"There aren't many people in Atami during winter, which is nice. The seaside hotel is pretty good. They have a shuttle bus service to and from the station, and it's not far from the beach or convenience stores. The hot spring bathhouse is huge, and the hotel even gave us complimentary drink vouchers. Recommended!"

"The hotel's facilities are really great. I chose a huge tatami room all to myself, though people from my country might not be used to sleeping on tatami. The only downside to the room was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but thankfully there's a door, and closing it helped a lot. Both the room and the restaurant face the sea and the harbor, so the view is absolutely unparalleled. As for the location, it's a bit on the outskirts with no commercial areas nearby; it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach dining and shopping spots. All hotel guests receive a complimentary hot spring ticket. Their hot spring also faces the sea. The infinity hot spring pool is definitely the biggest highlight! The entire hot spring area is very modern and beautifully designed. However, it's spread across 7 floors, and you have to undress upstairs and downstairs, with shoe storage and showering not in the same area, which makes the process a bit confusing and overwhelming."

"An absolutely amazing experience! It's just a 5-minute walk from Atami Station and also 5 minutes from the beach, making the location incredibly convenient. The room was exactly like the pictures, even better in person – very spacious and clean. The proprietress was exceptionally warm and attentive, providing us with a lot of help. On the day we left, she even drove us to the station. It was a perfectly wonderful stay, so much so that I'd come back to Atami just for this inn! Highly recommend!"

"The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I barely ran into any staff or other guests during check-in or throughout the hotel, which made it feel very quiet, almost a bit eerie due to the lack of people. I walked to the hotel from the shopping street, and it was a very steep hill. With the rain and my luggage, it was quite a struggle on foot. I'd recommend a taxi if you're not driving. It's very close to the station, so using a ride-sharing app makes getting around super smooth. Apparently, there are bugs in the summer. Personally, I was delighted that there was a ping-pong table. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance!"

"The room types offered online by Trip.com are not associated with the hotel. The room type I booked should have an open-air bath, but the hotel records do not indicate it. Since it is Japan's Golden Week, the hotel is full and cannot provide this room type. After negotiation, the hotel solved the problem very well and had a good attitude! Worth a thumbs up. The public hot spring is good, offering hair essence and iced wheat tea. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. Rather stilted. But we were traveling by car, so it was okay! It's only about a 15-minute walk from the beach where the fireworks are released."

The sense of space is remarkable, blending modern elements with a relaxed, Japanese resort ambiance. 2️⃣ Attention to Detail The hotel's meticulous attention to detail is truly impressive: hidden TVs, smart home controls throughout, and a private, temperature-controlled, auto-filling hot spring tub on the balcony are all incredibly practical. The mattresses and bedding are from premium brands, and even the restaurant uses WMF cutlery. These details show that the hotel isn't just focused on appearances; it's genuinely committed to perfecting its offerings. 3️⃣ Hospitality and Experience The overall operation demonstrates a sophisticated approach to hospitality. The hotel covers the taxi fare between the JR station and the hotel, and the mini-bar in the room is entirely complimentary. While these are small touches, they highlight the hotel's dedication to enhancing the guest experience. 4️⃣ Dining Experience Breakfast follows a refined Kaiseki-style with a French rhythm, served course by course, with the entire meal lasting nearly an hour. The dishes are few but of excellent quality, truly a 'small but exquisite' culinary journey. 5️⃣ Service Experience While Japanese hotels generally offer good service, this one particularly touched me. Nightly turndown service, the staff's consistent smiles, the omelet chef at breakfast proactively delivering dishes to our table, and the patient and detailed assistance from a Chinese-speaking front desk employee all made the entire stay incredibly warm and pleasant. 6️⃣ Location and View The hotel boasts a convenient location with an almost unobstructed, front-row ocean view. The most enjoyable moments were soaking in the private hot spring on the balcony, gazing out at the sea – truly a quintessential vacation feeling. Overall, this is a high-end hotel that strikes an excellent balance in design, service, views, and quality. The experience is almost flawless. If you're planning a trip to Atami, it's definitely a top choice. 💯 A perfect score for this hotel."

"The hotel is very new and has some taste of decoration. Although the room is large in size, there is no table, and everything can only be placed on the ground. The service staff can only speak simple English, the communication is not very smooth, but the service attitude is very good. There is also the hotel on the mountain, there is no convenience store around, shopping is not convenient, go out to eat and shop, go back to the hotel to climb the mountain, all the way down absolutely dead."

"Check-in was quick and easy, with two staff members who spoke Chinese, so there were no language barrier issues. When checking in, they proactively asked about our preferred dinner time to avoid long waits due to too many guests dining at once. Since our room didn't have a private bathroom, we used the public male and female onsen baths downstairs, which were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. After dinner, you can reserve the karaoke or mahjong rooms at the front desk in advance and use them at your reserved time. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was quite delicious."

A self-service snack bar is available at check-in in the afternoon, offering alcoholic beverages, juices, tea, etc. You can even make your own ramen for late-night snacks, and breakfast includes a self-service grilled fish buffet; a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a public bath with Pola shower amenities; there's even a manga corner. The hotel is located halfway up a mountain. There's a shuttle bus, but it's infrequent. I recommend taking a taxi from Atami Station up the mountain; it's a 7-minute ride and costs approximately 680 yen. If you have light luggage, it's about a 12-minute walk, but the uphill path is a bit strenuous."

"Overall, it was good, and the service was very patient. When we arrived at Atami Station, we called ahead and they immediately sent a car to pick us up, and also dropped us off at the station when we checked out. Actually, it's not far from Atami Station, but the many ups and downs and stairs make it inconvenient with luggage. They really wouldn't let us store our luggage; the front desk staff were all elderly and said they closed at 5 PM, so they were worried we wouldn't make it back in time. We ended up storing our luggage in a locker at Atami Station, which was also convenient. It's essentially a family-run guesthouse, and most of the service staff are elderly, so many unpleasant experiences might have been due to language barriers. I highly recommend the full Japanese-style meal; it's exquisite, delicious, and feels very ceremonial."
