super nice guy at the front desk. Although it's a bit hard to find the location at night, I met a very kind security uncle who personally took me to the front desk after I went to the wrong entrance. It's actually a little hot inside, so you can open a small gap to let the air in at night. Also, it's a little hard to get a shower, but you can go to the underground first floor to take a nude bath, which is super cool! If I'm still traveling on a budget in Hokkaido next time, I will come here again!"

"I saw the photos and thought the environment was bad. In fact, it was not like this at all. It was very clean and tidy. It was just like Doraemon's home. Because we stayed in a Japanese-style room, the experience was really good. The Japanese room had a futon mattress, which was not hard at all. There was also heating, which was really comfortable! ! ! There was a small step as soon as you entered the door. Each person had a pair of clean cloth slippers, and then you had to take off your shoes. I really want to emphasize that the owner grandpa was really kind and friendly. He was really nice! ! ! ! I don't know why some people in the comment area have such high requirements. In fact, it was really quiet at night. Grandpa will help you take the suitcase to dry it first, and then provide ointment, toothbrush, bath towel and face towel for free. There are two bathrooms and one bathroom is super big. The bathroom has two showers and a bathtub. In fact, you can lock it when you take a shower alone. And you have to change slippers when you enter the bathroom. It is really very clean. You can also wash clothes, but it seems to be paid. There is a medium-sized restaurant on the first floor. I don't know how it is because I didn't book breakfast. In short, you must choose a Japanese-style room! ! ! ! This is the third hotel I have stayed in Japan (one hotel and two B&Bs). The experience of this one is super great! ! ! !"
