"I stayed here for a week for a business trip, mostly because I was too lazy to switch hotels. First, a big shout-out to the front desk guy who checked me in! He was incredibly kind. I arrived in Milan on an early morning flight, around 6 AM, and after wandering around for a bit, I got to the hotel around 10 AM. I checked my luggage, went out to grab some things, and ended up falling asleep in the hotel lobby. The staff member even turned down the music for me. Since he had already checked and there were no available rooms, I couldn't really press the issue. I napped for a while, and around 12 PM, seeing how exhausted I was, he managed to find a room for me. Haha, I was so sleep-deprived my brain completely shut down, so I'm really grateful he even lent me a charging adapter. The next day, he recognized me and said hello, even joking in Chinese that I must have been really tired yesterday. He's hilarious! Thank you!
On to other things: the breakfast got really repetitive, there wasn't much variety.
The room itself was quite spacious, especially compared to Japanese hotel rooms. Since I was staying for an extended period, I think the housekeeping staff got lazy and didn't change my bedsheets for several days.
The gym requires you to get the key from the front desk; it's quite small and only opens after 6 AM.
Overall, it was pretty good, though it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, about 20 minutes."
