The front desk lady was very enthusiastic in the early morning and was still helping me pick flowers. The next day, I was alone to arrange it for me all afternoon! ! ! - toilet bowl was not automated/heated but a disposable seat cover was provided so it doesnt feel cold
- homemade noodles soup by the host

"This guesthouse was a real gem, easily a full five-star rating! The entire place is an elegant Bai-style courtyard, with quaint bridges and flowing water, creating a serene and refined atmosphere. Despite being right inside Dali Ancient City, it's completely shielded from the street noise, offering a rare sense of tranquility amidst the bustling area. It's incredibly convenient for exploring the ancient city on foot. We booked a mountain-view room with an exclusive terrace, and sitting there in the evening, enjoying the breeze, the view was so relaxing and truly set the perfect mood. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was neat and fresh, and the smart bathroom amenities were convenient and easy to use; all the hardware was very well-maintained. The owner was kind and thoughtful, and the check-in process was simple and smooth. They weren't intrusive at all, but were always quick to respond if we had any questions. Overall, the guesthouse has a strong ancient charm, quiet and healing. After a day of exploring the ancient city, returning to the courtyard was incredibly stress-relieving. "The location is easy to find, and there is a large yard for parking.
The proprietress has a super nice personality and is very cheerful. She will also patiently give us guides and recommend delicious and fun places.
The room is very clean and has disposable toiletries. The room has a balcony and you can see the Erhai Lake. The sunshine is particularly good.
There is also breakfast in the room, which is very rich and tastes super good.

"The B&B was recommended by a friend who came back from Dali. The store manager picked us up at the airport. He chatted with us very cordially along the way. We were really shocked by the dazzling array of African handicrafts in the lobby. The lady made us free coffee which was sweet and delicious. The room was very large and comfortable. Lying on the bed, we could see the beautiful Cangshan Mountain, Erhai Lake and the sunset. The terrace and garden on the second floor were very inspired. It felt like being in Monet's paintings. In the evening, the boss played the piano and sang. We boiled tea around the stove and sang along with the boss's melody. It was very pleasant. 👍👍👍👍👍"

The hotel also provides laundry service; the butler picks up the clothes, washes them, and returns them, so you don't have to worry about it. Special praise to the butler service! "We arrived at Dali train station and Sam, the host was at the station to pick us up.
Liaofan Hotel is a beautiful villa located at Erhai lake and overlooking the lake.
Service was superb and the room was beautiful and clean.
Sam was there to help us in almost everything as we didn’t have WeChat and didi 🤪.
We really enjoyed our 3 days stay at Liaofan. Highly recommended 👍"

GGuest UserIt was beyond our expectations to find such an exquisite room. The real scene is much more beautiful than it looks on the website. It's a huge surprise when you enter the door, it's amazing! The artistic atmosphere is rich, the space is super high, and it has the feel of a classic movie. The bathtub next to the floor-to-ceiling glass window washes away your fatigue, and the smart toilet is of the same brand as the mattress. The owner is very attentive, not to mention there are two floors of public space. I have locked up this store and will come back in the future!

WWeijieLocation: It is located at the foot of Cangshan Gantong Cableway, about 15 minutes' walk away. It seems not far from Dali University. It is within 10 minutes by taxi from Fengyang City and about 15 minutes by taxi from Dali Ancient Town.
Room facilities: The detailed design and hygiene are good, and the room is large enough. There is a small balcony where you can only see Cangshan Mountain. On the roof of the third floor, you can watch the sunrise in the morning and the stars at night.
The breakfast was great. Desserts and milk were given as a gift when I checked in. The service at the station was also good.
Overall, the facilities and services of the villa are excellent. Since it is in a villa area, it is very quiet and relaxing. Of course, if young people like to be lively, this villa area may not be suitable.
The video was taken of Erhai Lake on the roof of the building at around 6 o'clock in the morning. Due to the weather, I regretted not being able to see the sunrise.

The inn is conveniently located near the Dali old town, along the street there are good cafe, restaurants and local food.
The room we stayed is quite spacious, enough for our family of 3. The interior and facilities are very new and clean. Smart devices, clean toiletries, everything is just pleasant to use. I especially love the big plants they place in the room, and fresh flowers! 🌸🪴That’s just very thoughtful. ( too bad i forgot to grab some photos of the room!)
The inn owners are great people, they welcomed their guests just like their friends. They are responsive to our requests, and would thoughtfully prepare sandwiches breakfast (generous portions!!) to get our mornings started!
I usually feel it’s always a safer choice to stay in hotels, but this stay changed my mind. We had a wonderful chat with the owner, definitely part of the highlight of the trip! ⭐️💖

I stayed in Kunming for two days on the weekend to escape from work
Originally, I planned to stay in Haixi for two nights. By coincidence, I had dinner with an old friend at this hotel. I was shocked by the sunset in the restaurant. The key is that such a beautiful restaurant tastes good, so I decisively checked out of the room in Haixi and decided to stay immediately
I booked a family room. The room is very large and the bed is super comfortable. The room is in a single-family villa with a large and beautiful terrace garden for taking pictures and watching the sea. There is also a function area downstairs where you can cook and play mahjong. It is very suitable for families or sisters to travel together
The afternoon tea served in the sea view restaurant is also very exquisite. Sitting in the restaurant, you can overlook the 19 peaks and 18 streams of Cangshan Mountain. The unpredictable clouds cover the top of the mountain like snow. After a while, they slowly roll over and coil between the mountains like jade belts. Columns of light pass through the sky like crystals. I sat and watched the clouds for an afternoon, and I felt that I couldn’t see enough.

SSuolemeiWe booked two rooms. The room with a view of Erhai Lake was very nice and the children liked it very much. The room was clean and there was an elevator inside, which was convenient for the elderly and for carrying luggage. The housekeeper was responsible and entertained us with tea and chat. The children were also very happy. There was a small garden. Finally, they helped us get a taxi before we left. In short, it is highly recommended. However, the towels and supplies can be replaced appropriately, as they are a bit old.
