"My friend and I chose the Crowne Plaza in the city center for our trip to Adelaide, and the entire experience was fantastic – definitely five stars! 📍Perfect Location, Incredibly Convenient The hotel is located in the heart of Adelaide's city center, within walking distance of Rundle Mall and Victoria Square. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions nearby, making it super convenient whether you're exploring or going out for a meal. Our room on a middle floor offered expansive city views, really adding to the atmosphere. 🧹Impeccable Cleanliness, Peace of Mind The room was spotless. The bedding was clean and soft, the bathroom had no odors or hidden dirty spots, and the common areas were always tidy. You can tell the hotel pays attention to detail, making our stay very reassuring. The room was also very spacious. 💁‍♀️Professional and Thoughtful Service, Felt Right at Home The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient. Check-in and check-out were seamless with no waiting time. Any requests were promptly addressed, and we consistently experienced professional and warm service that made us feel very comfortable. 🏨Excellent Facilities, Superb Experience The standard twin room was spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring we weren't disturbed by outside noise. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive; the fitness center and common areas are well-maintained, meeting all our travel needs. 🍳Delicious Breakfast, A Great Start to the Day The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, with both Western and Asian dishes. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, ensuring we had a satisfying breakfast every day, starting our day's itinerary full of energy. The Crowne Plaza will definitely be our top choice for our next visit to Adelaide! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Adelaide for leisure or business – you can't go wrong!"

"Stayed 3 nights , had 2 nights booked and decided to book a day early , unfortunately they could not give us the same twin room , so we settled on the king Riverview room. The staff were great accommodated the situation with no fuss taking our bags for.the short window between transfer of rooms. They really looked after us as we went out however as.mentioned they quickly got the room ready. The rooms are spacious clean have a great outlook and bathrooms are well designed and the decor is wonderful Hard to fault really , the spa, sauna steam room and a good gym. Maybe the pool which is more than sufficient, but hard to do laps if that is your thing Location next to the station , great , stadium a short walk Excellent"

"The beach environment is still beautiful, perfect for watching the sunset and also great for kids to play. We happened to be there during Chinese New Year, so there were many activities like lion dances and delicious food. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of spots perfect for photos, including a romantic Ferris wheel. However, we paid an extra AUD 40 a night to upgrade to a sea view room, and the air conditioning in the room was terrible. Despite repeated complaints about the AC not working, they wouldn't move us to another room. After one night, it was so hot that we had to ask for a fan. In the end, the front desk offered some compensation before we checked out. They definitely need to improve the customer experience!"

"It's always a pleasure to stay at the Pier and give credit to the staff for their enthusiastic and excellent service. My room was lovely as usual. My only criticism is the bathroom tiles are getting old and are showing their age...re: mould type stuff in the grouting...no big deal but probably need some work to bring the standards up a notch! Wasn't a problem for me but that's my 10 cents worth of constructive criticism 🤠 "

"Great location in the city, close to hindley street nightlife and various bars and restaurants. Staff were polite and friendly. Room had a nice view over the city and part view of the river! Room was clean, bed was so comfy!! Would stay again :)"

"The bath products are Jurlique, and there are products for sale. There are grape trees at the door. You can go hiking in the Adelaide Hills if you continue walking outside. It's a pity that I didn't book a room with mountain view. I could only take a look at it during breakfast. It was foggy in the morning."
