"The hotel is placed strategically near the road so it’s easy for pick up and drop offs and there is no need to drag our luggages. Upon arriving the owner helped carry our luggages inside and even when we were leaving they helped to carry it again out.
For Muslim travelers, there is a halal restaurant right next door! the food are so yummy!
I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay that is close to many attractions. Plus point for their wonderful service too. If i ever come back to Dali, I will stay here again! Thank you so much for the positive experience!"

"This stay was fantastic! The facilities were incredibly comprehensive, beyond my expectations. The smart home system throughout the room was amazing – the electric curtains automatically opened in the morning to let in the sunlight, the smart air conditioning kept the temperature perfectly, and the smart toilet was incredibly comfortable to use. The bedding was clean, neat, and super comfy with a great feel, definitely five-star quality. The proprietress was wonderful, very responsive to all questions and proactively helpful. Plus, the price was really affordable, offering great value for money. I've already recommended it to my friends!"

"I came with my mom, and this guesthouse is truly amazing. I even feel it's better than whole-season hotels at the same price point. The room is very cozy, and the bed is the most comfortable I've slept in among all the hotels and guesthouses in Yunnan. The owner is a warm and welcoming guy from Northeast China, born in the 80s, and he even helped us carry our luggage. When we checked in, he gave us two ID card sleeves as a gift. He also promptly resolved any issues we had. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful, full of lush greenery, and very relaxing. Plus, there are many cute little animals at the guesthouse – cats and dogs are adorable! My favorite is Niuniu, a silly little local dog, hehehe."

"This hotel is right on Erhai Lake, offering stunning lake views from the windows. The location is perfect, and I woke up to sunshine every morning. The ecological corridor is right at the doorstep, and there are rental spots on both sides, making it incredibly convenient to explore Erhai Lake. The room facilities are excellent, and the oversized bathtub was a real treat. The hotel also provides complimentary welcome fruits and afternoon tea. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, refilled disposables, and emptied the trash. Our butler was very accommodating with all our requests, making for a truly comfortable stay. "This was my parents' first trip to Yunnan, and Dali was their first stop. Since I couldn't join them, I spent a lot of time beforehand choosing a hotel. After they checked in, they found the room to be spacious and comfortable, and the hotel environment was very elegant and unique, with a distinct local flair. Most importantly, it's very close to the ancient city, making transportation and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel's concierge was exceptionally thoughtful, contacting us a day before their arrival to confirm their check-in time. "First off, this B&B is super convenient for food, drinks, and getting around the old town. Walking into the alley and courtyard, it's a hidden gem – you can tell it's thoughtfully designed, and the cherry blossom trees are beautiful. The room was very clean and well-equipped, making for a really comfortable stay. Finally, the owner is incredibly nice; they'll prepare breakfast for you and even hot porridge in the evening (and they're also an electrician, gardener, and cement worker! 😁). Five-star recommendation!"

"Nice location. One could walk to go shopping, mountain or the 3 pagodas My single room is basic and clean. Hot showers is adequate. No heating in room but Electric blanket is provided. If you need more luxury then this is not the place.
The best point is the people running the hostel. Helpful and caring. Every night they will build a small fireplace and you could sit and chat with others. She helped me with buying my bus ticket and made sure I took the right bus to my next destination. You just have to ask if you need assistance or tips."

MM257049****This is my seventh time in Dali, and it's the best hotel I've stayed in out of five! First off, the room layout was exactly to my liking. I could lie in bed and watch the sunrise over Erhai Lake, and there was a sofa area, a round dining table, and a large bathtub by the floor-to-ceiling windows – definitely added to the relaxing vacation vibe! The bathroom fixtures were Kohler, and the walk-in closet and vanity area were very spacious. The curtains were automatic, and the AC and curtain controls were right by the bed, which was very convenient. The breakfast was unbeatable – braised chicken wings, braised beef brisket, honey-glazed ribs, and spiced beef. Being able to enjoy a buffet until noon was seriously impressive; I'd call it the ultimate spread. I also have to commend the daily fruit plate and goodnight dessert. Other places only offer it on the first day, but here, I stayed three days and got it every day – incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's front and back yards were also fantastic. My kids loved the slide and swings in the back, and the succulent boat was thriving. The parking lot was also spacious. The nearby ecological corridor had great photo spots, and there were lots of seagulls. When I checked out, I even received a parting gift, and there was a self-service fridge with drinks and beer. A perfect 100-point review, I'll definitely be back!

AAnTrieA very tastefully designed hotel with a cozy and welcoming lobby. The inner courtyard and garden deserve special mention – a beautiful, unique oasis with many plants, flowers, trees, and inviting seating areas that create a wonderful atmosphere to relax and feel at home.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything one could need. Everything was spotlessly clean. The service was good, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is offered via a small but well-chosen menu. Communication worked very well via WeChat using the translation function. We were especially grateful to the young staff member who helped us organize our onward journey to Shaxizhen 沙溪镇.
A big thank you to everyone at the hotel – we felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend it to others.

