"I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared for the safety of future guests. My booking was from Jan 27 to Feb 5. I checked out early on Feb 3 due to a serious incident. Around 1:50–2:10 AM on Feb 3, someone aggressively knocked on our door. The way it was done made us feel unsafe. I immediately called hotel staff, but no one came to assist. Later, the hotel denied that anyone had knocked and claimed their CCTV showed no record. I had to escalate the case to higher-level staff at Trip.com to push for a proper investigation. Even after Trip.com contacted the hotel directly, the hotel insisted on their strict no-refund policy and refused to take responsibility. Trip.com then offered to compensate me with Trip Coins equal to the refund amount. However, this was not just about money. It was about accountability. I insisted on seeing the CCTV footage myself. Only after repeated pressure did the hotel finally show the recording — and it clearly confirmed that someone had come to our door and knocked. After this evidence, the hotel apologized and offered to change our room. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable staying, so we chose to check out immediately. Only then did the hotel agree to refund the remaining nights. The people who knocked turned out to be neighbors who claimed they heard wall noise. However, the walls in this hotel are extremely thin. You can hear almost everything — walking, chairs moving, and even very private sounds from other rooms. The soundproofing is very poor. If neighbors had concerns, they should have reported it to staff instead of approaching another room at 2 AM. That situation could easily escalate or become dangerous. This issue was resolved only because I insisted on transparency and responsibility. Without pushing for evidence, the case would have been closed under “policy” with no refund. For future guests: please consider whether you are comfortable staying in a hotel with extremely thin walls and a security response handled this way. Safety and transparency should not depend on how hard a guest has to fight for them."

"The service is friendly with good English. The staff can handle various requests. The room is totally fine with everything necessary. A balcony, a couch, a table. The location is good in the sense that it's near transport stations, small malls, markets, etc. A park is a bit over half hour walk away. It's not downtown Bangkok vibes. They're more local everyday vibes."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times. Overall, my experience has always been pleasant. What I appreciate most is the comfortable room and the convenient location. I also feel safe whenever I stay here, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The staff consistently provide excellent service and are always friendly and helpful. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. During check-in, I was not informed about the renovation work taking place in the car park area near my room. It would have been appreciated if the hotel had advised guests in advance to help manage expectations. In addition, the housekeeping team should pay more attention to detailed cleanliness, as there were areas that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The breakfast was also below the standard I experienced during previous stays. The selection of hot dishes was quite limited, repetitive, and lacked flavor. I hope the hotel will consider improving the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings in the future."

"The room and view at the hotel as so great for the price! Theres plenty of parking and its free. A seven eleven just a walk away, and many local small restaurants to eat at. Rooms are extremely clean and nice. We had a small problem with ants, but the staff kindly made us swap rooms. Excellent service. Will come again, really liked my stay."

"Facilities: A bit disappointing for a four-diamond rating, though the AC cools quickly. Hygiene: Clean, with daily housekeeping. Environment: Extremely noisy, right by an overpass. It felt like a bombing raid every day, sometimes even shaking the bed like an earthquake. Service: Good. The restaurant on the first floor has good food and accepts WeChat Pay and Alipay. Location: Taking a taxi to Khao San Road, Erawan Shrine, or ICONSIAM requires using the highway, costing 50 baht. My daily transportation costs were nearly 400-500 baht, and motorbikes around 200 baht. I advise fellow Chinese travelers to learn from my experience. As someone in the hotel business myself, I don't easily give low ratings or bad reviews, as running a business is truly difficult, especially abroad. Also, foreign hotels often have strict no-cancellation policies, and it took a lot of hassle with customer service to resolve my booking issue. I recommend booking hotels near Khao San Road, Chinatown, or Silom; it's also convenient for currency exchange. Khao San Road is great for bar-hopping, and ICONSIAM is good for luxury shopping and has plenty of food options. This is a personal 'pitfall' I encountered, so hopefully, it helps others. Most malls and 7-Eleven stores accept WeChat Pay and Alipay, which is generally convenient. For food delivery, Grab works well, and for taxis, Bolt is very convenient. Gaode Dache and Didi Dache are also convenient (though slightly more expensive)."

"The room and location were great. The front desk staffs were professionals. One thing I like to add is the hotel should remove the unnecessary drinks (beers) from the fridge. Not everyone like to drink alchohal. It takes spaces in the small fridge. Enjoyed the stay."

"Extremely close to the BTS/MRT, making public transport incredibly convenient. The only downside is that there's not much going on nearby at night, but being so close to public transport for daytime excursions is a big plus. The room itself was very clean and felt luxurious! I honestly think it's fantastic. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs! Super convenient for grabbing a late-night snack when hunger strikes!"

"The location is across from Huiguang, and I felt quite removed from the hustle and bustle. Being tucked away in an alley seemed to offer more tranquility. Walking out every day on a street lined with yellow flowers really brightened my mood. I stayed in a female-only dorm, and it was a bit odd that there were so many Thai people staying there. The common areas were always quiet. Everyone came down for breakfast promptly every morning. You had to cook your own eggs, which was actually quite fun (it's a self-service buffet, and you're expected to clean up after yourself. You can even bring your own cutlery for the experience!). On weekends, the hotel even organized gatherings like BBQs and karaoke, and everyone was incredibly friendly."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room and common areas were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. It is just a short walk to the MRT station, making it very easy to travel around the city and visit nearby attractions. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent service, cleanliness, and accessibility. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommended! 👍🏨✨"

"I really liked my stay here. From start till finish it was smooth. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms are nice and modern looking, we had plenty of space in our room. Only improvement I could say is the mattress. A bit rock hard , I mean it’s not luxury but still could be the difference on making someone’s stay better on not. The rooftop pool was lovely too. Unreal views. Would definitely recommend it here. You have all the kinds of shops beside you, bars,7/11, foods places, laundry all by walking distance less than 5 mins. I paid one night online then extended it in person. Online one night costed me £14.48 then to extend it per night costed 700 baht in person."
