"I had a really great stay here. I was hesitant to book hostels because it was my first time traveling solo, but this place is the place to be. I love the lounge area because the area is big and comfortably welcomes you. The room I had stayed in was the 8 bunk bed room and it was really spacious inside. I requested a bottom bunk bed and I was accommodated with it. The bunk beds were spacious as well, but the wifi was kinda laggy in our room. There's also a GS25 just across the street. The only think I'm sad about is the lack of laundry facility. But overall, I would recommend this place, and I would also book here again some time in the future."

"The room was great and booking was super easy. After arriving in Busan by KTX, I took a taxi to the hotel. The entrance was easy to find. I just showed the front desk my email confirmation code, filled out a form, and then checked in. (A note on the form: they require a credit card for the deposit, but since I didn't have a Visa or similar card, I just paid 100,000 Korean Won, which was refunded immediately upon check-out). There are time restrictions for early check-in, but the check-in and check-out times are clearly stated in the email, and the front desk staff also confirmed them when I arrived. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and enthusiastic! ❤️ The hotel is just a short walk to the beach. You can also take the Crystal Cable Car for scenic views. I booked this hotel last minute, so all the ocean-view rooms were taken, but even our city-view room offered a glimpse of the sea. There's a convenience store downstairs, as well as local eateries, which was really handy."

"Hotel was great for family with toddler, my child enjoyed the wonder lounge very much. She could spend the whole day there and had lots of fun with the other kids there. The laundry service is great too, we send our clothes for washing everyday. The breakfast was great but as it’s the same menu so it gets boring. The only thing that I don’t like was that there was 0 hooks in the toilet making it hard for us to hang our towels. But overall the experience was great too!"

"The location is fantastic, Haeundae Beach is right on the doorstep, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. A taxi to the airport during off-peak hours took just over 40 minutes, which was quicker than I expected. The airport shuttle bus stop is also close to the hotel. There's a supermarket and a coffee shop downstairs, and the subway station is a 10-minute walk away. The room was clean, but they don't provide slippers or toiletries, so remember to bring your own."

"Boasting a prime location on Haeundae Beach with breathtaking ocean views, this hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. However, what truly sets it apart is the staff; they are incredibly warm, professional, and go above and beyond to assist guests. We recently had a stressful situation where we left an expensive pair of sunglasses in an Uber. We sought help from a gentleman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and he was phenomenal. Despite the difficulty of tracking down the driver, he remained dedicated and persistent, following up tirelessly until he successfully retrieved them for us. A huge thank you to him and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and integrity. "Very old hotel. Power break down on my 2nd day. The hotel dont even have a proper technicial. One of the front dest actually come to help but dont really understand. Lucky i am an engineer that know abit electrical work and help the poor front dest solve the problem"

"Trip.com had a mismatch with this booking and I stayed at Hyoi Stay Busan Songdo. It's the same hotel as they said, just a different name. It's also the same building and room type was identical. So my review is for Hyoi Stay. Great hotel, new, very clean room with a washing machine and a dryer. Location is also great, view from the room was beautiful. Hotel is like airbnb, room also had a kitchen and a balcony. Very helpful and nice manager met me near entrance of the building to help find the office on 3rd floor to check-in. Now, if you don't have a car and don't use taxi, be careful as the walk from the bus stop is going downhill and if you have a heavy bag coming back up can be hard. Even with this it's only 10 minutes walk from bus stop. Overall 5/5 loved it, would gladly stay again."

"The pool water was so dirty, I got in and immediately got out. There were three college-aged guys in the room next to ours on the 13th floor who were yelling and jumping on the beds until 4:30 AM. The building was shaking! The soundproofing doesn't seem to be very good, but I'll chalk that up to bad luck with room assignments. I barely slept, constantly cursing in my mind. Plus, it took exactly an hour to get my car out of the parking garage. On the upside, the bedding was clean and the water, being from a hot spring, felt nice."

"View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step. Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB). Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean. Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right. Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall. Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level. Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation. Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally. Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far, The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away. Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking. Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare."

"The room is overall alright except for the bathroom. It is rather small & no separator between the toilet & shower area causing the whole place to be so wet even the toilet cover was wet when I was already very mindful when showering. No place to put your clothes as there is only 1 small hook, and your clothes will get wet. I hope that the hotel will improve the bathroom by placing additional towel rack on top of the toilet seat, so that I do not have to brave the cold to retrieve my toilet outside the bathroom! The towel rack will allow us the place our clothes & towel in the bathroom. Please consider."
