The stay was great, reception and housekeeping were amazing , the location was but far for us but we managed.. also last night for us they did a really nice goodbye for us which I really loved .. will definitely recommend it

Very helpful staff, supported several times in situations where needed their support. Went extra mile to make it even better. Don’t recall the names of the staff but night shift personnel were especially supportive.

I stayed for 5 days and I really recommend this hotel. The room was huge and clean. The complimentary breakfast has variety of options and I receive complimentary water every day. The staffs were attentive and helpful. The location was great since it was only one metro away from Dubai Mall. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at DAMAC Aykon City with our family. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and excellent facilities. Everything felt high-end and well maintained, from the lobby to the amenities. The location is perfect — close to major attractions, restaurants, and easy access to main roads. The environment felt safe and family-friendly, which made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, luxury, and a great Dubai experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Location: 15 mins walk from business bay metro station (red line), 40min walk to Burj Khalifa. The location is fine. There are two 24hr supermarkets next door so very convenient  All of Dubai has new buildings going up, so no matter where you stay you will be around building work.  Clean: Room is clean, however on one day we found the towels were not placed tidy and there was sand on the floor that was not cleaned.  Room: We got upgraded to a Deluxe room, it's big. Room has fridge also which is a plus. Large wardrobe, desk area and large shower / bathroom.  Breakfast Much variety of breakfast, including a chef who will cook for you. Really good choices for Asian (Chinese) pallet, Arab food and Western food.  Gym: Great gym, some cardio machines but a full weight stack on machines and a full dumbbell rack which is rare for hotel gyms.  They have a pool, but we didnt try it. There is also a Sauna room also.  Good Things: It's nearby enough to the station so it's easy to get to.  The room is large and clean and quiet  The AC is great, very quiet but still can make the room super cold if you want it. Bad things: It's what I describe as USA service, everyone is warm, friendly and available, but all seem to only do it if they expect a tip. I guess thats common Overall: The value of the hotel is good, the location is reasonable, the food is good and the service is acceptable. There is nothing wrong with the Hotel, but also nothing that screams Outstanding. 

A decent hotel – it's nice, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfasts are quite alright. Regarding the location, it seemed close to the Burj Khalifa and the Business Bay area, but in reality, it's on the 'outskirts' of it. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the Burj Khalifa and 30 minutes to the Marina. The view is of the road and low-rise buildings extending towards the desert. If you're looking for a hotel where everything is close by, this isn't it. You'll rely solely on taxis (and they're expensive). Otherwise, everything was generally fine. Nothing bad happened, but I didn't notice anything exceptionally great either.

Hotel as a service place is very good, people and amenities and location. But cleanliness level i am very unsatisfied, i got sick after living in the room. I moved the curtain and after that i kept coughing and flu like condition for few days. AC also seems to be not very clean air. The place need a desperate deep cleaning and continuous professional cleaning. It may only one off experience but thats what i faced.

Excellent located in business bay only 10 mins taxi (with no traffic) to Dubai mall. Clean and neat, everything you need a few days stay in Dubai. Reception lady was very friendly. All the staffs are polite and nice.

It was great experience This total staff such a symbol of hospitality you must be visite once Mr singh is really deserved for appreciation. Due to Mr Singh, I will come again.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station. Our room even had a balcony with a view of the station. There's a 24-hour supermarket right downstairs. You can walk to Dubai Mall or the Fountain Show (which was spectacular, highly recommend it!) in about 20 minutes. The room was incredibly spacious, and it had everything we needed. The staff were all very professional and proactive. I have to say, customer service in Dubai is top-notch. The hotel offers a taxi service to the airport for 80 AED (approximately 160 RMB), which is a reasonable price. They also have two morning shuttle services to Jumeirah Beach and three afternoon shuttles to Dubai Mall. The gym is spacious, and the pool offers views of the Burj Khalifa, open from 6 AM to 11 PM.
