"Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately soothed by the lovely fragrance – subtle yet comforting. My mom particularly loved the scent; it instantly made us all feel relaxed. The manager at check-in was incredibly thoughtful and spontaneously upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring, which was a wonderful surprise that put everyone in a great mood. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Both the indoor and outdoor private hot springs were fantastic, with fast and ample water flow. Soaking in the warm water melted away all our fatigue; it was incredibly private, allowing our family to quietly enjoy some slow-paced relaxation. We were so comfortable we didn't want to get out! The afternoon tea desserts were our family's absolute favorite – visually appealing and delicious, sweet but not cloying, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. Even when we returned late, the hotel thoughtfully packed them up and delivered them to our room; the service was truly exceptional. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, with such a wide variety that we were spoiled for choice: Chinese and Western options, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks were all fresh and tasty. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and just one cup energized us for the whole day. Every corner of the hotel was well-designed, clean, and elegant. The staff were all gentle, polite, and paid great attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for both family trips and vacations. We had a comfortable stay, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxing time. It's definitely a hotel in Zhoushan worth revisiting. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll choose it again next time we're in Zhoushan!"

"This is a newly opened, trendy sea-view guesthouse in Zhujiajian, Putuo. Perched on a cliffside along Zhangzhou Road, it leverages Zhoushan Putuo's island tourism resources to create a sea-view accommodation that combines leisure, relaxation, and family fun, making it a new hotspot in Zhujiajian. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms are the main highlight. You can gaze out at the azure sea and green mountains right from your bed, watching boats slowly sail across the water. In the evening, the sunset paints the sea in a warm orange hue, creating a lovely ambiance. The ancient ship installation in the lobby echoes the island theme, and the public areas are open and spacious, perfect for capturing that island vacation vibe in every photo."

"I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."

"An incredibly delightful island getaway! The free room upgrade was such a bonus~ I was so lucky to have chosen Zhoushan Yuelu Resort Hotel for my trip to Zhoushan this time! The front desk staff were incredibly generous and upgraded my room for free, a pleasant surprise that doubled my travel happiness~ The upgraded room completely exceeded my expectations; it was spacious, airy, and well-laid out without feeling cramped. It would be comfortable for both solo travelers and families. My favorite part was the scenic balcony. Opening the window allowed me to breathe in the fresh island air, with mountain views and village scenery stretching out before me. All the basic amenities in the room were complete, making my stay convenient and comfortable. The cleanliness was also excellent, with attention to detail evident. The only minor drawback is its relatively secluded location, with not many commercial facilities nearby. However, it's very convenient if you're driving, and it's not far from nearby attractions by car, which somewhat compensates for this. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and both the service and the living experience are highly commendable."

"This hotel is located in Lincheng, right next to Baolong Plaza, making dining very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable to stay in. The room view was excellent with plenty of sunlight. Whenever I saw a staff member, they would always greet me warmly. The housekeeping was impeccable; the floors, tabletops, and even the corners of the bathroom were spotless. The bedding was very soft, and both the pillows and duvet were comfortable, ensuring a sound and peaceful night's sleep. Judy's service was very attentive. The front desk staff were quick and welcoming during check-in, and patiently answered all my questions. Mineral water and toiletries were replenished daily, and clothes were tidied up. Any requests made by phone were attended to within minutes, very responsive. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, including breakfast delivery, local Zhoushan snacks, freshly baked bread, fruits, milk, and more – I had a hearty breakfast every day. It's an older hotel, but the facilities are very comprehensive. The gym and pool are excellent, with well-equipped machines for a great workout experience. There's also a huge children's playground that's safe and fun, keeping kids entertained for a long time. Visiting during the off-season offered great value for money. I will definitely come back again."

"I pre-purchased a hotel package voucher from Ctrip. The front desk staff was very nice; since it was off-season, they helped upgrade us to a sea-view room. The concierge was also very friendly. The hotel has a scheduled shuttle service to and from Wuzhizhou Pier, which is very convenient. Room: Very spacious with a balcony, perfect for enjoying the view. The bathroom area was huge, which was a big plus. Facilities: The restaurant offered a wide variety of food. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made pancakes and seafood noodles, which were quite unique. The Western cuisine was standard for a five-star hotel. There's an outdoor pool, but it wasn't open during the off-season."

"The location of the hotel is relatively close to the Guanyin Fajie. This time it is because I plan to go to the Guanyin Fajie to see it. "This trip to Zhujiajian, the Li'an Hotel really gave me too many surprises. The sea view of the room is excellent, and the hotel's service is also very intimate. From check-in to check-out, the staff are very patient and responsive. What makes me most satisfied is the environment here, the rooms and public areas are spotless, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are very new, making people feel particularly at ease. Next time I come to Zhujiajian, this place will still be my first choice."