EEnnaService was fantastic, the host was superb! Place was clean, convenient, and included all that one could need on a vacation. In the heart of Ancient Dali, this was perfect for food, entertainment, and shopping. It is also minutes away from the famous Cangshan mountain, and the host is very considerate in assisting you with any arrangement you'd like, including cabs for railway and airport transportation.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the room matched exactly the photos that are on the site. Very often this is not the case. So, all in all it was a very pleasant experience at this location.
Would definitely stay again and certainly would recommend this to anyone travelling to Dali. As a single female, I found this place to be very safe...especially with a considerate host, who looks out for you!

MMichelle 琪惠The service is great. There’s no need to carry your luggage or walk for pick-up or drop-off at 双廊半岛超市—someone will handle your bags and bring you over on a buggy. I was even upgraded to a room with a view.
Each time you enter or leave, you’ll be warmly greeted by the same individual, likely the manager, who also reminds guests to dress warmer if the temperature dips. Breakfast (8:30-10:30) changes daily, and they warm up milk (21:00-22:00) if you’d like some. There’s also a bar on site, though I didn’t try it this time. The room is thoughtfully furnished with a Marshall speaker (Bluetooth) and diffuser, and you can even choose the scent you prefer.
The location is ideal for anyone seeking both convenience and tranquillity.
It’s close to many attractions: right next to the pier and 双廊古镇, and about a 15-minute walk to the gallery and exhibition at Yang Liping’s former residence (杨丽萍太阳宫). It’s walking distance to a few popular eateries as well. You may need to walk abit if you’re going to the viral cafes further out near Muxi Dali (alternatively, you can get those buggy to transport you at a fee).
It becomes peaceful in the evenings once the day-trippers leave, so you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset in calm surroundings—perfect for sipping a cup of Yunnan tea while taking in the view (see photos).

KKeaidezhizhimaThe rooms are a bit on the older side. There's a newer building next door, which is pricier, so it really depends on individual needs and budget. The front desk staff were excellent, and the hotel's overall service philosophy is commendable. We originally booked a 'Quiet King Room,' but my husband really wanted a balcony, and they kindly upgraded us for free! The location is fantastic – very quiet with beautiful scenery, definitely worth recommending. I went cycling with my child, and the scenery along the way was absolutely stunning. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, featuring Cantonese dim sum available until 10:30 AM. In the hot afternoon, enjoying afternoon tea at the hotel while gazing at the sea view was incredibly relaxing and pleasant. We cycled for two hours, and the surrounding landscapes were simply breathtaking. Xizhou Ancient Town, the Rice Paddies Mini Train, and Haishi Park are all just a few kilometers away by bike.

We had a truly memorable stay at this charming inn. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding—starting with a complimentary one-way airport pickup that made our arrival smooth and stress-free.
Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious suite, where a welcome platter of fresh fruits awaited us. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-appointed, with plenty of space to relax.
The staff and owner, were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Mr. Li who picked us from airport offered to drive us around (with a fee) to several local attractions and introduced us to some delicious local food, which added a unique and personal touch to our experience.
The inn is tucked away beside a dry creek, creating a peaceful and quiet setting. The landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained, enhancing the overall sense of tranquility. We especially enjoyed the rooftop lounging area, which offers stunning views of Erhai Lake—a perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day.
Breakfast was included and thoughtfully prepared, adding to the overall value and comfort of our stay.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway with warm, attentive service and a touch of local charm.

KKatherineliewtanWe stayed at Lishe seaview resort hotel for 2 nights. The hotel upgraded us to a two-room apartment which I did not expect! The apartment had spectacular view of Erhai in the living room and master bedroom. I had the foresight of having one free and easy day and we pretty much stayed in most of the time to soak in the view. The staff service was amazing. The team reached out to me via trip.com the day before we check in (fantastic initiative) as overseas visitors like me are not familiar with the WeChat usage. When we arrive, the staff were on standby to receive us and bring us to the apartment as we got there via our own driver. The hotel sent nightly desert (white fungus) to our apartment. One important aspect of the hotel is the delicious and wide spread of breakfast. The breaky was on the highest floor offering great views of Erhai, and the lady attendant there was polite, cheerful and has great service. When we checked, the hotel staff came to the apartment and send us to the car. They also presented a farewell bag of goodies - including rose Chinese cakes (which were super delicious!), tea and sweets. It was an awfully thoughtful gesture. I had the rose Chinese cake during breaky and loved them. So I was super happy to find them in the farewell gift. I would strongly recommend a stay here if you are in Dali. Fellow Singaporeans- you would love this place! I think even if I did not get the upgrade, I would have loved the view too. Just keep one day of doing nothing and enjoy the beautiful view and the hotel hospitality. The hotel staff were service oriented, always smiling, polite and helpful. I mean every staff we encountered, even the cleaning staff! This hotel was a great highlight of our Dali stay. I would definitely come back to stay at Lishe when next back to Dali.

DDeyimingliThis hotel is just about a hundred meters from the Old Town's main street, so you can walk there in a few minutes. It's also super convenient to catch a taxi to Erhai Lake, and the bus stop isn't far either. Since I have some leg issues, it was easier and not too expensive for my family to take taxis. There are tons of restaurants nearby. Their breakfast is fantastic, especially the noodles made by the chef; they're even better than what you find outside. The courtyard is clean, and the rooms are spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner even came to meet us at the intersection, which was a really thoughtful touch! Dali has beautiful scenery, and exploring it on a scooter would be even more amazing!
