The Centre Point Hotel Chidlom, Bangkok, is conveniently located near BTS Chit Lom station. I highly recommend getting off directly at this station. Don't make the same mistake I did by getting off at Siam station for convenience; dragging luggage under the scorching sun was unbearable. It's a 5-minute walk to CentralWorld and just a few more minutes to Big C, which is perfect for buying souvenirs on your last day. Central Embassy, a high-end mall, is a 10-minute walk behind the hotel. The surrounding area is excellent for shopping and dining. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, iced water, and hot chocolate during specific hours. I highly recommend the rich double chocolate – it's creamy and delicious. The hotel facilities are excellent. The free swimming pool and gym are open until 8 PM. There's also an indoor children's play area, an activity room, and a game room where you can play racing games, suitable for both adults and children. The spacious pool area includes a massage pool and foot bath, and the changing rooms have dry and wet saunas, plus a warm hydro-massage pool. The staff are friendly and courteous; luggage is delivered directly to your room. The rooms are equipped with simple tableware and a washer-dryer. The hotel provides free laundry detergent daily, which is perfect for Bangkok's humid weather. Just remember to bring your own hangers, as the ones in the wardrobe cannot be taken out of the room. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, offering great natural light and a convenient spot to dry clothes. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a shower and a bathtub. The bathtub is wider than those in typical hotels, making for a very comfortable soak. I saw some reviews mentioning poor hygiene and water pressure, but staying on the 28th floor, I didn't experience any of these issues. My room was clean and tidy, and the water pressure was perfectly adequate. Overall, the location is excellent, the facilities are comprehensive, and the service is attentive. It’s a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy a holiday; I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a good and convenient location, which made it easy to get around. However, the property is relatively old and there was a noticeable stale smell in the room. We also encountered cockroaches in the room initially assigned to us, but the staff responded and changed our room after we reported the issue. Overall, the stay was acceptable for the location, though the hotel could benefit from better maintenance and pest control.

The location is fantastic, right near Shilong Road, with a shopping mall and even a luxury mall nearby. The streets are clean, surrounded by high-end apartments, and the hotel feels very safe and easy to find. They even upgraded our room for free! The room itself was spotless, with an automatic toilet and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The beds and rooms were clean, but after closing the doors, the signal and 5G reception were very poor, and the Wi-Fi was weak. We had to open the doors to use the internet. The host was friendly and could speak English. The hot water sometimes didn't work, but overall it was fine. The location is near the train station and Pratunam Market, so booking a car might lead to traffic jams; it's better to go to the main road or take a motorbike.

The hotel is nice with good service. The rooms were clean and everything was well arranged. We were lucky and being upgraded to 2 bedroom when we checked in. Snack bar are free and this was suprised us. We felt this hotel warm and with passion. The swimming pool with jacuzzi was great. Let's relax just right at the same building and you can enjoy spa and massage whenever you like. Overall rating is high on this hotel and highly recommended.

The room is clean and so nice and comfortable. The hotel is very newly developed and located just opposite of the Central World. The hotel offers welcome drink for us too. A lot of things to play around in the lobby. Warm hospitality by the hotel, there is even a currency exchange machine to exchange different country currencies notes and a weight machine to weight our luggage in the lobby. Very convenient! Will definitely book this hotel again when we come to Bangkok.

There's a restaurant downstairs at the hotel. They deliver breakfast in the morning, but I didn't have time to eat it. 😜 It's also really close to the night market, just across the road. The subway is about a 10-minute walk away. However, the hotel is very quiet at night, so you can get a good night's sleep 💤. It's about a 15-minute walk to Siam.

Check in and out was good, the room was nice and big bathroom but no smart tv so no YouTube 😩 beds where a bit too hard and no PowerPoints next to beds👎🏻 The buffet breakfast was below par, poor choice and poor quality way to many people it was so loud I couldn't hear myself think🤕 it was very uncomfortable, pool was ok but saunas where locked😞 Over all the hotel was very old and dated furniture from the 40s and not clean, don't think I'll stay here again.

Stayed from Friday to Sunday. We chose this hotel because it offers a smoking room for my boyfriend, which was convenient. The reception and staff were respectful and accommodating, and we appreciated them asking if we had luggage to bring to our room. Breakfast had plenty of choices, which was a nice bonus. The location is great, close to the BTS and Big C, making it easy to get around. You can also book airport transport directly from the hotel. We didn’t get to try the facilities this time, but hopefully we can explore them on our next stay.

Hotel located near Platinum Mall inside an alley. Area surrounding Pratunam are mostly under the MRT construction with sidewalk and road side are barricaded to a certain extent. Basic amenities. Booked 2 deluxe twin room but unfortunately no where in the published info that it was mentioned that there is no lift access to this room type and only walk up staircase which are pretty steep. Got the surprise news upon arrival despite message send to hotel to inform travelling with elderly and require lift access few months back. Recovery was made by placing the elderly in a lift accessible floor. But damage is done as families are separately in different floor. Further attempt to salvage the situation was made by the hotel manager Khun Bi for subsequent nights by placing us in deluxe king room to be on same floor with the elderly and following stay returned to no lift zone 1st floor for Deluxe Twin Room and then move back to Deluxe King with lift access. Appreciate her effort but whole matter could have be coordinated better between Trip.com, the agent and the hotel to improve the customer experience considering customer have informed upfront on the must have requirement on lift access. Feedback given on adding that no lift access for Deluxe Twin Room in Trip.com app which have been updated now when select room type to view.
