"This hotel is perfectly situated right by the scenic area and the ancient town, making it incredibly convenient to visit the Leshan Giant Buddha and explore the old town. The rooms are clean, and the service is warm and attentive. The ancient town is bustling during the day but quiet at night, ensuring a comfortable sleep. On holidays, it's actually quicker to walk to the Leshan Giant Buddha scenic area entrance, which is about 1.5 km away. A pleasant stroll under the trees, enjoying the riverside scenery, and you'll reach the entrance in no time. The hotel's breakfast is served at Yuexin Restaurant, not far from the hotel. "The room was absolutely fantastic! The staff, especially the young gentleman, provided incredibly warm and enthusiastic service, patiently answering all my questions. The location is superb, right next to the Leshan Giant Buddha. I booked a 270-degree Buddha-view room, and the stunning panoramic views were truly breathtaking. It's also super close to the Shangzhongshun Specialty Street. What's more, the breakfast at their cafe was unique and offered a wide variety of choices, and their 'xiao mian' (special noodles) were incredibly delicious! I'd definitely come back!"

"Brilliant hotel. We had our own onsen in the room, they provide jasmine tea to add to the water which is great for your skin. Close to the station and there’s a massive mall within walking distance. We needed help tracking down some lost luggage at the train station. The manager went out of his way to help contact the station and follow up with them later in the day. His English was superb. Fantastic service! Highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel is in the scenic area so it is a little tricky to get to, otherwise it's in a nice quite ancient street which is nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of metropolitan china. Vehicles aren't allowed in the area and the street is lined with historic style buildings and large trees. Making it a great place to walk, relax and people watch. The hotel will contact you prior to arrival and arrange for a free electric shuttle pick you up. There are very few food options at and near the hotel. The hotel has a vegetarian set meal that's on the pricey side as is everything in the immediate area. However its a short 10 - 20 minute walk across the bridge where there are several options as well as shops. And if you go in the evening you can see the people dancing in along the boardwalk,.karaoke, or playing cards well as get your ears cleaned, a pedicure, or a haircut. The breakfast was a buffet on one day featuring chinese dishes as fried eggs and toast. On the 2nd day it was a set very traditional chinese breakfast. The room was nice with its own heating/ cooling system. Overall the cleaning could have been better, especially for the price point. The staff was fine. Better attention then you would get in any north american hotel, but in other hotels we recieved over the top service so even through the service was great there is room for improvement. Even though everyone comes to this area for the buddha, i would reccomend coming here to get away from the hustle and bustle of china. You can walk to the buddha statue or boat tour from the hotel or there is a cheap electric shuttle 15y that you can ride all day of you are walked out."

"Close to the train station (within 5 minutes walk), clean and comfortable. There is a Lawson at the first level and noodles shops as well. About 5 minute ride to Shi hao shopping area for more food options and shopping. The bathtub is a nice touch as well. There is free laundry and dryer as well. Will stay again!"

"The room facilities are very new and the layout is very reasonable. The room is a bit small and the location is convenient and easy to find, but it is suitable for self-driving because it is a little far away if you want to walk to the delicious street, so it is convenient to park. The parking place is a bit small. Our sign The room faces Leshan Normal University and is very quiet. The view from the big bed room on the opposite side is amazing. You can see the Sanjiang Interchange and the Giant Buddha as soon as you look out the window. Although it is a bit far away, I was attracted by the scenery of the big bed room on the first floor and forgot to take a picture of my own room to make up for it. Photos of the bed room"

"I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could as it represents astounding price versus quality ratio. The price is so reasonable and yet the rooms and public areas are elegantly furnished, with so much attention to detail. A plate of fruit is delivered to your room everyday and the breakfast showcases all the Leshan specialities. The staff members are helpful and congenial and the hotel is well located near the Starry Street Mall, the Jia Xing food street and the large Renmin Park."

"The hotel is very close to the Giant Buddha scenic area, about a ten-minute walk away. They offered delicious Xu Liang Gao (a type of sweet rice cake) and afternoon tea. The service was excellent. There's a pool table in the lobby for children. The adjacent guesthouse also has a ball pit and inflatable slide, which doubles as a swimming pool in the summer. One minor issue was that our room was on the first floor, so the soundproofing wasn't great; we could clearly hear people speaking Mandarin in the living room next door while we were sleeping. Also, the bathroom was a bit small, and the showerhead faucet had noticeable limescale buildup; I suggest improving the bathroom's cleanliness. The toilet flush button wasn't very responsive, and the flushing wasn't strong enough."

