"Facilities: The house is quite new, the rooms are fairly spacious, there's an elevator, and it's very bright and clean. Environment: Located within the Ming Shi Tian Yuan residential area, you can see rice paddies and distant mountains from the window, but the harvest was done in January, so the scenery wasn't much of a highlight. Service: The complimentary breakfast included surprisingly delicious rice noodles. The owner was also very helpful, explaining several ways to enjoy the area. Cleanliness: It was kept very clean."

"The room was very large and spacious! Perfect for those who dislike small rooms. The second bedroom had two comfortable beds, and the room was quiet and well-maintained; I slept very well. The view was beautiful. We were upgraded to a suite, so it was a great deal! The master bedroom was surrounded by bamboo groves and had a bathtub (my friend stayed in that room, so I didn't take a picture). Both bedrooms had their own toilets, and there was another toilet in the living room. There was a massage chair and a refrigerator. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the scenic area bus parking lot. They also have a restaurant; their signature dish is crispy roast chicken, and they also serve other local specialties. A 10% discount is given when paying with your room key."

"Location of hotel is very convenient for travelers who take the tourist bus from either Chungzuo, Nanning or from Detian waterfalls scenic area. The room we booked had a nice view of the fields and karst mountains. What a beautiful sight to behold indeed. During the day, it can get noisy with all the comings and goings in the village and all around but at night, it was very quiet. The rooftop terrace was very nice and not busy when we were there. Breakfast was enjoyable with steamed buns, corn, soup noodles and boiled sweet potatoes- a healthy start for a very busy day. The very nice lady in charge of breakfast offered us breakfast on our check in day (we arrived at 10:30) and made sure we had enough to eat before sending us off to explore! We had never met a B&B operator who was so caring and generous. On our check out day, even though she was still busy with guests, she rushed out to bid us a fond farewell and a safe onward trip. Front desk and cleaning team were all very friendly, always smiling and helpful. All in all, a very warm and pleasant stay at Mingshi Scenic Area."

"Hey Shanghainese folks, listen up! It's only a few hundred meters from the actual main entrance, but for lazy people, it might be a bit of a trek. You can drive there, and parking is 30 RMB. The guesthouse itself is really great – clean and relatively quiet! It's the tallest and largest guesthouse around, standing out from the ones on either side, so the views are unobstructed. During the National Day holiday, things were busy, but the landlady kept her cool and was super responsive to everything, which I really appreciated. Honestly, after looking around this trip, the service here was better than other so-called high-end guesthouses. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. There's parking right outside. I didn't have the landlady buy the 80 RMB tickets for me because she couldn't get them until 8:30 AM, and the scenic area opens at 7:30 AM. I bought my 110 RMB ticket online directly and was the first one through the gates on National Day. By 9 AM, when I was done and leaving, the peak crowds were just arriving. Then I went back to the guesthouse, took a shower, had some noodles, and relaxed watching a Vietnamese drama – pretty sweet!"

"Traveling in the off-season, the hotel is very close to the entrance of the scenic spot. The proprietress also upgraded the room type for free. She also helped to deliver the luggage to the room when there was no elevator. She was always considerate. Dinner was also eaten in the hotel lobby. The local specialty green bamboo fish and asparagus were transformed into delicious steamed fish and head-tail tofu soup by the proprietress's cooking skills. Highly recommended."

"All the deluxe rooms are on the 6th floor, including two deluxe king rooms and three deluxe twin rooms. One king and one twin room are corner units, which means they have two large windows (as pictured), while the others have one large window. Because it's high up, the natural light and views are really impressive. The price of 150 yuan is also reasonable (a place not far away, 61, costs over 500 yuan). Plus, there's free parking right outside the B&B. The only downside is that the walk to the waterfall involves a hilly climb, which can be a bit tiring."

"The little sister at the front desk is beautiful, witty and kind. The price of staying during the Spring Festival is a bit high. The dishes are as delicious as everyone's evaluation. The price is moderate. It is two kilometers away from the scenic spot. You can choose to walk during the peak travel period. The reception capacity of the scenic spot is limited. If there are more tourists, the traffic jam and the experience of blocking people are not good."

"Set up the homestay in advance, start from the origin, first navigate the distribution center to buy tickets, and inform you that you don't need a shuttle bus ticket. Then navigate the address of the homestay. When you encounter the checkpoint, show the homestay order, you can drive through it by yourself. After arriving at the homestay, walk to the entrance of the scenic spot, it takes 5 minutes. Detian Transnational Waterfall is about 2 hours after the whole trip. After entering the scenic spot, you will see the bamboo raft ticket office, which is also the starting point of the bamboo raft, go to the waterfall point, and then dock. The scenic sausage is good, and there is a photo space in the rice field coffee location. If you have been to Detian Transnational Waterfall friends, I highly recommend Guizhou Huangguoshu Waterfall, which is called a shock. The homestay is very clean, parking is convenient, and the landlord is very friendly. The room is very large and the living is very spacious and comfortable. The bath water is also powerful, the water pressure and water temperature are in place, and the price/performance ratio in the scenic area is very good."

The location is great. The front desk helps to buy tickets. The boss also reminds friends with ticket preferential policies to make an appointment one day in advance. The service attitude is good. Stay here next time.

It takes ten minutes to walk from the town, about 3 kilometers from the scenic parking lot, and it is quite quiet at night. The location of the air conditioner installation in my room is not good. It is blocked by the pillars and more than half of the wind. It is recommended to move the location so that the cooling is fast.

GGuest UserThe newly renovated room is quite big. This is a few room photos taken before leaving. The facilities are complete, the health is good, and the service is thoughtful. Our family stayed very pleasantly. Especially if you need the boss to help buy tickets for Detian Waterfall (because we drive to the entrance of the scenic spot for 80 adults without a bus package), you will collect it and run a few kilometers to help buy it and refuse to charge errand fees. Thank you very much, the boss, recommend everyone to stay. The only thing is that the TV is connected to WIFI but there is nothing to watch, so the children are very bored.
