I stayed here for business and was really impressed by the amenities, specifically the pool area. It’s often hard to find a pool in Bangkok decent enough for actual swimming, but this one was perfect. The water was crystal clear and the length was decent for getting in a workout (freestyle and breaststroke). It’s a peaceful break from the busy city below. Solid service and cleanliness overall, but the swim experience makes me want to come back.

Check in and out was good, the room was nice and big bathroom but no smart tv so no YouTube 😩 beds where a bit too hard and no PowerPoints next to beds👎🏻
The buffet breakfast was below par, poor choice and poor quality way to many people it was so loud I couldn't hear myself think🤕 it was very uncomfortable, pool was ok but saunas where locked😞
Over all the hotel was very old and dated furniture from the 40s and not clean, don't think I'll stay here again.

It's my first trip to Bangkok as a solo traveller and I'm glad I chose to stay at Easy planet Asoke! The location is prime, being walking distance to Asok Bts station, which is also an interchange to Sukhumvit Mrt that connects to Makkasan ( Airport ARL). Terminal 21 is opposite and Lets Relax Massage just right at the corner!
Room cleanliness is good, the size is perfect for 1 or 2 person with enough space for luggage. Basic amenities like hairdryer, towel, hanging rack, TV & a flip-down vanity table is available in the room. Counter staff is polite and helpful as well.
I recommend staying at Easy Planet Asoke and I personally will come back again for my next visit!

The hotel's location is great, close to two main subway stations, Asoke and Sukhumvit. It's situated between Terminal 21 and EMSphere. Cowboy Street is just a few minutes away. There are tons of great food options just one or two subway stops or a short walk in any direction.
However, the room's floor is quite noisy. I'd give the cleanliness a 9 out of 10; it was almost perfect, but the pipe under the sink was leaking.
Overall, five stars, and good value for money.

There was a dead cockroach by the shower drain and a live one crawled on me while I was sleeping!!! A big one too! There were some questionable yellow stains by the bathroom door.
We asked to borrow an iron which took 3 calls and about an hour waiting.
Front staff was nice to let us have an early check in and let us left the baggage.
Great location. But a bit hard to find because the hotel name sign is small and a TukTuk or taxi driver is always parking in the front covering it.
I would stay again but will definitely double triple check the cleanliness first

This is my fourth stay here. The location is excellent, right in the alley next to Seremban, close to the main road. You'll find a lot of Indian and Korean people around here.
Facilities: Overall, they're pretty decent, especially considering it was 400 a night during peak season. The hotel is quite old, but well-maintained. The only issue was the shower. I was on the 7th floor, and for some reason, the hot water was scalding, and the water pressure was a bit low. The pool is nice and not crowded, but the gym equipment is very outdated.
Service: Generally, the staff are friendly and the service is good. However, there's always one bad apple. In the mornings at the gym, there was an old man, wearing a hat and a staff short-sleeved top, who would come in, sit down, and watch videos on his phone with the volume turned up loud. I was quite surprised that a staff member would do something like that!

Love the location and the vibes of the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the door man.
There’s a very nice cocktail bar at the basement. 5 mins walk to T21 and Asok BTS station and Suv Mrt station. Very convenient! There’s also an eatery just 3 mins walk from the hotel that serves very yummy thai cuisine.
There are 2 massage places- Let’s Relax and Makkah just 3 mins walk.
Love the towels, soft and fluffy. Bed is comfortable. Only 1 downside is the water temperature in the shower, either too hot or too cold. Need to adjust for a long time to strike the balanced temperature 🤭.
Other than this, everything else is perfect. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Bangkok.

