"Facilities: The house is quite new, the rooms are fairly spacious, there's an elevator, and it's very bright and clean.
Environment: Located within the Ming Shi Tian Yuan residential area, you can see rice paddies and distant mountains from the window, but the harvest was done in January, so the scenery wasn't much of a highlight.
Service: The complimentary breakfast included surprisingly delicious rice noodles. The owner was also very helpful, explaining several ways to enjoy the area.

"A Relaxing Stay Amidst Mountains and Countryside Scenery
My stay at Mingshi Yizhan in Daxin truly exceeded my expectations!
First, the environment: the hotel is surrounded by bamboo forests and pastoral scenery. Opening the window reveals a view of lush greenery, like staying in a natural oxygen bar. The deluxe business family suite is exceptionally spacious; at 130 square meters, it's perfect for families. With one double bed and two tatami mats (which we combined to create one double bed), it comfortably accommodated four adults and one child. There are two living rooms—one for dining and one for tea or card games—and three bathrooms. The bedding was clean and hygienic, and the layout was very practical.
Their restaurant is also incredibly delicious! I especially recommend the roast chicken! Guests receive a 10% discount on meals! The service was also excellent; the staff were friendly and efficient with check-in.
The location is right on Mingshi Pastoral Farmhouse Street, making it convenient to visit nearby attractions. After sightseeing, relaxing in such an environment is a true pleasure."

"The location is good. Just 300 metres to the official Mingshi scenic area and the Tourist Centre. There are shuttle buses at the Tourist Centre to Detian Waterfall every day at 8.30 am, 12 pm, and 4 pm at 15 Yuan per person. There are also return shuttle buses from Detian Waterfall to Mingshi.
Staying at Kongshan Xiaozhu, we can enter the official Mingshi scenic area for the 8pm night performance by showing the card given to us by the boss.
Travelling to Kongshan Xiaozhu is very convenient by coach from Nanning Xixiangtang Bus Station. The driver will drop you at the roadside just 1 min walk to Kongshan Xiaozhu. Return to Nanning is also the same. The driver will pick you up at the roadside."

"Hey Shanghainese folks, listen up! It's only a few hundred meters from the actual main entrance, but for lazy people, it might be a bit of a trek. You can drive there, and parking is 30 RMB. The guesthouse itself is really great – clean and relatively quiet! It's the tallest and largest guesthouse around, standing out from the ones on either side, so the views are unobstructed. During the National Day holiday, things were busy, but the landlady kept her cool and was super responsive to everything, which I really appreciated. Honestly, after looking around this trip, the service here was better than other so-called high-end guesthouses. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. There's parking right outside. I didn't have the landlady buy the 80 RMB tickets for me because she couldn't get them until 8:30 AM, and the scenic area opens at 7:30 AM. I bought my 110 RMB ticket online directly and was the first one through the gates on National Day. By 9 AM, when I was done and leaving, the peak crowds were just arriving. Then I went back to the guesthouse, took a shower, had some noodles, and relaxed watching a Vietnamese drama – pretty sweet!"

"Traveling in the off-season, the hotel is very close to the entrance of the scenic spot. The proprietress also upgraded the room type for free. She also helped to deliver the luggage to the room when there was no elevator. She was always considerate. Dinner was also eaten in the hotel lobby. The local specialty green bamboo fish and asparagus were transformed into delicious steamed fish and head-tail tofu soup by the proprietress's cooking skills. Highly recommended."

"All the deluxe rooms are on the 6th floor, including two deluxe king rooms and three deluxe twin rooms. One king and one twin room are corner units, which means they have two large windows (as pictured), while the others have one large window. Because it's high up, the natural light and views are really impressive. The price of 150 yuan is also reasonable (a place not far away, 61, costs over 500 yuan). Plus, there's free parking right outside the B&B. The only downside is that the walk to the waterfall involves a hilly climb, which can be a bit tiring."

XXixihahasankouzhijiaIt is very close to the ticket gate of Detian Transnational Waterfall, and it is convenient to enter and exit. There is a parking space at the entrance of the hotel. After getting off the highway, I followed the navigation and walked a long section of county road. Because the homework was not done enough, after the check-in, I returned to the tourist distribution center to buy tickets. It is more time-consuming to go back and forth. It is recommended that friends who drive by car go to the distribution center to buy tickets that do not include the bus on the day before entering.

The location is great. The front desk helps to buy tickets. The boss also reminds friends with ticket preferential policies to make an appointment one day in advance. The service attitude is good. GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the sanitation was OK. The room facilities are still worse. Anyway, is it a homestay after all? The homestay is not in the Mingxuan Pastoral Scenic Area, and the accommodation price is not high and acceptable. The front desk service is more enthusiastic, because it is a homestay, there is no elevator, we live on the 3rd floor, the service staff help us carry our luggage upstairs. There are several parking spaces in front of the door, suitable for friends traveling by car.

GGuest UserThe triple room is a self-built house, half an hour's drive from the scenic spot. During the National Day holiday, the traffic jam is not too serious when leaving at around 8 am. The distance is just right. There are only three large restaurants nearby. Don't go to the Qiaotou private restaurant. The food is very slow during holidays. It's okay to have a fast food. The room is relatively large and clean. It's OK for a temporary stay for one night.

Our family stayed very pleasantly. Especially if you need the boss to help buy tickets for Detian Waterfall (because we drive to the entrance of the scenic spot for 80 adults without a bus package), you will collect it and run a few kilometers to help buy it and refuse to charge errand fees. Thank you very much, the boss, recommend everyone to stay. The only thing is that the TV is connected to WIFI but there is nothing to watch, so the children are very bored.
