"Stayed at Xining's No. 1 hotel, and was immediately drawn to the Thangka art on the first floor. It's also the hotel for China Eastern Airlines crews. The suite had everything you could ask for, even thoughtful touches like toilet seat covers and complimentary watermelon juice. There was also a welcome fruit platter, which helps with altitude sickness. The room was spacious, and the surrounding area was lively. Highly recommend..."

"Choosing this hotel for our Qinghai Lake self-driving tour was such a smart decision! The hotel facilities are very new, and the decor is grand. The room was spacious and well-lit. The heating was strong, hot water was consistent, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were gentle and polite, and they responded quickly to our requests. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Parking was free and secure, and there were many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. It's rare to find such quality; the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling by car or just looking for a great stay!"

"The room was incredibly spacious, and we even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The high floor offered an amazing view, especially since we were there during the Lantern Festival and could see the fireworks all over the city. The hotel's location is excellent. The Airport Bus Line 2 stop is just 50 meters away, and Xinghai Road right outside is full of great food options. I was in such a rush when checking out that I left my charging cable behind. The front desk staff, especially Deji, was incredibly helpful and even mailed it back to me – I really appreciate it! 🙏 It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip! 👍"

"This hotel truly deserves a five-star review for both its facilities and service. Due to a personal issue, my check-in had a small hiccup, but the hotel staff were incredibly warm and patient in helping me resolve it. They even upgraded me to a family room free of charge – the service was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and bright, with a sofa bed for the kids to sleep on and a desk for them to study. The bathroom was spacious with a separate wet and dry area. There was even enough space near the clothes rack to open my luggage. The tea and coffee station was conveniently located next to the sink, with a large countertop perfect for toiletries, which was much better than having to put them on the sink itself. They also provided children's toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel also provided complimentary fruit and snacks, adding a lovely touch to the stay! The breakfast buffet offered local specialties, and the dining environment was comfortable – very satisfying! A shopping mall is just across the street, so I'm sure there are plenty of dining options there too. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay."

The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The toiletries were of good quality. Service Quality: Housekeeping was very responsive; an extra set of pillows arrived within five minutes of our request. The turndown service was meticulous and even included a handwritten weather forecast card. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with delicious local specialties. Location: There's an airport shuttle right outside the hotel, and the surrounding area boasts numerous shopping centers and restaurants. It's also easy to get a taxi to tourist spots. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed stay."

"The hotel had a gym, cafe, and a morning breakfast buffet. The room was large and gave a nice view of the city. The staff helped with any questions or requests. They helped me setup their address in the Chinese delivery app *******. They also turned up the heating in the room when I requested that too. The buffet is norming 58 RMB per day, for the food offered this is quite high. The bread was stale and a lot of the food was cold or had an old taste too it. Luckily I was there in the winter when it was free and had no cost. Perhaps in the summer with the cost of 58 RMB the food is fresher. However, I would say that the food available had a lot of variety, with both Chinese and Western options. Room: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Location: 8/10 Buffet: 6.5/10 Now I would upload images of the hotel but I only filmed it and didn't take photos and trip.com only allows photos."

"The staff were very warm and welcoming, which made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was a bit limited, but still filling. The Qinghai milk tea was unique, though I personally found it a little salty and would have preferred it to be a bit milder. The only downside is that the hotel entrance is located in a very narrow, uphill alley, which could be inconvenient for guests arriving by car or late at night."

"Absolutely fantastic! Hands down the best Hampton I've ever stayed at. From the bespectacled manager at the front desk who helped with our luggage on arrival, to the friendly chef preparing noodles at the ADD restaurant, and even the auntie in the laundry room, everyone left a truly memorable impression on us. We were so impressed, we ended up extending our stay for three nights. Every single staff member genuinely cares for the hotel, looks after and satisfies every guest, and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues they might have. "This hotel was incredibly good value for money! The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, the hot water was strong and consistent, and the toiletries were even gardenia-scented. The free Wi-Fi was fast, so watching shows and attending meetings didn't lag at all. The breakfast, while not extravagant, was substantial: freshly cooked noodles, crispy fried eggs, five or six kinds of side dishes, and plenty of warm steamed buns. The receptionist was efficient with check-in and proactively offered recommendations for nearby restaurants. There's a convenience store and subway station downstairs, which is super convenient. For an economical price, I enjoyed a high-end hotel experience; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