GGuest UserYou won't find a better value hotel in Bangkok. It's really close to the pier, and you can get to central Asok in just 20 minutes by boat. The hotel is brand new, the gym is well-equipped, and the infinity pool is quite large and absolutely stunning – it uses filtered seawater. Breakfast is also very good. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is the most complete hostel I've ever been to. There are six floors with several balconies and all of it remains spotless. The common areas are awesome. The river view is amazing I look forward to seeing the fireworks on the river every time. The staff are friendly and accomodating and there are more than enough bathrooms and showers for everybody here. I don't have anything to complain about, I like it a lot here

GGuest UserI was quite anxious when I arrived, as many reviews mentioned the hotel being old and dated. However, after staying for three days, I have to commend this hotel! 1. The lobby is opulent, and 'rich and varied' doesn't even begin to describe the spread at breakfast. 2. The service is exceptional; they are basically ready to help with anything you need. There's always someone to open the door when you enter the lobby, and the front desk and room service are fantastic! When I checked out, they helped me book a taxi to the airport, which was cheaper than both Grab and Trip.com, costing only 500 Thai Baht (to Don Mueang Airport). 3. The gym is huge, easily over 400 square meters, with all sorts of equipment and dedicated staff. I didn't get to use the pool, but there were lots of kids enjoying it. 4. The hotel's location is convenient, right next to an MRT station. Although it's about 6-7km from the main tourist attractions, for this price, service, and facilities, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Book with confidence! In the evenings, there's a night market nearby, mostly frequented by locals, offering great value for money. If you turn right outside, there's a 'Chinatown' street with all kinds of delicious food.

GGuest UserI booked a river view room, and the view was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic sight of the Chao Phraya River's nightscape. The room was clean and tidied daily. Breakfast was a generous spread. Walking out and turning right, it's about a 5-minute stroll to Asiatique The Riverfront. From 10 AM to 8 PM, there's a boat service every hour from the hotel to the Central Pier. From there, you can take another boat for 10 Baht per person directly to ICONSIAM on the opposite bank. For 600 baht a night including breakfast, the value for money is really good.

Downside, lots of construction works, so one side of the building is very noisy, it’s also right by the pool so you wouldn’t really want to use the pool and be able to relax. Location is okay, easy to Grab/Bolt everywhere, or 15 min walk to the MRT (the also offer a free shuttle there). We stayed there twice, would stay again.

There's also a connected walkway from the second floor of the adjacent EmSphere mall, so you don't have to walk in the sun. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of food, entertainment, supermarkets, convenience stores, massage places, and malls – very convenient. It's also only about a 10-minute walk to Asok station and Terminal 21. The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities and decor are a bit dated, but it's generally clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly.

Cons
The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation.
The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are.
A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened.
There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only.
The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable.
There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened.
The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone.
The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove.
Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling.

The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person.

The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure.
The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery.
There is a balcony facing the courtyard, where smoking is allowed.
The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly.
The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls.
The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel.
Overall
Suitable for a short stay of one night.
The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos.

Номера сильно устаревшие. Мебель, стены, углы и ванная с потёртостями и сколами, требуется обновление и ремонт.
Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют текущему состоянию номеров: выглядят новыми, тогда как по факту номера давно не обновлялись.
В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно.
В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время.
Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный.
В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери.
Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно.
Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты.
Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку.

Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля.

Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here for four nights. Many reviews mentioned the hotel's remote and inconvenient location. It's true that it's nestled in a quiet alley within a wealthy Sukhumvit neighborhood, so the location itself isn't an issue, and it's suitable for longer stays. It's quite far from tourist attractions, and the alleys in Sukhumvit are winding and don't connect well, which can be troublesome if you're walking. However, I always took taxis, so it was fine. It's a bit of a distance from 7-Eleven. The environment and facilities are definitely up to four-star standards. The security guard was very proactive and responsible. NNari.I recently spent several nights at the Furama Silom Hotel in Bangkok, and if you are looking for a blend of convenience, space, and local flavor, this property is a solid contender. Located on the bustling Silom Road, the hotel stands as a prominent choice for both leisure travelers and business professionals who want to be in the thick of Bangkok’s financial and nightlife district.
Spacious Living in a Prime Location
The first thing that struck me about Furama Silom is the sheer size of the rooms. In a city where many modern hotels are trending toward compact ”minimalist” spaces, Furama offers an expansive environment. My room was bright, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that provided a fantastic view of the city skyline. The inclusion of a kitchenette was a thoughtful touch, making it feel more like an apartment than a standard hotel room.
The location is undoubtedly the hotel's strongest selling point. It is roughly a 10-minute walk to both the Saint Louis and Chong Nonsi BTS stations, making the rest of the city easily accessible. For those who enjoy exploring on foot, the famous Patpong Night Market, the historic Sri Maha Mariamman Temple, and a plethora of local street food stalls and 7-Eleven stores are just a short stroll away.
Rooftop Relaxation and Dining
The highlight of the stay was the rooftop swimming pool on the 20th floor. It offers a stunning 360-degree panoramic view of Bangkok, which is particularly breathtaking at sunset. There is also a poolside bar where you can unwind with a cocktail after a long day of sightseeing.
Regarding the breakfast buffet, it served a decent variety of Western and Asian dishes. While the menu stayed relatively consistent each day, the quality was good, and the dining area provided a welcoming atmosphere to start the morning.
Service and Hospitality
The staff at Furama Silom deserve a special mention. From the concierge to the housekeeping team, the service was warm and professional. Check-in was efficient, and they were always ready to assist with taxi bookings or local recommendations. Their hospitality truly embodies the ”Land of Smiles.”
Points for Consideration
While my stay was overall very positive, it is worth noting that the hotel has a bit of a ”vintage” feel. Some parts of the interior show their age, with slightly dated carpets and furniture. However, the hotel is clearly undergoing maintenance and renovations to address this, and given the competitive pricing, the value for money remains exceptionally high.

