"The room was relatively spacious. This hotel is only a few hundred meters from the train station, so I booked it to catch an early train the next day. There were quite a few homeless people around at night, which felt a bit unsafe, but otherwise, everything was fine."

"It's 8-10 minutes away from the station. There are small shops, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. It's not a busy place, but it feels safe to go in and out. There are 4 stations away from the central points such as St. Mary's Square. The one-way fare is 4.1 euros, so I walked for about 30 minutes.

"I stayed at the Sure Hotel by Best Western München Hauptbahnhof for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience.
I booked the hotel via Trip.com and stayed in a single room, which was clean, compact, and perfectly adequate for a short city stay. Everything was well maintained and tidy, and the room had everything I needed.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It’s directly opposite Munich’s main train station, which made getting around extremely easy. I arrived from the airport on the Lufthansa Express bus, which conveniently stops right outside the hotel—a huge plus after a flight. The hotel is also surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, and it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, so sightseeing was effortless.
Check-in was smooth, and the man at reception was very friendly and welcoming, which always makes a good first impression.
Breakfast was included in my rate. While the selection was a bit limited, it was perfectly adequate to start the day and everything was fresh.
I paid £61 per night, which I felt was very good value considering the central location, cleanliness, and convenience of transport connections.
Overall, this hotel is a great option for solo travellers or short stays in Munich, especially if you want to be close to public transport and the city centre. I would happily stay here again."

"Location was good. Near the north exit of the main station. Opposite of the hotel was a bakery that opened early at 6am, good for early birds.
Room was very clean, but toilet is a tad small. Self service for certain amenities such as boiling kettle, extra pillows, on a first come first serve basis.
There is a mini bar at the lobby that provides free coffee and tea, with ample seating space.
Overall a very comfortable stay!"

QQizi1022Munich Magnificent left people speechless. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days on Ctrip for 9.3-9.5. The order clearly included breakfast. When I checked in, there was a girl with dark skin who looked like an Indian at the front desk. She told me that breakfast was not included. I showed my Ctrip order, so she called and asked me to send her the Ctrip confirmation email. After some operations, she told me I can do it. The whole process takes a long time. When I checked out on the 5th, it was the same girl who showed me the breakfast bill in Figure 1, totaling 558 euros. I said that the order included breakfast, so she said that there was a mistake in the breakfast fee for September 5th and she would not charge it. However, the printing time of the breakfast order for the 4th is 11:01, and including lunch, the charge is 332 euros. We pointed out that our order time in the morning was 9:40. Even if breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, using this as an excuse to charge me a lunch fee does not comply with the standards of most hotels. We insisted on asking her to communicate with the hall manager. She said it would take 20 minutes for the hall manager to come over, so we insisted on waiting. At this time, a German girl next to the girl, who was also the front desk, said to her: Cancel this order. German girls speak German. My friend has lived in Germany for 30 years and understands her well. Then the order was cancelled. The whole incident is very illogical. Such a luxurious hotel and such service are so disappointing! !

Quite close to the UBahn around 5-7 minutes walk.
Some food market/trucks right behind the hotel.
The hotel itself was very clean. The service was astounding as the staff were polite. I couldn’t get my coffee through the vending machine and the staff got me a cappuccino from their office and said it was free.
We wanted to store some alcohol in the fridge for the evening after the concert and they showed us to a fridge where they allowed guests to store their alcohol for other use.
Any favour you ask of them they will try to fulfill 🙂
The room is small and difficult to move around if you have a 28 inch suitcase like myself however it was very clean both the towels and bed linen. The lobby also is amazing place to hangout in the evening if you get your own pizza and beer.
Nothing else close by so you may need to travel a bit

SsiccillaiEnvironment: It takes 9-10 minutes to walk from the train station. There are no supermarkets around the hotel, and restaurants are also a bit far away. The surrounding area is deserted, but it is very close to the subway station, so traveling is quite convenient.
Facilities: The room is not large, relatively dark, and the bathroom is also very small. Overall it doesn't meet the 4-star standard. The only good thing is the 24-hour drink machine.

The only problem was that the bed width of all hotels in Munich was too narrow, only 0.9 meters, which was a bit cramped. In addition, the Super 8 Hotel did not place new drinking water every day, and you had to ask at the front desk. I hope that it can be updated and placed in the room every day in the future. The overall experience was good.

GGuest UserSince there is no elevator, it is not recommended for wheelchairs or large luggage. But it is recommended for others.
The toilet was shared, but it was cleaned properly and there was no discomfort. Of course the room is clean.
There are both shared showers and indoor showers. There is no shampoo in the room. Please note that the indoor shower will not be drained unless you press the button at the bottom of the entrance.
It takes 30 to 40 minutes to the center and 1 hours to the airport, but it is easy because you can go without transfer at S-Bahn. However, since the railway is suspended in Germany, it may be better to check if there is a schedule for suspension before booking (although it may still be suspended in a hurry).

No one informed me that the lift doesn't work at night or that I would need to exit/enter through a door with a key at the bottom of the stairwell instead of through the reception area. Seems like a fire hazard, and if you're handicapped, you're trapped.
