"Frankly speaking before i decide to book i read many review about thia hotel and make me a bit worry. But the reallity my worry is gone when i am checking I trust st james group chain. Check in check out is so fast. The room is clean and spacious. Event the air con is old model but the important is cool and work. I not find mosqito in room. (If you not open the door long time) hotel provide slippers in room so our feet always keep clean. Tv is only local chanel. But its no problem for me. Just opening during my sleep to make not quite in room. Amenities of bath room maybe its simple. But they provide 2 big towel and 2 small towell. Its good. And i use my own soap and shampoo. The location is convinience. If you go by public bus its have infront. Future alao have mrt orang line stastion infront. Go the mall bangkapi just take grab not too far. And if you hundry you can find congee shop accross the bridge open 24 hours and also 711 there. Good price . If your active outside more than inside hotel room stay just for take a nap its the good choice for you."

"honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Bangkok for this price range. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I even asked if it was possible to get a better room, and they kindly upgraded me to a higher-category room, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. What impressed me the most was the overall quality of everything. The rooms, service, cleanliness, and facilities felt much more expensive than what I actually paid. If you are looking for great value in Bangkok, I highly recommend The Quarter Hotel. "I tried to check in at 1 PM, but I wasn't allowed to. I had to wait another hour, so I finally checked in at 2 PM. The front desk staff were chatting loudly among themselves. When it was finally time to check in, they asked for my passport again, even though I had already given it to them at 1 PM. The air conditioning wasn't very cool during the day; it felt a bit warm even after setting it to 18 degrees Celsius."

"It was more than a wonderful stay — honestly even much better than we expected. For this price, the hotel is truly unbeatable. Every morning there is a buffet with a mix of Western and Asian cuisine, which is great because there is something for every taste. The hotel also offers a free gym and a pool. Another very convenient feature is that you can use the washing machines and dryers for a very small price. Since our flight arrived very late at night, we were worried that checking in might be difficult, but it was absolutely no problem to check in in the middle of the night. Everything went smoothly. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming — it is honestly hard to describe how kind they are. We were also very impressed by how quiet the rooms were inside, making the stay very relaxing. I usually do not use housekeeping services, but what really surprised me was that even without requesting room cleaning, they hung a bag with two new water bottles and toilet paper on the outside door handle. It was such a thoughtful detail and meant we did not even have to ask for anything. The internet was also very good, and the mini fridge cooled extremely well — much better than we have experienced in most other hotels. Overall, it is truly a wonderful hotel and we would definitely stay here again."

"We booked a two-bedroom suite, and the price was excellent. The room was very spacious, especially since it was on a high floor. It can accommodate 4-5 people, making it perfect for families with children."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights as a solo traveler. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. The rooms were nice and cozy, and the staff were excellent and very welcoming. The location is also quite good. However, there were two issues that need attention. Firstly, I spotted a few cockroaches in my room. Secondly, the internet connection was very poor and slow, making it difficult to get anything done online. If they can fix the pest issue and improve the Wi-Fi speed, it would be a great place to stay."

"Overall my stay here was fine, can’t complain about the room, the price I paid and the service at the front desk was overall good and very friendly. Only negative I can say is the location as it is about 35-45 minutes away from the main centre of Bangkok. as if you’re travelling you want to be a lot closer in the city to make your life easier while exploring. A few bars, a market and a shopping centre are within a ten minute raidius of the hotel which are fine but other than that not much going on round here for tourists to do, if you was to stay here maybe only a few days tops if you wanted the tourist Thailand experience. However the hotel itself is good."

"Every time I arrive in Bangkok, I will consider this hotel my first choice as my transit hotel. Nice location near the MRT, and the mall is not that far. It takes around 15-20 minutes to the airport by Grab. Very nice."

However, it can get a bit noisy at night because it’s close to the main road, and the walls are quite thin. Overall, it’s a good value for money if you just need a place to sleep.”"

"Amazing hotel! I stayed here for the Blackpink concert, and I was so excited to see a Lisa standee right when I walked in! The hotel breakfast had a great variety, offering Chinese, Western, and Thai options. The hotel environment is fantastic, and the beds were all clean and tidy. The front desk staff were also wonderful! 100% recommend!"
