"Great hotel in the center of Abu Dhabi. The room was big and aircon strong. The pool is a bit tiny but I was all the time alone. The view is ... okay. Bed nice, bathtube and so on all on high Emirate level."

"The hotel sales staff and the front desk on the morning of check-in had such terrible service that I wondered if they were looking for other jobs and preparing to jump ship, which is why their attitude was so bad. This is my first time booking an international hotel on Ctrip, and I was genuinely shocked by the poor service. I just want to say, Abu Dhabi doesn't have many tourists you can afford to offend right now. I still give 5 stars for cleanliness because the housekeeping team really does a thorough job. And the front desk staff during the actual check-in later even upgraded me to a two-bedroom apartment, which was quite good. But, as I said, the front desk staff who answered the phone that morning when I called to ask about early check-in, and the hotel sales staff... Their service was so bad, and yet they still have jobs? Interesting. This place is really 'interesting'."

"Overall, the hotel was fine — everything inside was okay. and the staff were friendly and cooperative However, the biggest problem was the parking. When I booked, it said there was public parking available with a charge, which I was happy to pay for. But when I arrived, I was shocked to find that although parking is technically “available,” it’s almost impossible to find a space! I had to drive around the area for nearly an hour each time just to find a spot on a side street. It was very exhausting every time I returned to the hotel. I’m not sure whether this issue is with the hotel or with Trip.com, but the information about parking was not made clear at all"

"A real treasure inside the city of AbuDhabi.The hotel is very stylish with Aristocratic type of furniture..Marble floors ,luxurious chandeliers that fill the place with majestic atmosphere. The room are really spacious with very comfortable bed ,mattress ,pillows and duvet.The bathroom is new and modern. The staff are very professional and friendly.The service is very quick.The lefts are never late ,no wait at all. A huge Thank You ,goes to Osama ,Virginia and all the others who made our stay so enjoyable."

"I really like this hotel, and this is not my first time staying here. I always choose it because I enjoy the overall experience. However, there are a few issues that I hope can be improved. The air conditioning in the rooms never seems to get cold enough, which makes the room uncomfortable. Also, the room has an unpleasant smell, and the pillows and duvet don’t smell fresh either. Another issue I experienced was with the room lights. They were too bright, and I couldn’t make the room dark enough at night, so I didn’t feel comfortable while trying to sleep. I hope these issues can be addressed because I genuinely enjoy staying at this hotel and would love to continue coming back."

"This hotel is located in Abu Dhabi's old town, with a convenient bus stop right outside and a Domino's Pizza next door. While the hotel environment is a bit dated, it's generally quite good, clean, and tidy. The room size is also pretty spacious. Overall, it's a great value for money option."

"I chose this hotel for its location. It's incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute drive for those looking to visit the various museums on Saadiyat Island, and about 10-20 minutes to the mosque and presidential palace. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I specifically requested a high-floor room when checking in, and instead, I was given a third-floor room with a 'prison window view' facing the parking lot, connected to a corridor. Looking at the map, it seems there are only two rooms in the entire hotel with this angle, which was incredibly disappointing! The hotel facilities weren't as bad as some reviews suggested, especially the pool and beach, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed."
