"Let's start with the pros: 1. **Excellent Location:** Just a three-minute walk to Kokusai Dori, a vibrant street packed with dining, entertainment, and shopping. 2. **Breakfast:** While not fancy, the variety of dishes is quite good, and some items change daily. 3. **Complimentary Ramen:** The restaurant offers free ramen from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, which is a really thoughtful touch. 4. **All-Day Free Drinks & Ice Cream:** After breakfast hours, they provide complimentary drinks and three flavors of ice cream all day long – a big hit with both parents and kids! 5. **Kids' Activities:** From 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM daily, there are free games, crafts, and other activities, perfect for families with children. 6. **Free Pool & Hot Spring:** You don't even need to leave the hotel to have a great time, thanks to the free swimming pool and hot spring. Now for the cons: 1. **Limited Elevators:** With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long, especially during breakfast hours. 2. **Noisy Public Areas:** Since many families stay here with children, the public areas are constantly bustling and lively. 3. **Self-Service Dining:** After finishing your meal in the restaurant, you have to clear your own dishes and return them to a designated area, and even wipe down the table. 4. **Small Rooms:** The rooms are quite compact; it's hard to move around once you've opened two suitcases. Overall, the good far outweighs the bad. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children."

"The advantage is that the rooms are very spacious, but you have to book a more expensive room type. The balcony view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset. Although it's a port, the water features and swimming pools below the commercial building are lit up at night, which actually looks pretty good. There's a convenience store right next to the lobby, which is very handy. The hot spring is nice, they gave us tickets, though the pools aren't particularly large. The downside is that the location is a 15-minute walk from the light rail, but it's close to the beach. Housekeeping is every two days; if you want it daily, you have to pay, but they do provide two days' worth of amenities and water, so it's not a big deal. Breakfast was awful, the quality was subpar, and the restaurant looked two grades below the hotel itself. There are also quite a few tour groups at this hotel because many Japanese people stay here for the hot springs. The front desk staff's English was terrible; I couldn't understand their 'curry accent,' I think they were Nepalese."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of the spa facilities. The spa includes a sauna, a pool, an onsen, a cold bath, showers, and everything is very clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the fact that the spa is tattoo-friendly for both men and women. I have three medium-sized tattoos on my arms and saw other women who were even more tattooed than me — it was never an issue. I double-checked at the front desk, and they confirmed that tattoos are accepted. I'm highlighting this because I saw some other reviews saying the spa wasn't tattoo-friendly, but that was not my experience at all. The only downside I found is that the rooms are a bit noisy — you can easily hear what's going on in the hallways throughout the day, which is unfortunate. Also, the hotel is not exactly close to the city center; it's about a 15–20 minute walk. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the spa! Oh, and the bathrooms are nice haha!"

"We had a pleasant stay at Loisir spa tower hotel, the onsen was quiet, clean, staff were great. Near airport and car rental companies. Saved time for a relax breakfast before departure. We will come back again. One thing would like to mention is we left our baby blanket in bedroom. I hope the hotel could find it. Thank you."

"The location is very good, only 10 minutes walk to Kokusai-dori, there is a parking lot downstairs, and there is a 7-11 with family mark separated. But the service is really bad. They said there was too much garbage and they wanted to charge a cleaning fee, even though only three shoe boxes and a few paper bags were left behind. The hygiene was not up to standard. There were cigarette butts in the trash can in the room. However, since we returned from the Kokusai Express at dawn, we did not inform the hotel and simply did not use the trash can. When we checked out, they charged a cleaning fee of 35,000 yen, but no receipt or computer bill was provided. It felt like a scam."