I would recommend Furama Silom Hotel to travelers who prioritize location and space over ultra-modern luxury. It is a practical, comfortable, and friendly base for exploring everything Bangkok has to offer. Pp.oh95With all the discounts you can get from Trip, the cheap price for booking a room in this hotel is really expected; you are staying in what you paid for. The rooms are satisfactory. If you spend most of the time out the entire day, it already genuinely fulfils your needs for sleeping and showering.
Let's go through negatives first. While they clean rooms everyday, there are still cobwebs in the corners of the room and permanent stains on some walls and tiles. The worst experience was when we decided to use the electric kettle to boil water in but there was some stains inside that had already crusted since who knows when. When we wanted to use the microwave as an alternative, there was mold all over the inside. We wouldn't have known of this if ever we didn't opt using either one. It is also pretty shabby and old, and not that well-maintained. We stayed in four room types total and three beds were creaking at each slight movement, as if it were one movement away from breaking. True enough, one of the beds broke when one of us sat down. Also, in one room, there was some sort of leak seeping from the tiles and we don't know where it's coming from. For those who have sensitive skin like me, their beds kinda made me itchy but tolerable. However, those with dust allergies or rhinitis like me, be warned because some of the rooms got my nose to get stuffy. Also, the ground hall wherein the elevator is located smelled like **** so it was difficult for us who didn't smoke or like the smell of it to tolerate each time we entered the ground hall. Despite all these issues, they really make it a point to clean bare minimum so I'll give them points for that. I think this hotel is a better option for solo or pair travelers.
For the good points, let's start with it being in an AMAZING location! Just 10-15 mins walk away from Silom MRT and 5 mins walk away from Chong Nonsi BTS, making it very accessible. Many places to buy food and drinks from around the area, too. And the most important thing to point out is the kindness of their staff. Honestly, there was a glitch in their system wherein I was booked the wrong room type. I was worried about the language barrier with this issue, but with a little negotiation and patience, the caretaker and I were able to settle on an alternative. Luckily, they still had rooms available, so I was able to get three different rooms before moving into the 3BR suite two days later. The staff owned up to the mistake and were thankful that we were able to settle on something. The entire time, they were so accommodating, and because of the mishap of our booking, they were extra friendly with us. I think the entire first three days (until we moved to the new room), the caretaker kept apologizing for the mishap. The staff were really great. They always greeted and engaged in a friendly conversation whenever possible. Remember the broken bed? They fixed it immediately! So I truly appreciated it. Also after check out, they allowed us to use our room for some more minutes past check-out time to use the bathroom when one of my company needed to use it again before leaving.
Overall, the stay was satisfactory. Really, if you just needed a place to sleep and shower, this is good enough. Location is really the best feature of this place. Go for it for easy access to MRT, BTS, Convent Rd, and Silom. Would really recommend if you're not too picky with interior or amenities. My recommendation to the hotel, though, is making sure all the equipments in the rooms are clean like the microwave, cabinets, or even the shower drain. Also please check and maintain all the furnishing so that bandaid solutions won't be done too often.
