First stay and it won't be our last..From the moment you enter the hotel you are greeted with smiles..Check in was smooth and efficient..We had a corner room which was large with amazing views..We are in the restaurant and the food was good and the pool is quite magical Breakfast is a triumph with meal options changing every day we were there (4 nights). BTS is a short walk away and the area is quiet which is a relief from a days sightseeing. Thank you to all of the team who made the start of our holiday one to remember.

I recently completed a 5-day stay at Vic3 Bangkok and couldn't be more satisfied. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was polite and patient, taking the time to provide a detailed walkthrough of the room features and hotel services. The location is a major highlight. It is strategically situated just a 3-minute walk from the Sanam Pao BTS station, making city travel effortless. Having a 7-Eleven right next to the station adds an extra layer of convenience for snacks and essentials. Plus, being only three stops away from the Siam shopping district is a huge time-saver. The housekeeping staff was equally impressive; they were proactive and polite, always checking if I needed fresh amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water—two bottles are provided daily, but the staff is more than happy to provide extra upon request. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers, whether you are here for business or leisure.

This hotel in Bangkok truly exceeded all my expectations – from the service to the breakfast and the room, it was a delightful surprise throughout my trip! The late-night check-in experience was absolutely divine! We arrived past midnight, but the staff was incredibly warm and attentive. They not only processed our check-in quickly but also proactively helped us with our luggage to the room. Even with a language barrier, using a translation app made communication effortless. The thoughtful service completely melted away the exhaustion of our late arrival. Breakfast was genuinely a daily highlight! The menu changed every day, offering a rich variety of fresh dishes. The made-to-order omelet station was a definite standout; the chef could even make omelets that resembled omurice, tender and runny – so delicious I wanted to have an extra one every day. It truly made breakfast a joyful experience. The room felt much more spacious than it appeared online, never feeling cramped, with a well-designed layout that made for a very comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was the rooftop dryer, which wasn't very efficient and took a long time to dry clothes. Regarding the location, while it's not particularly close to the Siam shopping district, requiring some travel planning, the surrounding amenities are fantastic. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, with several more down the block, making it super convenient for purchases. Big C is also just a few hundred meters away, perfect for daily shopping. Additionally, since the hotel is by the road, there can be some motorbike noise during the day, so I'd recommend resting early, though it wasn't a significant disturbance. The rooftop also features a free swimming pool and a paid laundry room, which is super convenient for doing laundry while traveling. Considering the price and the overall experience, this is truly an excellent accommodation choice in Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Josh Hotel Bangkok is a charming boutique hotel located in the best part of Ari, right in the heart of one of Bangkok’s coolest neighborhoods. The location is perfect for exploring local cafés, restaurants, and street food, with plenty of great spots just a short walk away. The hotel itself is incredibly Instagrammable – every corner is thoughtfully designed, and you’ll definitely want to take photos to keep as memories. The décor is stylish and playful, giving the whole place a very unique character. The rooms are beautifully decorated as well, with a cozy and modern feel. However, the smallest room type can feel a bit tight, especially if you have a lot of luggage or prefer more space. Access by car is not the most convenient, so it might not be ideal for those who plan to drive around Bangkok. That said, it’s an excellent choice for international travelers, particularly food lovers who want to explore the Ari area and enjoy delicious local eats while staying in a trendy, design-focused hotel.

I've booked a double room with private bathroom and at least it had a window! The location is good in between 2 BTS stations, so there are no late night activities and in general it was quiet. Maybe because my room didn't face the road. The room itself was fine but there was no cleaning during my stay. So when you run out of paper you have to go down to the reception and ask for a refill. Common areas were ok as well as the laundry, yet the promised common area and smoking area on the fifth floor were closed for renovation. In general it was a good value for money, can be defined as middle-low price segment and amenities

I liked the mountains view as well as the comfort of the bed and air con. The bathroom and sleeping room are on the smaller side, but meet basic needs. The weekend staff were very kind. Overall, this is a good place to stay.

During the three days from check-in to check-out, no one came to clean the room. A complimentary bottle of water was provided on the first day, but no further complimentary bottled water was offered regardless of how many days one stayed. The air conditioner was old and noisy, affecting sleep; without it on, the room was almost completely exposed to the sun.

The room overall was quite clean, and the one-bedroom, one-living-room layout offered a decent amount of space. It's not as modern as newer hotels, and the facilities are a bit dated, but it definitely offers great value for money. For breakfast, there weren't many options, but it was enough to fill you up, focusing on not wasting food.

Hotel located in the alley call Inthamara 3 if you walk from BTS Sapankwai take about 1.2 km From hotel to BTS st. hotel provides shuttle service. I request higher floor and quiet room but when I checkin staff gave me room on first floor. Big problem I found is toilet cleanness. The drain is clogged , when I open it to release the water I found the drain cover with hairs and so dirty. I see they build the toilet higher than the room floor and thus create the mole smell on the whole floor. Room size great but toilet tidy also if you traveling with friend would be very weird with the curtain covering the glass wall. Next day at 7am room next door turn on tv very loud I report to staff they reaction quickly also call me to apologize, this I need to give them a credit . Breakfast average menus but good for this prices, restaurant staff not very friendly only 2 people I saw. Disappointed with cleanness and mole smell so I won’t return to this hotel again.

Overall, it was very comfortable. There was a lovely fragrance as soon as you entered, and the space was just as realistic as the online photos. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly, providing a great customer experience. There were some stairs to climb and luggage to carry, but the room was fairly clean. The bathroom could be improved; there was a dead cockroach on the first night, so I didn't dare take a bath. The water pressure from the showerhead in this old apartment wasn't very stable, and the hot water was inconsistent. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. I recommend bringing your own indoor slippers; it might make things even better!