"What a beautiful gem in the mountains. We stayed in the family themed room and it was lovely. Close to the sightseeing sites (The giant Buddha and Temples) and good Leshan restaurants. The receptionist was very helpful and made an effort to make our stay pleasantful. The hotel has an on-site restaurant and the breakfast was lovely. The cafe served ok-coffee and tea all locations are high up in the mountain so you can see a nice view. There is also a nice hiking trail on the property and the sights from the top are amazing. Great for families more amazing for couples."

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay here! Travelling alone, I felt really welcomed by the owner, Mr. Wang, and his family — they treated me like a friend. We even went on a trip together to see how the famous Emei Mountain tea is grown, which was a fantastic experience. Mr. Wang gave me a calligraphy lesson and showed me around the area, including several Buddhist temples. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and surrounded by great local restaurants. It’s also within walking distance of the Emei Mountain Tourist Centre, which makes it a perfect base for exploring. I’m really grateful for the kindness and hospitality I received — highly recommended!

MM296863****Our trip to Hongzhushan these past two days was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The blend of mountains and water, especially with the rain, made the air so fresh and invigorating it couldn't help but lift our spirits! The room facilities were excellent, complete with an outdoor hot spring. The bedding was soft, and there were seven types of specialty pillows to choose from. At night, we could even hear the sounds of insects outside our window, lulling us to sleep. Breakfast offered a super rich variety, with beautiful views outside the window, and fresh, authentic local snacks. The service was great, and the staff were efficient. They even recommended niche sightseeing routes and offered free high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off – every detail showed how much thought and care was put in. We'll definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

__YX19971****The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Emei, just a 10-minute walk to the tourist center for the shuttle bus, and very convenient for accessing the main food street. There are plenty of great restaurants with thousands of reviews nearby, and the average prices are quite affordable, which I really liked. The hotel environment is beautiful, with a standard swimming pool, an indoor hot spring pool, and two outdoor hot spring pools – perfect for relaxing after a hike! The rooms are quite spacious, though a bit damp; running the air conditioning more might help improve this. The breakfast was abundant, but it lacked some thoughtfully prepared hot meat dishes. For several days, it was just fried chicken cutlets or roasted chicken. Other hot dishes were mostly vegetarian. Customers can definitely tell if a breakfast is genuinely well-prepared or just using quantity to make up for quality. The bread and desserts in the pastry section were quite varied, though!

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

It comes with a small gym and a hot spring bath, so even if you don't hike the mountain, you can still have a relaxing time exploring the surroundings. Despite our late arrival at 10:30 PM, the staff still greeted us warmly. Upon learning that our child enjoys yogurt, they thoughtfully prepared yogurt, fresh welcome fruits, and snacks for us. The breakfast was also quite good, featuring freshly cooked bacon. The beef and pork rib noodles were delicious, and the complimentary fruit tea was very tasty. My only minor suggestion would be if they could offer freshly ground coffee!

RRenny9898This is the hotel you should go to if you want good onsen facilities and great views from your room. The hotel staff were all friendly and meticulous. There were even lifeguards on duty at the heated swimming pools for both indoor and outdoor. Though it wasn't a private onsen room, the onsen facilities were easy to navigate to, and the room came with beautiful views. Their onsen facilities were clean, and came with a wide variety. The hotel had temperature indicated for each onsen, and all indoor onsen pools had different herbal onsens. The outdoor onsen pools were pretty interesting and fun too. One was for kids that came with a water play feature, the other one was a swirly pool for adults (the swirls were pretty strong, so make sure your child is supervised by an adult at all times). The changing rooms were also spacious and clean. There's also a vendor in the indoor heated pool and onsen area selling snacks and drinks. You have the option of sitting and lounging around with the tables and lounging chairs available. Our hotel room was very spacious and clean for our family of four. There are restaurants and convenience stores right beside the hotel, so meals and purchases were very convenient. The hotel restaurant and breakfast was alright, though not fantastic compared to better food choices in Chengdu. The hotel location is fantastic as it was just a 10-15 mins drive away to the entrance of Emeishan. Overall, though it was only a one night stay, we had a great experience and time here.

GGuest UserGreat service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay. The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay. Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.

MM220707****It is simply a treasure hotel for traveling around Chengdu. First of all, it has a superior location, located halfway up Mount Emei. You can enjoy a lot of negative oxygen ions without spending a penny on tickets, and you can also enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mount Emei. Secondly, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and it is especially safe to bring children to stay. Third, the bed is very comfortable to lie on and will not cause back pain. Fourth, the hotel is right at the entrance of Zero Kilometer Mountain, where you can buy tickets to transfer to the scenic area bus, with convenient transportation. The most important thing is that the boss is kind and nice, I must highly recommend it!
