"The hotel is brand new and absolutely beautiful, facing directly opposite the Ferris wheel and the Nankai train at the theme park. The park itself has many facilities and a rich variety of marine animals, with no queues at all. Every night there's a spectacular fireworks display, making it perfect for families.
However, I have two complaints. Firstly, redeeming the park vouchers was incredibly troublesome. The front desk didn't inform me during check-in that passports couldn't be used for redemption and that I had to go to the ticket center. This led to a wasted trip to the mini-train area. The next day, it took a long time to finally redeem them at the ticket center. It's very unfriendly towards foreign visitors.
Secondly, breakfast was utterly chaotic. No one was seating guests, so we had to find our own table. It took us 15 minutes to find a spot. It was packed with people, and there weren't enough cleaners. The staff cleaning the tables were just sweeping garbage, including eggshells and peanut shells, directly onto the floor. After wiping the table, they'd just leave, completely ignoring how dirty the floor was. At the time, I was wearing a long skirt that would've dragged on the floor if I sat down. Just thinking about how filthy the floor was made me lose my appetite for breakfast. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the first time I've seen hotel staff operate in such a manner."
