"This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, last time everything was much better, this time we got an old room, also adjoining, the manager said that he could not help with anything and could not change the room, as a result we had to wait until they fixed the balcony door because it did not close, there is no soundproofing, you can hear everything that happens in the next room and what happens in the corridor. This time the only pluses are the location, the pool."

"Thank you for our wonderful 4 night stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and great breakfast. The only negative side is no kettle in the room and they charged us for 2 cups of boiling water of 80 pesos. It’s a bit out of the way from the main town and attractions but that’s why we booked here. Thanks again"

"The environment here is really great. It has its own beach and swimming pool. The beach is very clean, the beach chairs have plenty of sunshades, and there is also its own infinity pool. The food in the restaurant next to the pool is also great. The blue sea is beautiful. The female front desk staff is kind and amiable. Credit cards are accepted at the front desk and the restaurant. The most worth living here is the high cost performance. The nearby hotels are several thousand. The key is whether you can accept the following shortcomings. The room facilities are very old. There is a locked wooden door connected to the next room, which is not soundproof at all. There are also balconies that are interconnected. The most annoying thing is the door lock of the room. Almost every time I go out and come back, the access card will fail, and then I have to swipe it again at the front desk. If you have just finished swimming, it takes a bit of courage to enter the air-conditioned room at the front desk in a wet swimsuit! I stayed for four or five days. Although there were cleaners to clean every day, they never changed the bath towels and sheets. Even if they were wet on the sink, they would be folded and put back on the towel rack without changing them! I saw the cleaning cart that the cleaners used every day. There were only detergents, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. on it. I only saw a small cart with a few change of cloths once. I guess they would only change them when it was really bad. The towels and bath towels were washed gray and frayed, and they were very old. I checked the sheets on the first day of check-in. There was no hair, but there was a black spot that was washed out. In addition, Ctrip booked a master suite for one day, but they did not change the small room with a balcony that was not soundproof. In addition, the male staff on the night shift at the front desk was not familiar with the business, so I paid 200 pesos more for the room and could not refund it because I had just finished swimming and the access card was invalid and I could not enter the room. I caught a cold from the extremely cold air conditioner at the front desk. Finally, the elevator was broken on the day of check-out, so I had to carry my suitcase down six floors by myself..."

"It was a wonderful experience. Especially room services for food at night were awesome. Playing beach volleyball was pretty fun. The broken door was terrible and the Italian restaurant service was not good but other than that overall is above the average."

"The hotel is really good. I booked the hotel with a nervous mood. But I was very satisfied with the final result. Facilities: To be honest, the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner at the front desk is not cold (the room is cold). The room facilities are old. I found that the faucet was broken on the first day. Several holes of the shower head were blocked, causing water to leak. Hygiene: It was cleaned very cleanly. Environment: The hotel environment is very good. It has its own beach. The beach is fine, there are many parasols and many places to lie down. There are four hotels in total. Two of them require reservations. Generally, you can make an appointment as long as you make an appointment in advance. The hotel we booked is more delicious, especially the sunset barbecue, pasta and even salad, which are all above standard. Service: Amigo is really good. We did not give tips specifically. They are also very enthusiastic. Whether you give or not, their attitude is very friendly."

"I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!"

All with an excellent service based on personalized and warm attention, and unparalleled hospitality. The hotels, located in the most spectacular destinations in Mexico, offer the ideal environment to live a memorable experience.

"The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay."

"Worst view I’ve had from my balcony-just white brick wall! Bathroom stunk of sewerage so bad one day could really use it. Had to get up 730am to get a sunbed and still very few left then!!! Not enough beds round pool area. Very packed and loud on the evenings and just karaoke and disco after 10pm! Not worth the money I paid"

"I used to always use ********** for our family trips several times a year, but this time I tried Trip.com because the prices were better. However, the service at the Aloft Cancun hotel counter was rude and unpleasant due to a male staff member. I've stayed at various accommodations in different countries before and never felt such unpleasantness until now, here in Mexico. Yesterday, I couldn't wash my hair because the shampoo dispenser was empty. Today, after returning from a tour, the shampoo dispenser was still empty. I had to go down to the front desk with wet hair while showering to explain the situation. This was the first time something like this happened, so I was flustled. The female staff member today was much friendlier compared to the male staff member yesterday. I'm wondering if this is because I booked through Trip.com, or if the Aloft hotel's service itself is poor. I've booked my upcoming 3-night stay in Mexico City through **********, starting tomorrow. I want to compare the service. Also, the airport pickup service through Trip.com was a mess, so I canceled tomorrow's airport drop-off and booked an Uber instead. For this Mexico trip, I used Trip.com for airport pickup/drop-off, hotel bookings, and flight reservations. At least the flight reservation part was well-organized; they provided information like arrival times and gate numbers, which was the most satisfying aspect."
